I would love to have knowledge about Rick Moranis almost being in “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective”.

Because I’ve talked to myself about how it would be tonally different since Jim Carrey is his own chaotic force (and makes that movie).

Like.....

My HC is that he was friends with the animals but it was in a more Disney Princess way. It’s like more sweet than just “oh he’s basically just like an animal turned person creature man”. It would be a completely different movie because he’d take his job seriously, slightly know how to interact with people better, and would just be the guy that gets invited to a party only to hang out with the dog the entire time because people give him anxiety....which is a whole ass mood.

If Barney Coopersmith and Seymour Krelborn fused and was everything the imaginerickmoranis tumblr imagined, that’s a rough idea of what I see.
