Soft FEH OCs Headcanons

Fjorm || Princess of Ice

Self-explanatory really,without vengeance on Surtr running through her head 24/7. Fjorm is just a massive huggable ball of softness

Can't see her NOT loving cuddles,her favourite cuddle partners are Ylgr,Sharena and of course,Gunnthrà

Also good at baking sweets since her mother (+Gunnthrà) taught her when she was little

Has a crush on Laegjarn,but has no horny thoughts,just thoughts of Laegjarn picking her up or cuddling her

Eir || Bringer of Life

The moment Veronica meets Eir again,she's getting pulled into an emotional squeeze

You can't tell me Eir doesn't love making LOTS of flower crowns during Day of Devotion

Probably gets easily embrassed whenever Ymir talks about her childhood before Hel pulled up and spun the block

Speaking of Ymir,anyone that dates Eir is the luckiest person alive because Eir will show you just how gorgeous and pure the Realm of Life is

Peony || Cherished Dream

Accidentally called Freyr papa once

Before you ask,yes,Mirabillis also made the same mistake

Peony semi-canonocally likes to play childish games like hide and seek or tag,especially with Sharena but really wants to play with Veronica but is too scared to ask

Probably one of the most cuddliest people you'll meet in the Order of Heroes

Reginn || Bearing Hope

Since Reginn is described to be tomboyish,she would probably try to bench press with Dagr only to fail at first try

Definitely a terrible dancer,but makes it up for it by being canonically good at cooking so she'd bring lots of goodies in parties

First one to cry whenever the girls play a scary game

Tempest Trials better cook once its her time to shine

Ash || Retainer to Askr

Ash loves any food involving milk since she's a literal Divine Cow

And yes,her favourite Ice Cream is Vanilla

Probably doesn't like how Veronica is willing to carry her father's legacy for very obvious reasons

Also has a very good listening ear so people like the Summoner or Veronica can vent about their feelings

Seiðr || Goddess of Hope

Aegis Main (Gullveig maining Palutena and Kvasir mailing Zelda(

Seiðr is actually pretty cheerful,but I think it's canon so idk really

Favourite cuddle partner is Heiðr and is very very shy to ask either Kvasir or Gullveig for a cuddle session

Her and Alear would probably be besties

Ratatoskr || Healing Hand

Probably the only sane one in her family unless her mother is also innocent but only time will tell

Will try her to best to EMOTIONALLY or MENTALLY heal people like Edelgard or Idunn

She doesn't care if they have alot to talk about,as long as they are healing,then she would have no problem listening to them

Also the easiest one to get jumpscared whenever the girls play a horror game

FEH nonsense tangent - 

**(I COMPLETELY forgot that long before this everyone was saying “Gullveig is  Seiðr and the summoner’s weird magic baby”, yes I completely and totally forgot that, I think my points below still stand but like. yeah. I’ll circle back to this)

I haven’t seen anyone discussing the feh main plot on here, which...honestly why would you, but anyway, I haven’t seen any discussion and I’m not on twitter so I either just missed it or nobody cares, but then I went way too far down this rabbit hole of character design and I’m annoyed that I gave my time to this feh original story, of all damn things, so I’m gonna talk about it and then be done with it.

So Alfonse mentions something about how Kvasir being Gullveig’s past and the Gullveig that they know being from the future, implying (or saying, I honestly forgot) he’s wondering where she is in their present, and I immediately went “It’s Seiðr. Seiðr is Gullveig in the present and Heiðr is the red herring, because Heiðr being Gullveig would be absolutely meaningless from a meta perspective because we haven’t bonded with her.”**(see note at top)

But now, looking at character design, I’m not sure anymore...

Kvasir has one eye covered so that either way the reveal of her right eye color will be significant. But...

...Kvasir looks like Seiðr. Just like. Full stop. Notably exact hair and eye color, as well as possibly eye shape (a little harder to tell, but put a pin that). Which, ok, that supports my original theory that  Seiðr is present-day Gullveig... unless Kvasir isn’t Gullveig. We only have her word to go by on that. And if you look back at  Heiðr, her eye shape matches Gullveig way more than Seiðr ‘s does. (I’ll also mention the forehead gems, but that’s less evidence since I don’t think they quite match position and Kvasir and Seiðr have most of their faces hidden anyway).

So I thought the twist was going to be that Seiðr was Gullveig, because it being  Heiðr isn’t very twisty because we haven’t heard form her in a hot minute, but I now I think the twist is going to be that Kvasir is  Seiðr ‘s past and not Gullveig’s at all and the two aren’t the same person. And Heiðr is Gullveig and Kvasir will be like “well this ain’t right.”

** Ok we’re back, me having remembered the whole “let’s make a baby” thing, so anyway now it’s clear why this matters, it means Kvasir doesn’t become Gullveig, she becomes Gullveig’s...weird magic mother. I honestly remember squat about what Heiðr even did when she showed up for two seconds, they said she was hurt by Gullveig somehow but I think she’s just going through magic puberty. This seems like the right level of overcomplicated familial nonsense that feh usually gets up to. ugh. well it was a...”fun” might be stretching it, but sure, a fun exercise in character design analysis anyway.

So this latest arc of FEH is the all the OCs are extra hot arc. Like they went “Eff it. We’re going full fanservice”

I get that fanservice is definitely the idea behind these characters' designs, but honestly I just can't bring myself to like them... With the exception of Plumeria, I do not like any of the characters drawn by this artist x'D Seiðr looks straight up awful imo, as does Heiðr (although I may be biased here, as I despise pigtails with a burning passion).

I do like Gullveig's overall design though! I just hope her Brave alt is drawn by a different artist.

So yeah, fanservice, but it only works when you like how the characters look xD

FEH banner thoughts:

- No FEH Channel this time. It’s far from the first time a FEH tradition has been broken...

- A!Fir looks cool. - Dorothy’s artist did an excellent job. I recognised her appearance instantly even though I didn’t remember her name (I haven’t played Binding Blade before so I only knew her from looking at character lists). I would have her as a merge project but I already have Kiragi and Etie as modern Bow Infantry potential merge projects. - With Murdock being the GHB, I find it refreshing that the GHB units are more consistently being the most major villain available. Maybe we’ll actually get the likes of Jedah, Manfroy, Raydrik and Validar and the nameless FE7 Dragon at this rate... - EDIT: Saul’s the instant demote, and brings Incurable as a renamed Serpentine Staff! Excellent! I’ve wanted build a +10 Staff unit with it but I’m not sure who to use. I considered Sakura but I already have Forrest as a +10 Fates Staff. I might go with Elice...

- I was wondering what they were going to do for Tier 4 Null Follow-Up. I like these ones. Because 2 units have them, I’ll do the 40 summons thing for them.

- My way of remembering what Gold Serpent does is “it does a bunch of random things, and Heiðr gets another go”. Trying to find the “ð“ symbol just to flex was more time consuming than I thought it would be, probably because I missed it the first time while looking up fancy letters to copy-paste.

AGHHH HOW CAN THEY DO THAT TO ME, POSTING THE ENDING MOVIE TO BOOK 7 JUST LIKE THAT???

I was not prepared, not expecting it at alllllll….

Though it’s fitting, for a book about time, that it comes at a time when nobody saw it coming.

I’m a bit sad that it’s nearly time to say goodbye to Book 7… I know it wasn’t the most popular, but I still rather enjoyed it!! Even got a new favourite character out of it!

Now to copy paste my thoughts from twitter bc I am lazy lol:

I’ll miss you Book 7 thank you for bringing time travel storyline to feh it was really rather neat!!!Not a perfect book but when is there a perfect one rly.

Njörðr also was really cool!! I think his design was neat and he didn’t get the time (hahah time) needed to really develop his motives or anything but I think he was neat nonetheless and I appreciate his existence. Let’s hope he doesn’t take 10 years to get a playable version
