I want to share this because even though this situation is awful, I hope you all know Cellbit has real friends that have been by his side for much more than 7 years and they will keep being by his side while this situation is being unfolded.

I've watched him go through all this over the years very closely, I always told him to say something publicly and he always told me he'd rather not, so as not to expose her or their intimacy.

Reading Cellbit's English statement

I'm genuinely in tears over this. This is exactly how *I* experience being asexual. He's just like me.

And he has to out himself and his extremely private trauma related to it because this aphobic bitch ex-girlfriend of his won't leave him the fuck alone. The same one people were wrongfully dragging him about when he first got added to QSMP.

I'm so angry on his behalf. I'm so angry for the Brazilian QSMP members and fans. As if they haven't been going through enough lately with speaking out about the endless xenophobia they've been going through for so long, now this.

Gods. Fuck aphobes. Fuck xenophobes. Fuck this whole situation, I'm so sorry for Cellbit. I'd give anything to be able to tell him I relate to his experiences with sexuality and that I wish he was as lucky as me to have almost never seen genuine aphobia at all let alone this extreme.

I hope to gods everyone reads the statement instead of falsely turning on him. I feel sick knowing he could lose his platform to aphobia. Because as an ace reading his statement, that's what his ex's behavior was. Aphobia. Period. And if you think it was anything more than that, go fuck yourself.

Cellbit Case Update:

At this point, i believe that Cellbit will really win the legal case against his ex. She released a 40-minute video, in summary:

For those who remember, she accused him of sexual assault. Now, she changes the fact and says that she never accused him, as this was recent and has a print, because that was what the QSMP community used to attack Cellbit. She says she didn't cheat on her ex-boyfriend with him, in fact she said he wasn't her boyfriend. But the ex-boyfriend spoke out and confirmed that they were in a relationship, and their friends also confirmed it. She also says the cheating allegations are misogeny. (As a personal comment, her wanting to play the misogyny card on Women's Day is... convenient?)

She says she didn't know about his asexuality, which I highly doubt, especially after she lied and said she didn't try to pin a crime of sexual assault on him and then said she never intended to pursue him. She brought prints of fights without context. But we already knew that they were fighting, because he said in the PDF that the relationship was never healthy, but she claims that she was never a problem and that she didn't want to relive it and show evidence so as not to harm him... At this point, she is even offending the public since she was the only one who brought up the subject again, still accusing him of a crime to which he had to defend himself. Basically, she has no proof of the accusations, at most she goes back to the idea of ​​a toxic relationship, in which she claims she never did anything and that he was always the problem. She contradicts herself in very important aspects, which means that yes, she lies a lot. Basically a disservice to the real victims of sexual assault, discrediting them.

I’ve always said it, but there are no words that can accurately describe how much I despise twitter. What happened with cellbit is just one of many examples of how bad it’s become. Lately all you see going there are people that fight each other over who’s more morally superior by going “fuck *random cc*” in the name of activism without actually bothering to do the activist part. It’s why a lot of ccs have deleted the app/ have drastically reduced how much they look there, and people still refuse to accept this and actively use it a as a way to criticize them, but god help you if you point this out, because everyone should know everything all the time since they do, and all the people that don’t want to look there are pieces of shit, right?

I hate how much power that app has over ccs, and I hope they all leave there eventually, because people there get so caught up thinking they have the moral high ground that they actively never actually help.

i’m not going to talk much about everything going on with cellbit, because a lot of the things he’s gone through hit far too close to home for me, but i just wanted to say that i support him 100% and my heart breaks hearing everything he’s been put through. no one deserves to go through that. as someone who is both acespec and an SA victim, it is genuinely horrifying to hear about all the things he’s been forced to endure publicly about everything. my heart goes out to cellbit, anyone who has been told they are broken for their asexuality, and anyone who has been forced to stay quiet about the abuse they’ve endured. this is probably the most personal post i’ll ever make, but so much of what cellbit has gone through is horrifically familiar, and i wanted to show my support to him and to anyone else who has ever been in a similar situation.

I know I’m late but idc that person who tried to spread fake allegations about tubbo is so fucking stupid. Like yeah, the obviously fake story is telling enough but their lack of forethought as to what they’re actually doing is just crazy.

They outright used Tubbo’s name and blatantly accused him of a crime that he didn’t commit. AND if his viewers can defend him based on the limited evidence we have, I can only imagine what his lawyer could do if given the opportunity. This random person has potentially put themselves in so much legal trouble and for what? goddamn twitter likes???? as someone on the aspec i know what it's like to be forced to come out and it fucking sucks. I can't even imagine how fed up with everything cellbit is, especially after seven years of this shit. its a horrible situation to be in and he doesn't deserve it. please, if you are still siding with his ex-girlfriend get away from my blog and if you want to read the full document cellbit has released about this I'll reblog this post with the link. it explains everything in detail and there are some very very sensitive topics spoken about in it so be wary about that, but it clears his name and that's what is important.

if anybody uses this situation to further be aphobic towards him or anybody you can happily go fuck yourselves. you are pieces of shit for that. and if anybody uses this situation to be xenophobic towards the brazillians and their community, simply fuck off. you don't deserve to have a voice about this situation.

I really hope this doesn't effect cellbits platform (obviously anymore than it already has) and I hope he can take time to recover from this all. its a disgusting thing to have happened but it has, and now we can only work on making him feel appreciated and taking down everyone that has been xenophobic and aphobic as a result of this situation.

hi!!! i’m really glad to help!!!!! and yes okay so basically.

in brazil, you have to be 18+ to answer judicially, regardless of the matter. if we’re talking about child support, for example, the child is the one that has the right to get child support, but their responsible guardian has to speak for them judicially, because children can’t legally partake in a judicial matter without being represented by an adult.

so, basically, they’re still held responsible, but things move along differently, because they have to be represented by their legal guardians. according to brazilian tort law (responsibility laws and stuff), parents/legal guardians are ALWAYS held responsible for their child’s actions because they have direct responsibility towards those children. so, basically, if a kid is getting sued for saying shit on the internet and cellbit asks for indemnities and the judge concedes it, the legal guardians have to pay for those indemnities. like, the CHILDREN are being convicted and being charged, but they legally have to be represented judicially by their guardians, if that makes sense? so yes it’s THEM but their legal guardians are representing them. because they’re minors.

defamation isn’t usually a crime you can go to jail for in brazil, you just have to pay for damages — and that can be a LOT of money. if it was a crime you go to jail for, that’d be a bigger issue, because you can’t put a child in adult jail. since it’s more of a money punishment, tho, it’s a little easier for suing minors to be something doable. their parents will just have to pay for however much the judge decides is a good enough amount.

i looked over the court process and i thiiiiiiink it’s in a civil court of law? which would mean he isn’t asking for them to go to jail, he’s just asking to get paid for the damages. i can take a look again tomorrow tbh

Also I wasn't gonna bring this up but I noticed most the time QSMP CC's get attack it's starts from r/dreamwastaken2 and not to make any accusations yet, but it's insane to me how everytime I look into it, it keeps going back to that subreddit.

They were the ones circulating the first accusations of Cellbit, they shared lot of anger against aypierre and Charlie, they shared the accusations of veggeta allegedly being Transphobic.

People with "dream Stan" in their bio to this day still post frequent misinformation.

Ok I don't know what has really been happening lately but.

I'm sorry that Cellbit and all the Brazilians who have to deal with so much hate and disrespect.

Qsmp is supposed to bring people around the world together and allow us all to learn about culture and languages. Not bring hate and drift us apart!

To Cellbit, I'm so sorry he has to go through so much, from what I've heard from people on here, he seemed ti have gone thru so much and it's sad the way he could clear his name is by explaining all he went thru. I hope him and his family are safe and hope he can heal. Take as much rest as u need and hope u can move on from this whole awful situation. And we all need to be kind and respectful when he is ready to return.

And hope the Brazilians can get peace and heal from all the hate that u all have to go thru. It's awful from what I've heard. U don't deserve this and know u all are loved and are welcomed here.
