Uniqaya Sunscreens For Oily Skin To Protect It From UV Rays
Oily skin can be a blessing in disguise, but when it comes to tinted sunscreen, it can be a challenge. The wrong choice can leave you feeling greasier than a French fry. Fear not; here's your guide to selecting the ideal sunscreen for oily skin.
1. Look for "Oil-Free" or "Non-Comedogenic" Labels: When shopping for sunscreen, opt for products labeled as "oil-free" or "non-comedogenic." These sunscreens are specially formulated not to clog pores or exacerbate oiliness.
2. Go for a Gel-Based or Water-Based Formula: Gel-based or water-based sunscreens are lightweight and get absorbed quickly. They provide effective protection without adding extra shine to your skin.
3. Choose SPF 30 or Higher: For oily skin, SPF 30 or higher is recommended. It ensures adequate protection without making your skin feel heavy or greasy.
4. Matte Finish: Look for sunscreens that promise a matte finish. These formulations are designed to control excess shine throughout the day.
5. Broad-Spectrum Protection: Always pick a broad-spectrum sunscreen to shield your skin from both UVA and UVB rays. This is crucial for preventing premature aging and sunburn.
6. Consider Tinted Sunscreens: Tinted sunscreens SPF 50 not only offer sun protection but also provide a subtle, even tone, making them perfect for those days when you want to skip foundation.
7. Blotting Papers and Powder: For added shine control, carry blotting papers or a translucent powder in your bag for touch-ups throughout the day.
Choosing the right sunscreen for oily skin doesn't have to be a hassle. With these tips, you can enjoy sun protection without worrying about excess shine. So, go ahead, embrace the sun, and keep that oily skin in check!

i bought a sample little travel spray of this. and all i can say is damn i really really wish i liked it more LOL. blanche bete had its little moment on social media these past few months and its like..its just ok. its alright. its like a cottony thick/fatty vanilla milky milk milkiness on your skin with a little bit of tuberose… im a bit over this lactonic trend to be honest why do you want to smell like a glass of milk you weirdo. admittedly i have been this weirdo for the past year or so but i feel like the trend has just started leaning way too sweet/gourmand lately. anyways this is just not that fantastic. its alright its certainly inoffensive just not worth its price point. if you want something fairly milky and floral and sweet and expensive that i actually do quite like then i do really enjoy amouage love tuberose over this lol. i will be wearing this but begrudgingly

had the fun task today of making a food-safe, unpleasant-tasting lotion substitute with a stimulating texture. (to help with a lotion-eating tic so they have something less harmful and untasty on hand to help avoid the bad stuff)
not the kind of challenge I usually have when making cosmetics, but it was fun to stretch! Did a coconut oil, food grade sweet almond oil, arrowroot starch, and tons of 2 different sizes of sea salt. If the loads of salt isn't enough of a deterrent- I'm a salt addict so I understand- we're going to try citric acid, and then level 3 will be a bitterant to give it that nasty nasty flavor.
Hopefully level 3 won't be necessary. They're trying to curb the habit to safe for the body levels, not to stop a behavior that's entirely harmless if we find the right sub.

Shea butter has taken the skincare world by storm, and the hype is absolutely justified. Derived from the nuts of the African Shea tree, this natural wonder has become a staple in beauty routines worldwide. Here are three compelling reasons why Shea butter has become so popular in the skincare industry.
1. Intense Moisturization:
Shea butter is a moisture powerhouse. It's rich in fatty acids and vitamins, making it an exceptional hydrator.
When applied to the skin, it forms a protective barrier, sealing in moisture and preventing dehydration.
2. Skin Nourishment and Repair:
Loaded with antioxidants, including vitamin E, Shea butter promotes healthy skin by neutralizing free radicals.
It aids in collagen production and supports skin cell regeneration, effectively reducing the appearance of scars, blemishes, and stretch marks.
Whether you're dealing with signs of aging or skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, Shea butter offers natural relief.
3. Versatility and Gentleness:
Shea butter is incredibly versatile. It can be used from head to toe, providing benefits for your face, lips, body, and even your hair. All you should know is how to use shea butter for different concerns.
Unlike some synthetic skincare ingredients, Shea butter is gentle and well-tolerated by most skin types.
The Bottom Line
Shea butter's skincare hype is well-founded. Whether you're seeking relief from dryness, a natural anti-aging solution, or a gentle and effective skincare ingredient, Shea butter has you covered.
