Apart from the obvious choice (Scotland), definitely England and Sweden! There is no other country Norway is closer to than Sweden, both cuturally and geographically, and the understand each other on a deep level. Norway and England has always been good friends, with Denmark-Norway more often than not allying with him throughout history and they share many similar interests.

not really! i took standard art classes offered in grade and highschool and attended less than a year of college in pursuit of an art degree.

...and then i realized college was kinda bullshit and dropped out. <- (this is awesome and i'm proud to be a college dropout and i'm not joking) BUT! i had *one* really cool professor who loved anime and had a fursona and they are massively the reason i didn't give up on art as a career.

i'm a strong believer in the internet having almost any class/tutorial/guide that you can think of for Free, so nowadays i'll watch youtube vids or look at free classes to try and hone my skillz

Final thoughts from playing Wandersong again?

Still just as good as I remembered!!! (picturing that whole sentence shaking like important text does in the game)

The game is charming, sweet, wholesome, funny, and just so feel-good!

It's a game where you get more out of it by putting more into it - exhausting NPC dialogue provides you with more insight into the world, the location, and the characters. You could just skip it... But it goes against the spirit of the game! The game shows you that you only achieve your goal by helping people along the way, so if you just hear everyone out whilst playing, you get so much more!

It's the game about the end of the world, but it is one of the most hopeful and optimistic games I've played

It's a 'wander'-ful experience everytime ;)

Every so often I think back to the weeks-long crisis of mortality I had as a kid after reading the first few books of KA Applegate's Remnants series.

It was one of those glorious early 00s summers that only really exist in retrospect. Wimbledon was on TV and Tim Henman was definitely pinkie promise 100% going to win it for us this year (bahaha) and all little Neves could think about was an endless loop of death-death-death an asteroid is going to hit the Earth and kill us all death-death-death. Hard plastic tubes being shoved down people's throats to put them to sleep and then they turn into mould or get infested by worms or remain permanently connected to psychic babies or never actually sleep at all death-death-death.

It genuinely affected my development as a person, and not in a good way. To this day I can't see or hear the word "berth" without feeling my stomach turn just a little bit.
