As reported by Kansas Reflector’s Sherman Smith, the video drew the ire of former Kansas GOP chair Mike Kuckelman, revealing a rift in the state party between the conservative old guard and the MAGA faithful. Kuckelman condemned the Biden bashing on his personal Facebook page and called for the resignations of current GOP chairman (and election denier) Mike Brown and Johnson County Republican chairwoman Maria Holiday. What followed was a bipartisan wave of condemnation, but the Republican condemnation came with a caveat — the beating of Biden in effigy wasn’t part of the planned event. It was instead the result of “poor judgment” by an outside exhibitor. Dakotah Parshall, state GOP executive director, said the Biden effigy came from an outside exhibitor in the “karate/self-defense space.” The exhibitor wasn’t named. Parshall described Kuckelman as a “disgruntled” former party member who created a false narrative. Really? It’s difficult to believe an exhibitor could set up such an amusement without anybody in a position of authority noticing the “Brandon” shirt or the Biden mask or the bashing that was captured on video. This was no cheap fundraiser. Tickets ranged from $90 to $300 bucks. Surely somebody was in charge of optics.

Kansas Republicans can disavow the pummeling of the Biden effigy until their faces turn blue, but it’s disingenuous to denounce political violence and support Trump.

No.031 MC - doesn’t have a specific face or anything, but the thing that inspires me with them and always puts me in a good head to write them is listening to Laura Palmer scream at the end of the last episode of season 2 (a very specific answer lmao). Something about her voice just always gets my brain working.

Saint MC - also no face, but vibes were heavily inspired by things like The VVitch, Black Coats Daughter, The Haunting of Hill House, etc.

Sorina Spencer - Dakotah Johnson, but specifically her attitude in Susperia. There’s a scene where she’s sat across from the head lady of the dance company and the look on Dakotahs face in that moment is exactly what I want to portray in Sorina.

Matilda Costache - originally inspired by Shelly Johnson from Twin Peaks, but has morphed into someone else entirely and in a way I don’t know how to describe yet. I feel like they’ve become more self-instert-y for me because they have a lot more of my personality and pain in them than I ever expected for them to get, but are still very much their own thing in my head.

Ricardo Santos - face is Xolo Maridueña but his personality isn’t inspired by him. Tbh I don’t think he’s really inspired by anyone except for me atm. As he gets older I feel like he becomes more like a Tommy from TLOU type of character, but in his younger years - definitely somewhat self-insert in personality/sensitivity.

Elena Winters - face is Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne from Twin Peaks), and she’s kind of inspired by a mix of things. On one hand she’s similar to BOTW Zelda because of her self sacrifice, but on the other hand she’s also inspired by characters like Ash Williams in the sense that she’s gotta survive being locked in a torture house with Lucas and the molded and almost loses her mind in that. Later on in Re8 I’m going for more of a Daneryas Targaryen vibe in the sense of the “I’m going to leave fire in my wake”.

Based on our research we have concluded that economic justice is an arrangement of good standards for building financial organizations, a definitive object of which is to make an open door for every individual to make an adequate material establishment whereupon to have a nobel, profitable, and innovative life past financial aspects. In today’s society, a common issue that women struggle with is the “the glass ceiling and sticky floor”. In that situation women have the potential to grow but the business world holds them back from achieving their fullest potential such as reaching pay equity, livable wages, and job equality. Possible resolutions are to form strikes where women refuse to work. And or place stricter discrimination laws. Even if these options does not work , the awareness of this issue can be a possible start to change.
