Easter Greeting From Catholic Men Chicago Southland

He submerged himself into our mess and it was our mess that killed him. Easter is primarily a celebration of forgiveness, of reconciliation and absolution. What moves us to our depths; what shocks us in our surprise is the realization that God the Father did not take vengeance on us for what we did to his Son but has decided to start over again with us in such a remarkable way of raising his Son to life again and wrapping us up with him in that Life. This indeed is what Easer is all about. Each year on the feast of the Resurrection we Christians climb to the roof tops, as it were, and shout out to the world a piece of Good news that has disturbed the status quo of the world ever since, namely, that our God in Jesus Christ is alive when evil men meant him dead. For this reason, Easter is more than an event. More than one Sunday in the calendar when we munch on chocolate bunnies and marshmallow chickadees. Easter is an attitude. Easter is liberation. Easter is Life, our life in the here and now and hereafter. Let this feast of feasts for Christians be the day to start over, to cross the chasm, to repair the broken, to rediscover God’s extraordinary grace transforming our most ordinary days.

How easy is it for your character to lie? Is your character a good liar? Do they lie often? What is the biggest lie they've ever told?

I’m just going to let them list themselves in order, since it’s different for most of us.

Luna: It really depends for me, little lies are easier, big lies unless thought off beforehand are too much. Though I’m better at lies of admission, I mostly withhold information. Biggest lie I ever told, one time when me and Lucas were younger, after mom left, I may or may not have eaten all the chocolates, in one afternoon, and most certainly did not get sick that night and clean it up myself all without Lucas knowing.

Lucas: / I knew she ate the chocolates, did not figure out the rest though. I’m not a very good liar. I don’t like it, though I also am one to withhold information, which is easier because literally no one asks me, mostly because they know I won’t answer unless needed. So it’s super easy. Biggest lie I ever told was when Solar asked me if I had seen his game. I had seen it, I had it.

Clarissa:* Yes actually, it’s easy to do, hard to justify, I don’t lie because of morals, but it is easy for me to do. I got away with a lot of stuff . You know, went to some parties, met Draco, got married, had a kid... My parents still don’t know, or need to.

Draco:/* You don’t run a kingdom without lying, it’s as simple as that. Lilith was in shambles when I ‘claimed’ the throne, so it took awhile to fix it so it was better off. Biggest lie, since I’m you know, anyhow I took part in the centuries old passing of the throne, and no one figured out it was me.

Stella:// No I don’t lie, I’m an honest person, the only lies I tell are the ones to Earth kids about Santa, Easter bunny, ect. ect. I was always an honest kid, and the favorite.

Solar:\ Of course, I lie and get away with things all the time. Plus how do you think Stella let me have the lab/jail? Certainly not because I wouldn’t use it. Though there are a select few people I don’t lie to, namely Spark.

Spark:/\ I don’t like lying, and more often than not hurts other people. I would much rather just hold information than lie about it. Though I work in and like theater, so I’m pretty good at it. Biggest lies I’ve told where to my parents, I had to lie to them all the time.

I’m going to put the rest under the cut, since these have the main ones down, and it gets long.

Lily:\/ Nope! I don’t lie. I trust Spark, he and Luna don’t get overly mad at me, so there is no need to lie.

Sapphire: :: Meh, my parents never had a problem with me, just kind of let me d my own thing. So not really. I don’t think I’ve told any big lies, no interesting ones at least.

Storm: ; Sure, it’s easy enough. I only lie about little things though. Or when I work with children, but not about anything big still. Just stuff about playing pretend and what not.

Mica: % No I don’t lie, I hate lying, and I don’t like liars. I’m an honest person, and I don’t lie about anything really.

Damion: ^ Lying is easer, but I am also one to just keep quiet rather than lie.

Riley: + Lying is surprisingly easy for me. I lie to my parents all the time. They still don’t know I hang out with everyone instead of just going on walks.

Willow: = I’m also a good liar, you don’t become the trickster at school without lying at all. I have never once been caught. And no one suspects a thing, except the rest of the royals all love hearing my stories about it.

Destiny: > I’ll just say it, I suck at straight up lying, I’m better at keeping up a façade, but other than that I can’t lie.

Derrick: < I also am no good at lying, or really keeping a façade, I don’t lie, or i get busted, either or.

Soulstar: _ Don’t need too, only Luna can hear me, so I always speak my mind.
