trying so hard to do the Big Girl Thing and call my dr's office bc I know I should get this checked out and I don't want to be like my mom who just sits with whatever health condition she has until it ends up getting bad enough that she's hospitalized but also. a) Phone Call Hard and b) need to convince myself this is worth seeing a dr for when we're in a Health System Crisis and people who are far worse off have years-long waits for doctors.
