Okay so there's not a lot? There's this FNF mod called Hellbeats, and there's this fan mod of it that mixes it with another mod called Corruption (think a zombie apocalypse). It's called Hellbeats Corruption: Fallen Angels, and THAT'S where this Roy comes from

He appears for a brief moment during "Atonement" before being jumped by a corrupted hiding in the alley behind him, and the next time we see him he's corrupted as well

There isn't any "official" lore to Roy being here that I'm aware of, HOWEVER both the fan mod and the OG Hellbeats take place in Hell. Roy is also the only one of the Hatz that appears in the flesh, implying Ross and Robert aren't in Hell. Take that as you will

Me and @inkandpaintleopard have been talking about HBC Roy/him being in Hellbeats in general a bit and we have a few headcanons for him

Kasumi’s family ran a cult and attempted to use her as a sacrifice for their dark god. In an attempt to get some form of comfort, she attempted a spell to bring her beloved plush to life like she had watched the others do. Except she summoned a demon… actually scratch that she summoned the dark god they were attempting to. And he did not take kindly to how they treated such a sweet thing. After destroying the rest of them, he now possesses her doll and makes her think that her spell worked, not wanting for her to learn that the very demon that was messing with her life ended up protecting her. Demons do have morals after all.
