I’m so full of hcs regarding the fact that Tag now speaks spanish and Eloise english. that Brazilian feel to his later designs (in F2RX) kills me.

What would be funnier?

(context: f2rx but it starts like the pilot - aka Tag and Samy are friends before their parents start dating)

Isabelle and Pablo start getting closer because their sons are close and so they keep meeting and with time end up dating. Samy isn't sure whether to be happy (Tag now his brother!!) or very mad (his mom isn't going back with his dad and it's sorta his fault)

Isabelle and Pablo start dating independently of their sons' lives and one day they organize a dinner and Isabelle says it's her boyfriend "and his son, Sébastien" and Samy is all "urgh it sucks" but turns out it's Pablo and Tag, and Samy is supremely confused and it's all because Tag only ever goes by Tag outside but Pablo only ever refers to him as Sébastien

Thinking about the Roller Team episode and thinking about Samy and his shoes with wheels on... One day he defies Tag to rollerskating and Tag explodes him and Samy is like wtf and Tag is like well you see i have these four big brothers- and then at some point idk they travel to Port-Marie and Tag introduces the Roller Team to Samy and idk where I'm going with this but I'm weak okay

at it again and i'm sorry but it seriously pisses me off that f2rx is so bad when the pilot was so good

again with this but the pilot makes such a better way for Samy and Tag to meet, like, at the end of their game, there’s respect - and that’s something that, from what i remember, Samy never had for Tag in the actual f2rx. Samy befriending Tag, pestering him to become his team’s coach, and then later, like months, if Tag and Pablo just moved into town, both of them finding out their parents are seeing each other would be a much more interesting dynamic to me, rather than straight up jumping from “we’ve never met each other” to “oh yeah we’re living together and brothers and coach/‘apprentice’ now and also there’s one-sided hatred for no reason” idk i just think f2rx was exceptionally badly written
