Cassie and Walker has such a different dynamic from Walker and Micki. They come off as strictly platonic and like a kid sister to him. You could tell the writers put more focus on Cordirez and made their relationship more intense because a lot of fans took to them. I’m curious what will happen if Lindsey comes back. I doubt they’ll be partners again because that wouldn’t be fair to Ashley Reyes. Maybe Micki will be captain. I could see them making Cassie and Micki long lost sisters.

If Trey becomes a Texas Ranger then Micki can become his partner! Now that would have a potential for a spinoff, two ex become Texas Ranger partners. Please, no more long lost sisters, it's awkward enough watching Geri trying to bond with Denise, it's like watching a female Cordell fumbling her way around a new familyi dynamic.
