How is your week going?

It's going pretty ok! I only have one more exam so i'm kinda chilling, thinking about stories and stuff. It's fun. But I ordered something reeeeeally exciting that's arriving on the 15th and I'm anxiously waiting for it to arrive I'm SO excited hehe!

Hey guys. Just wanted to say before anyone started asking. I’m scrapping the comic. I am struggling to continue it and I am struggling to continue lbl. Luckily, this was supposed to be a comicfied version of a fic I wrote, which is in the master post, so if you read that then you’ll know how the comic ends :) it was supposed to introduce lbl and the plot but it wasn’t working out for me. But don’t worry! There are good news!

I love everyone’s links meet aus and I always wanted that for myself. As you know, lbl has been in my head since I got into Zelda, so I am not giving up on lbl! I’m gonna rewrite the story and start all over again, unfortunately I’m gonna leave Sky’s arc unfinished, but the pages I got done were amazing and I still love them, I just can’t keep going. So soon… soon I will have a new comic going with a new plot. Thanks guys :)

For Minish, I’m making him Time’s age cuz that thought makes me laugh (this 4 foot something dude is like, 26 years old or something), while Four is still young (probably 14?) and is trying to take his job as a knight seriously.

The thing with these two is that they’ve both wielded the four sword! Minish doesn’t do it anymore, but he was quite skilled with it, while Four is still trying to figure the sword out! So they are able to bond this way! I thought it’d add some interesting dynamics between the two.

OOC. Thinking more on Sam’s Persona verse, and I think it’d be safe to say that her character would be very different from her personality right now.

( Brief mention of bullying, self harm and suicide + long talk about P4 verse under the cut! )

In general, Sam would be a lot more reserved. Quiet, even. The kind of loner kid who just sticks to herself and doesn’t go out of her way to make friends. Why bother having friends if you’re just going to leave each other in the end? That’s because in these verses, she’s the kid who created drama in each school she went to for varying reasons ( most of them which are pretty heavy, like bullying and suicide attempts ).

The way she gets her persona, of course, would differ depending on if it’s Persona 4 or 5. I haven’t thought of anything yet for P5, but I do have thoughts on P4.

For Persona 4, when Sam gets tossed into the TV World? I’d like to think her dungeon would become that of a large auditorium with a stage at the very end. The stage symbolizes two things: her desire to become an actress and her desire to become someone aside from herself—-a way to escape who she’s known as to people from her past actions. In plays, movies, and stories, people can become anyone they want to be. They could be heroes! Villains! Comedic jokers that can make people laugh! And most of all?

People care about the characters on stage.

That’s Sam’s ultimate desire: for people to care about her.

Now this also comes from her main verse, but as someone who was raised in a household where her parents were almost always fighting, Sam grew up being unable to ask for any comfort from her parents. How could she when her mother was already burdened and stressed, and her father frightening her with his anger and temper?

So she did what any child would do: she started looking for that comfort from other people. Attention, even—-hence the suicide and self-harm attempts, plus the trauma dumping on anyone willing to listen. Her shadow would rip into this especially, I think.

Speaking of her shadow, Sam’s would be very... eccentric, to say the least. Since her main desire is to get people to care about her, her shadow would do anything to get a reaction out of others. Spouting about all the horrible things that happened to Sam, hurting itself, saying that she deserves it—-anything. 

If all else fails and it can’t get the attention it wants? Well.

They’ll have to care if Sam herself gets turned into a corpse, right?
