Dear mutuals, things have been going rough with school as of late, and it's becoming more and more apparent that my nuerodivergence is causing my schoolwork to suffer. Despite this, I feel proud of myself tonight.

It's not a particularly big or stressful accomplishment, but I went out of my way to have a balanced technically-breakfast. I broke the ramen pack I was going to eat in half to the proper serving size, something I haven't done in a while. I microwaved some frozen broccoli for a minute with some water and chopped it up, adding it to my tupperware bowl. I then mixed together an egg with a splash of milk, microwaved it for 30 seconds, and they stirred it so hard it became scrambled, adding it as well. I chose some of the skyr (yogurts low fat, low sugar, very high protein cousin) my parent hadn't been eating(strawberry flavored). I also decided to have some canned pear. I know it's sugar high, but I need sugar to live, so I enjoyed my treat guilt free.

Carb: Ramen

Vegetable: Broccoli

Protein: Egg, Skyr

Dairy: Skyr<(i could read all ten ingredients without a problem!)

Fruit: Canned pear 😋
