Hey so... important thingy real quick pertaining to sharing f/os.

I get it- sharing f/os can be hard for some folks. Whether you get self conscious, jealous, nervous abt it, etc etc. I totally understand- I can open up here and admit that I get really self conscious and a little nervous when I see people who ship with the f/os I am uncomfortable sharing or have selective sharing with. However, that's a normal thing to feel, and you shouldn't feel bad about it at all! It's okay to be sad, or anxious, or jealous, or anything else along those lines. That's why we block and move on, and try not to let those negative feelings hurt us too heavily.

That being said, when it becomes NOT okay, is when you're posting on any of your blogs about wanting people who ship with your f/os dead. Or posting about wanting to cause bodily harm to other self-shippers. Oooor posting about said f/o harming other shippers. Or anything under that umbrella.

Seriously. I feel like it's already pretty obvious that you should never do that in the first place, but those who don't care and want to actively participate in said behavior should just stay in their own damn circle- away from the people who aren't harming anyone; who are just shipping and minding their own business.

We absolutely do not need those kinds of people running around and literally wishing death on folks, whether they think they're being sneaky about it or not. Nobody deserves to die for the 'crime' of loving the same character as someone else.

Every once in a while I remember this passage and am sent spiralling into the orbit.

Elrond saw the disaster that were the Noldor and went 'nope, I am staying out of that drama. Sindar, here I come' and he's so valid for it. Living up to the as wise as a wizard. He looks at the elven side of his family tree, goes 'do you think I am stupid' and chooses the least problematic branch.

Had the second worst medical procedure of my entire life today BUT i WAS told that it immediately turned up abnormal results AND apparently my insides did something that they've never seen happen before :D

#after a year and a half of no answers this is WONDERFUL news #so in the last week i have found out that i have a severe immune reaction to cow's milk AND that my esophagus is fucked up #and i probably have a motility disorder #idk! we'll see how it goes! #i know theres no ulcer or abnormality in the cells in my esophagus/stomach cuz they biopsied that shit a while ago #but i DO have an extra spasm happening toward my lower sphincter AND my throat spasms for a lot longer than its supposed to #which makes sense cause i get food and pills stuck up in my sinuses alllll the time #eek i just hope this will actually lead somewhere #*lower ESOPHAGEAL sphincter nasties #mumblings

I can understand recruiting for the Rhino Suit, but the whole thing with Doc Ock and Vulture is that THEY made those devices themselves to use...

feels weird having them already being made only to be given to some guy they recruited to then become said villain. just feels.. off.

Also yeah, the characters weren’t introduced or hinted at in any other way throughout the movies from what I can remember. especially since Doc Ock had already appeared in a previous Spiderman movie. which would make sense why they didn’t have him hinted at or referenced in any way other than “hey look, sentient actuators in a holding cell wink wonk“

they did have plans to make more movies with more villains as they were implying with that special ending scene in the 2nd movie, but the 2nd movie bombed so they never got the chance to make all the movies they had planned and were excited to do with those villains.

i make this exact face watching 99% of metal gear but ESPECIALLY here. fatman is one of those characters who shows up for one scene but has some of the best line delivery in the entire game

#everybody remembers half of dead cell and MAYBE fortune if they have good taste. but nobody ever hypes up my guy fatman #he is probably my favorite minor character in the whole series. like the way his va (whose name im forgetting atm. barry something...?) #the way he delivers these fucking lines is so fucking good. #barry dennen i was right it WAS barry something. thats his voice actor and dude does a bitching job its awesome #his japanese voice acter (kōzō shioya) is also very very good but watching that cutscene in japanese fucks me up because raiden's jp voice #is SO fucking deep compared to his english one. like i already thought snake's jpn voice was deeper than his eng one #but raiden is a whole other level. i wonder if japanese fans feel like this about his voice being higher in english #anyway. fatman fan NUMERO uno thats me baby. nobody else wants that title so i get it without a fight #(if you want the title im more than happy to share though. fatman fans gotta stick together) #muffin mumbles
