A relationship with Toshinori pt 2

After All might broke up with you

You tried to move on but it was incredibly hard

Just when you would think you were going to be able to move on you'd see his face in a poster or on tv

The man was everywhere

Toshinori was at the height of his career as a hero and he was thriving

You were honestly happy for him of course

As long as you known him that's what he wanted

You just wanted to be apart of his life

But he had erased you from his life completely and didnt have any contact with you anymore

It was like you were never there

You understood why he did it but that didnt make it any easier

As for Toshinori he was happy he was doing what he loved after all

But he always knew he was missing something

Of course he had torino to talk to and even sasaki after he took him on as a sidekick

But they weren't the same as you

You were his best friend and his first and only love

But he swore he would protect you and that meant not being with you

And that's how things were going to stay

Years passed

And the two of you stayed separated

It was when All Might had his first big fight with One for all that you couldn't stay away

You didnt know what it was but you just felt like something was wrong and you couldn't stay away

And after talking to the staff he would lead you to where he was

Your heart was in your throat as you walked in the room

When you got the call from him you almost broke your phone dropping it

But you caught it and with a shaky voice you answered "Hello?"

"I saw the note you wrote."

"Oh....yeah...I had stopped by to check in on you...I saw that fight on the news and I was worried-"

"You would you like to have lunch with me Y/n?" He asked you

"Yes." You said answered back taking no time at all

Toshi was a bit surprised by how happy you sounded and in turn it excited him

He was going to see you again because unlike you he hadn't see you in years

Once you hung up you were in straight panic mode

The date started off awkward neither one of you knowing how to start a conversation

But with a little small talk you both got more comfortable

Until the two of you were laughing and reminiscing about old times

"I've missed you Toshinori..." you told him honestly as the night was coming to a close and the two of you were going to leave the dinner

"...I've missed you too y/n...you know why we couldn't be together I hope you know I didn't want it to be that way." He told you

For years Toshi wanted to tell you that he wanted to just know you understood why he left you

"I do..." you told him "but surely All Might is allowed to have friends?" You just wanted to be apart of his life again

Toshinori didnt say anything for a moment

Debating if it truly was okay

Because more than anything he wanted your safety

He was reasoning with him self it had been so long since that attack on you

And he was still number 1 but he couldn't think of anything else happening if he kept your friendship away from the public

So maybe it was okay

He smiles back at you "Surely he can."

Making you smile wider
