Anyway, my promised nice Manny Vargas post

I enjoy Manny Vargas because he is one of the few characters in new vegas who actively resisted getting chewed up and spat out by the NCR army. This guy was the ONLY member of First Recon to refuse his orders, he refused to even GO to Bitter Springs because he knew it wasn’t a raider hideout. But I’d bet money that even if he was there, he’d still refuse to fire on unarmed civilians. Hell I think he’d refuse to fire on unarmed civilians even if they weren’t Khans. This guy has a stronger moral compass than most NCR troopers and he used to be a RAIDER. He will literally tell you that he used to be a bad kid in the Khans but he got the slighest stink that the NCR was doing some bad shit and he walked just like that. He’s literally braver than any NCR marine.

I wanna know about toys children in the wasteland have I don't want any prewar old world plastic nukacola trunks and Barbies bullshit I want like. NCR produced lead soldiers and wooden creatures carved by a doting grandmother and Khan baby rattles made from bone. The only old world stuff I want is that one kid in Freeside playing with Euclid C-Finder because he thinks it's a toy gun
