Whats your color?
This time of year has been very negative or stressful for some. It's has been so strong, that I expend a lot of energy, calming it down or pushing away from it.
Our cultural changes have pushed so much into the need to spend money we don't have during this time of year creating unnecessary stress in our lives. Media pushes deals through advertisements on merchandise we and others do not need and it builds or impulse to buy, Buy BUY!
This time, for some, is the rejoice of Christ birth, and for others, a time of love.
Lately, I have increased my meditations, and I found myself changing colors. Colors that feel and look good on us, lifting our spirits and making us internally stronger. This builds strength for us to fight the negative vibes coming at us.
What's you color? What color makes you feel good? When your inner self feels strong, others feel your strength. A simple action of wearing your color can make an amazing difference in you.
