Ok sedara-sedara, banyak yang memberikan komen. Hishamuddin memberikan komen, Khairy Jamaluddin memberikan komen, Ismail Sabri memberikan komen.

Chapter 21 | I’m Not Shouldering This Blame
“You’re crazy!” The broker refused, hanging up and slamming down the phone。 Li Fei was on the couch on the first floor of the villa. Assistant Lin advised him to go back to rest, but Li Fei ignored him and instead thought about what happened when Geng Tian disappeared. But the only clues he has is the out of condition Bentley car,and the dense fog that’s creeping out the window。 “Who called? Did…

Peliknya hat ikut keluar orang bergelar Exco,Menteri.. apa punya standard orang IQ sebegini.... Aku bukan orang PKR.. aku taknak sibuk hal dalaman PKR..Cuma aku nak cerita Sejarah PAS..
Tumblr media
Walaupun kurang ajarnya Pemuda PAS pada ketika itu tidak menghormati Timbalan Presiden, tapi bila wartawan tanya Mat Sabu, Mat Sabu masih tenang jawab, mungkin ramai yang keluar untuk Solat.. sebab masa tu Mat Sabu masih menjaga Ukhwah.. nama baik dan kepimpinan parti walaupun dia dihina... Mat Sabu tak keluar buat sidang media merajuk depan wartawan.... Hanipa Maidin dulu bila berucap.. geng-geng anak si nasir YDP Gombak, samseng Unit Amal siap buat kecoh..tengah pemimpin berucap.. depa booo satu dewan dari ruang pemerhati.. Masa Mesyuarat AJK PAS Pusat, geng-geng Ulama, Bani Geng Ustaz Si Dusuki, Nazmi Karim, Mokhtar Senik,Azli Taliban dan Geng Tok Usin masa tu depa buat demo depan Pejabat PAS Jln Raja Laut.. Siap pijak gambar Pemimpin PAS yg dituduh Anwarisitas  dan jebon masa tu..
Tapi Pemimpin Amanah masih tenang hadapi puak Khawarij ini.. Depa tetap datang juga Mesyuarat, depa tak ponteng macam geng Azmin.. Perangai ponteng mesyuarat Azmin ni sama jer ngan Haji Hadi masa ponteng mesyuarat Pakatan Rakyat.... Tengok Haji Hadi, sampai hari ini dia tak senang duduk.. hari-hari serang DAP, serang peribadi Ds Anwar , Walaupun Anwar dah tak sentuh tentang dia.. - Ipohmali
Hikayat Si kitol...
Sampaikan kisah sejarah yg Anwar mahu ceritakan kpd perwakilan pun kamu mahu tentukan? Takkan Anwar nak bawa kisah sejarah kamu tak Sokong Tun M sbg PM dulu, atau sejarah kamu tak setuju dgn penubuhan PH atau sejarah kamu sailang peranan Kak Wan apabila kamu keluarkan watikah calon di PRN SWak dulu, atau takkan Anwar nak cerita sejarah kamu ponteng mesyuarat? Dengar sejarah si kitol pun takut macam iblis dengar orang baca Al Quran ?  Anwar berpencak depan perwakilan seluruh msia yg dipilih oleh ahli2 parti. Very gentleman. Si Kitol menyalak dlm gelanggang sendiri selepas memberi makan dedak ayam2 peliharaannya. Itu beza pahlawan dgn pengkhianat. Dia kata, dia dibogelkan lebih awal sebelum Anwar dibogelkan. Nak bgtahu dia herolah kononnya. Tapi dia lupa, Anwar dibogelkan kerana lawan Umno yg zalim. Kamu dibogelkan kerana "lawan" Haziq. - f/bk
No one is entitled to be PM.
You earn the right to be PM...
I have been waiting for the goats, the sheep, the chickens, and the cows to come home for DSAI to show some sense of leadership, some semblance of grace and decency in the manner he conducts himself and his political charges. Waited for him to be released from Sungai Buloh, waited for him to show that he is insaf and is aware that all eyes are upon him for him to tells us that he is worthy of having the chalice passed to him and take his place in our history books as the eight PM of our nation. And today after Melaka it would seems that I will still be waiting. Really Anwar, you test my patience like no one else has ever done. And saudara Anwar, I am not the only one whose patience you have tested. In my circle of friends, I know of no one who wants you as PM. Among those who read what I write not a sprinkling…maybe just a few…just a very few, tell me to give you the opportunity to prove your mantle as PM. They tell me, let him be PM for a couple of years and if he fails himself, we do not vote for PH at PRU15. Really? You want us to give saudara Anwar two years as PM because, after all, that he has gone through, is he not entitled to be PM? Huh! No one is entitled to be PM. You earn the right to be PM. And if you think I will risk losing PRU15 to BN should Anwar fail us, then my friend, you are sadly mistaken. This is not the time to chance our future just to pander to someone who thinks himself entitled to be PM If we had not yet started to prepare ourselves for PRU15, if PH has not started to fight that fight alongside us as of now…then perish the thought of having that Kleptomaniac and his cohorts rot in jail where they deserve to be….for you and I know that PRU15 will surely be lost to Umno. -  st47
Kemundian sehari sebelum Kongres kau datang mengadap.Tiba2 kau sebut pasai janji.Awak expect akar umbi nak puji kau sebab sehari dan kononnya "hero"? Orang bukan bodoh lihat sikap kau gan Zuraidah...
Linus Paul(LP) : This guy has this to say of DSAI : “I do support his goals and philosophical approach to the country’s problems”... I welcome any comments on anything I write…no maybe “welcome” is not the right word. Let me start again…You can comment on what I write but do think before you do lest I chose to rebut. This morning a Linus Paul had things to say about my posting on Anwar where I said “He cannot manage the affairs of his own family. He cannot even manage the affairs of his own personal life! So how my friends…how do you expect Anwar Ibrahim to manage the affairs of our nation?” This is my reply to his comments. LP : A person’s character is seldom seen in times and environment of peace. Each party has it’s challenges and leader such as Mat Sabu had not really been tested. Mat Sabu has not been tested? Tested in what? Do you want to see if Mat Sabu can control Amanah’s AGM if he had to face what Anwar had to face at PKR’s AGM? There was no need to test Mat Sabu’s ability to control divided, factionalized, combative factions within Amanah because unlike PKR, there are no divided, factionalized, combative factions within Amanah. He presided over an Amanah AGM that had no deep division within its ranks at any level. This is Amanah’s fourth national party conventions and each of these conventions was held in a similar manner: orderly, civilized and with grace. Compare that to what PKR’s AGM has been: fractious, divided and physically violent. Mat Sabu has been tested. As Amanah’s president, he is a leader by example. A leader by his actions and his way of life. A leader in all respects bars none! LP : If you think dr.m is a good example we should look up to and emulate then I am afraid that you need to re-examine the way you perceive the world. Dr M? Before we could even think about taking back our nation from a corrupt BN, PH had to be conceived by Tun. Before we could even think of putting forward a credible alternative to BN, Kit Siang, Mat Sabu, and DSAI had to be brought together by Tun to moot the possibility of forming a united coalition against BN. And before we could vote for a credible alternative against BN, the same Tun, with Kit Siang and Mat Sabu had to convince us all that it was doable. That we can win against BN. And after we had put PH into government, was it not Tun who formed the government, got DSAI his pardon and went on to govern as best as he could? So what else does Tun have to do before I can look up and emulate him? What about DSAI? Yes, he was DPM but did he become PM? Yes, he led Reformasi. See what Reformasihas become yesterday: Young Turks fighting each other against each other? Yes, Anwar put together Pakatan Rakyat – but did he win government? and today, DSAI needs a pardon from the King to do politics? Why? Is he unsure if he will be pardon through the judicial process? No time to go through a judicial process to clear him of sodomy? Huh…spare me that excuse…it is almost two years since his release from Sungai Buloh. Rafizi has already had his conviction overturned on appeal. Anwar cannot? And now yesterday…let us not look at past PKR AGM’s…let us just look at PKR’s AGM yesterday. Young Malays fighting each other during PKR’s AGM? There will be a thousand and one rationales as to why it happened – the fact is that it happened under Anwar’s watch as President. The buck stops at Anwar. Not Azizah, not Nurrl, not Azmin, not Rafizi…the buck stops at Anwar. That is how I perceive the world today because I am a Malaysian. And I see what is happening in Melaka in Malaysia. Not in Geneva, not in London not in Washington. LP : PKR has a unique problem at the moment….it has 2 tigers in there. PKR has two tigers? AMANAH has one. DAP has one. Bersatu has one. Why PKR has two? Anwar again? I would even venture to say that PKR has more than two tigers. Maybe three if you include Azizah. Four if you include Rafizi….and five if you include Nurrul. Anyone one of them, on a given day, can become President of PKR. LP : I don’t support Dsai but I do support his goals and philosophical approach to the country’s problems. You do not support DSAI but you support his goals and philosophical approach to the country’s problems? Well, Linus, I supported Najib’s oft-stated pronouncement that 1MDB is for the development of the nation. I support his commitment to fighting corruption and I support Najib’s fight to make a Malaysia for everyone. And look where it got us? The trick is simply this Linus..do not just listen to what DSAI says – see if he delivers on what he said he will do. We have a phrase for that… “Walk the talk”…So far Anwar is walking so far ahead in a “syiok sendiri” mode that I wonder if he will ever understand that you need to “walk the talk”. LP : You have still not provided any definitive proof that he’s not suitable for the PM post. I have not provided definitive proof that he is not suitable to be PM? Are you stupid, deaf and dumb to boot? Let us just take what happened yesterday. 48 hours ago. Did you not see the PKR AGM descend into chaos amid scenes of young Malays fighting young Malays while a PKR’s AGM was taking place. Let us not talk about the public breaking up of his family that is happening now even as we speak. Let us not talk about the sodomy past and present. And certainly, let us not mention the constant drone of “I will be the next PM of Malaysia” coming incessantly from Anwar and his goons. If these are not “definitive proof that anwar is not suitable for the PM’s post…what is? LP : Casting aspersions is not the right way. I am not casting aspersions… (next time Linus do not use big words. I do not know what “aspersions” meant and I had to look that up!). What I have said above are facts not aspersions. I rest my case. - st47

Was there anything noteworthy that Ma Teng or even Han Sui accomplished in the early years prior to the war with Cao Cao?
Both had their merits.
Han Sui served on He Jin’s staff and advocated against the eunuchs, though he was ignored. He left court in 184 and soon joined the revolt in Liang. He became one of the leaders of the rebellion and eventually became the (somewhat disputed) head of the whole operation before everything fell apart in 189.
Over the next few years, Han Sui had an tumultuous relationship with Ma Teng. The two enjoyed a period of friendship, but they also became bitter enemies, especially after Han Sui captured and killed Ma Teng’s wife and several children. The two fought numerous skirmishes between 194 and 208, with Han Sui generally the victor. Ultimately, Zhong Yao and Cao Cao brokered peace between them.
Ma Teng was born to a poor family (and his mother was Qiang). They had no money, so he supported his family by cutting and selling firewood. He grew up to be tall, strong, and handsome. In the late 180s he joined the Han army and became a junior officer. Although he initially served under the inspector Geng Bi, Ma Teng joined the revolt against him and led a small group.
Over the next couple of years, Ma Teng’s personal following grew until he was stronger than anyone but Han Sui. When the rebellion collapsed, he remained in the area around Chang’an.
Ma Teng was a sometime ally of Cao Cao during his war against the Yuan family. Initially, the Yuans tried to gain Ma Teng’s support, but he was persuaded to aid Cao Cao instead. He was instrumental in driving back Gao Gan’s attacks in 202 and 205. He surrendered to Cao Cao in 208 and accepted appointment as one of the Nine Ministers, leaving Ma Chao in charge of his army.
The rest is history, of course. In 211 Ma Chao and Han Sui joined together with other warlords in Liang and revolted against Cao Cao. They were quickly defeated and, by 215, Xiahou Yuan had pacified them all. Ma Teng was executed because of his son’s rebellion.

GET THE HINT? … FROM WAPO’S BOB COSTA,the pooler from Monday’s VPMIKE PENCEtrip to South Carolina: “This is VPOTUS’s third trip this year to South Carolina, which happens to be a key state in the 2024 Republican presidential primary. Past headliners for Duncan’s BBQ include Senators Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Marco Rubio (R-Fla.). …
… “Spotted here as VPOTUS takes tour: Sean Spicer,Linda McMahon, and John Brabender, a longtime political strategist for VPOTUS, who was seen huddling with … Marc Short. … VPOTUS heaped praise on Senator Graham and Representative Duncan, two power brokers in the state, then said POTUS was a ‘little bit jealous’ that VPOTUS was here today.”
NEWS ANALYSIS, WRAP UP … NYT’S PETER BAKERin Biarritz, France, on A1:“As Trump Swerves on Trade War, It’s Whiplash for the Rest of the World”:“Remember when President Xi Jinping of China was the ‘enemy’? That was so Friday. As of Monday, according to President Trump, Mr. Xi was ‘a great leader’ and a ‘brilliant man.’
“What about that edict by Mr. Trump, who ‘hereby ordered’American companies to leave China? Three days later, he was positive he would get a trade deal and, if so, then firms should ‘stay there and do a great job.’
“Mr. Trump spent the weekend in France insisting that he was not havinga debate with his fellow world leaders, but at times it seemed like he was having a debate with himself. Day by day, even hour by hour, his approach to the trade war with China, the most consequential economic conflict on the planet, veered back and forth, leaving much of the world with geopolitical whiplash.” NYT
— GABBY ORRin Biarritz:“‘Sorry, it’s the way I negotiate’: Trump confounds the world at wild G7”:“It was typical Trump on display on the world stage, refusing to be boxed in by anyone on anything. The president’s meandering statements and conflicting remarks left aides and allies alike guessing at his intended course of action — and his critics reviving questions about his fitness for office.”
IRAN TO TRUMP: NAH … REUTERS: “Iran’s Rouhani rules out talks with U.S. until sanctions lifted”:“Trump said on Monday he would meet Iran’s president under the right circumstances to end a confrontation that began when Washington pulled out of Tehran’s 2015 nuclear deal with six powers and reimposed sanctions on the country. Trump also said talks were under way to see how countries could open credit lines to keep Iran’s economy afloat.
“Rouhani said Iran was always ready to hold talks.‘But first the U.S. should act by lifting all illegal, unjust and unfair sanctions imposed on Iran,’ he said in a speech broadcast live on state TV.” Reuters
POLITICO EUROPE’S ANCA GURZU: “Brazil rejects G7 Amazon money”:“The Brazilian government rejected an offer for a fund from the G7 members to help fight fires in the Amazon rainforest.
“G7 leaders, hosted by French President Emmanuel Macronin Biarritz, France, agreed Monday to set up a $20 million fund to help Brazil tackle the ravaging fires, which have sparked international concern and condemnation.”
“Brazil[’s] Ambassador to France Luís Fernando Serrasaid on French TV today that his country is rejecting the aid because the decision was taken without involving his country and the ‘language is ambiguous.’ ‘We refuse because we see interference. [It’s] help we didn’t ask for,’ he said. ‘The G7 help was decided without Brazil.’” POLITICO Europe
MIAMI HERALD: “Trump says Miami will probably host next year’s G-7 summit — at his own Doral resort,”by David Smiley: “If Trump has selected his Doral resort to host the summit, it comes as a surprise to Miami-Dade’s hospitality arm, which is typically aware of large conventions and events. Jennifer Diaz, a spokeswoman for the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, said the organization has ‘not been involved in any discussions regarding the G-7 Summit.’
“A spokesperson at the office of Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenezsaid Monday that, despite global interest in the president’s remarks, the county government has heard nothing from Washington about the potential G-7 summit.
“‘The mayor’s office has not received any communicationfrom the White House or any agency from the federal government about having a G-7 summit in 2020,’ said Myriam Marquez, communications director for Gimenez. ‘We’re getting calls from all over on this.’” Miami Herald
WHAT’S ON THE PRESIDENT’S MIND — @realDonaldTrumpat 10:30 p.m.: “Just returned to Washington from France and the very successful G-7, only to find that the Fake News is still trying to perpetuate the phony story that I wanted to use Nuclear weapons to blow up hurricanes before they reach shore. This is so ridiculous, never happened!”
TRADE WARS … BEIJING’S VIEW … REUTERS: “China says it hopes U.S. can create conditions for trade talks”:“China’s foreign ministry reiterated on Tuesday that it had not heard of any recent telephone call between the United States and China on trade, and said it hopes Washington can stop its wrong actions and create conditions for talks.

“In an interview Monday, Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomeysaid he spoke with Trump late last week and that the president is still ‘very interested’ in moving forward with a proposal modeled off Toomey’s bipartisan bill with Sen. — BEN SCHRECKINGER: “Execs claim Biden’s brother offered Biden’s help promoting business venture”:“Joe Biden’s younger brother told potential business partners that the former vice president would help their firm land business with court systems and would incorporate their health care model into his 2020 presidential campaign, according to new allegations made in a court filing in Tennessee.
“The allegations are consistent with othersmade over the years that relatives of Biden have sought to enrich themselves off of his public service. But they go further, representing the first explicit claims that James Biden offered to have the former vice president use his clout to further private business interests.
“The allegations come in sworn declarationsmade by executives at firms suing Biden’s brother that were filed in federal court on Friday. They do not allege any wrongdoing by Joe Biden or indicate that the former vice president had knowledge of his brother’s alleged promises.” POLITICO
— BOSTON GLOBE: “Kennedy confirms he’s interested in Senate primary: ‘I’m not sure this is a moment for waiting,’”by Joshua Miller: “Representative Joe Kennedy III, scion of the state’s political dynasty, acknowledged Monday he is considering a run for US Senate in 2020, raising the prospect he could challenge Senator Edward J. Markey in a blockbuster primary that would pit two liberal Democrats separated more by age than ideology.
“Kennedy also filed key paperwork to prepare for a Senate run, creating a campaign fund-raising committee for a potential statewide bid and submitting a statement of candidacy for the Senate, records show. …
“‘I hear the folks who say I should wait my turn, but with due respect— I’m not sure this is a moment for waiting,’ wrote Kennedy, of Newton, who was first elected to Congress in 2012. ‘Our system has been letting down a lot of people for a long time, and we can’t fix it if we don’t challenge it. I’ve got some ideas on how to do that.’” Boston Globe
— “What Elizabeth Warren Is Quietly Telling Democratic Insiders,”by NYT’s Jonathan Martin in San Francisco: “As Ms. Warren steadily rises in the polls she is working diligently to protect her left flank, lining up with progressives on nearly every issue and trying to defuse potential attacks from supporters of Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont. ‘I’m with Bernie,’ she responds when asked about what is perhaps the most contentious issue of the primary race: ‘Medicare for all.’
“Yet publicly, and even more in private, she is signaling to party leaders that, far from wanting to stage a ‘political revolution’ in the fashion of Mr. Sanders, she wants to revive the beleaguered Democratic National Committee and help recapture the Senate while retaining the House in 2020.” NYT
EPSTEIN UPDATE … WAPO: “Investigators scrutinizing video outside Epstein’s cell find some footage unusable, according to people familiar with the inquiry,”by Carol Leonnig and Matt Zapotosky: “At least one camera in the hallway outside the cell where authorities say registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein hanged himself earlier this month had footage that is unusable, although other, clearer footage was captured in the area, according to three people briefed on the evidence gathered earlier this month.
“It was not immediately clear why some video footage outside Epstein’scell is too flawed for investigators to use or what is visible in the usable footage. The incident is being investigated by the FBI and the Justice Department’s inspector general’s office, which are attempting to determine what happened and how to assess whether any policies were violated or crimes committed.” WaPo
RECESS READING — “Trial of High-Powered Lawyer Gregory Craig Exposes Seamy Side of Washington’s Elite,”by NYT’s Sharon LaFraniere: “Mr. Craig’s trial has supplanted any image of Washington’s elite as sage Brahmins with a vivid picture of the ruling class at its avaricious worst. The details include a $4 million payment shunted through a secret offshore account to Mr. Craig’s law firm, a backdated invoice, a lying publicist, a scheme to net one player’s daughter a cushy job and a bungled wiretap by a suspected Russian intelligence asset nicknamed ‘the angry midget.’
“Taken together, they illustrate how lawyers, lobbyists and public relations specialists leapt onto slippery ethical slopes to cash in on a foreign government’s hopes of papering over its sordid reputation.” NYT
TRUMP’S TUESDAY —The president will have lunch with Pence at 12:30 p.m.
HARVARD CRIMSON: “Incoming Harvard Freshman Deported After Visa Revoked,”by Shera Avi-Yonah and Delano Franklin: “While most Harvard freshmen settle into their dorms Tuesday, one new student, Ismail B. Ajjawi ’23, faces ongoing negotiations with immigration officers to allow him to enter the United States and study at the College.
“U.S. officials deported Ajjawi, a 17-year-old Palestinian resident of Tyre, Lebanon,Friday night shortly after he arrived at Boston Logan International Airport. Before canceling Ajjawi’s visa, immigration officers subjected him to hours of questioning — at one point leaving to search his phone and computer — according to a written statement by Ajjawi. …

Europe reported threatens to activate nuclear-deal clause that could reimpose sanctions and push Iran into China and Russia's arms. I am

The European Union is threatening to impose a mechanism in the Iran nuclear deal that could see sanctions reimposed on Tehran.
European signatories of the deal have been trying to persuade Tehran to stop increasing its nuclear stockpile since it breached its limit on enriched uranium this Monday.
The EU has so far been unsuccessful, and according to one official is now looking to trigger an emergency "dispute resolution mechanism," the Associated Press reports.
That mechanism could ultimately see Europe reimpose sanctions on the regime.
Reimposing sanctions on Iran's already-flagging economy could push Iran further away from the US and Europe and toward China and Russia.
Though China and Russia are also JCPOA signatories, and therefore also have an interest in limiting Iran's nuclear capabilities, they have blamed US sanctions for Iran's latest nuclear escalations.

The European Union is threatening to trigger a last-resort mechanism in the Iran nuclear deal that could reimpose economic sanctions on the regime, The Associated Press (AP) reported , citing a European diplomatic official.
The report comes after Iran breached a 300 kg limit on its enriched uranium stockpile, as enshrined in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and threatened to increase its stockpiles to "any amount that we want."

The official told the AP on Thursday that Europe could trigger the JCPOA's "dispute resolution mechanism," a process that allows signatories - the EU, China, Russia, and Iran - to reimpose economic sanctions on Tehran if they find that it wasn't meeting its commitments under the agreement.
The official said the EU was still negotiating with Iran at all levels, and that the regime could still walk back its threat, the AP reported.
But they also said that if the two sides don't resolve the issue, "I don't know how we can avoid it," referring to activating the dispute resolution mechanism, according to the AP.
The process could ultimately elevate the nuclear issue to the UN Security Council and see sanctions reimposed on Iran in as little as two months time.
Reimposing sanctions would further cripple Iran's already-flagging economy, and could push Iran further away from the US and Europe, and toward China and Russia.

Here's how the tool works,
according to the text of the nuclear deal :
1. If signatories find an infraction of the JCPOA, they can trigger the dispute resolution mechanism. All powers - including Iran - can do it.
2. The Joint Commission - made up of nuclear negotiators from the signatory countries - would have 15 days of resolve the issue.
3. If this fails after 15 days, any participant could refer the issue to the countries' ministers of foreign affairs. The ministers then have another 15 days to discuss and find a resolution.
4. If the issue isn't resolved after those 30 days, it will be elevated to the JCPOA Advisory Board, which has five days to negotiate.
5. If it still isn't resolved, then the complaining signatory country can treat the issue as "grounds to cease performing its commitments under this JCPOA in whole or in part," and/or refer it to the UN Security Council. The US, Russia, China, Britain, and France sit on that council.
6. If referred to the UN Security Council, it has 30 days to find a resolution to continue with sanctions relief on Iran, which were enshrined in the JCPOA.
7. If no resolution is adopted, then all previous sanctions on Iran would be re-imposed. This is also called a "snapback."

More sanctions could push Iran to China and Russia
Simply by threatening new sanctions against Iran, the EU risks antagonizing the regime and pushing it toward China and Russia.
The EU has been frantically working to preserve the deal and soften the blow of US sanctions against Iran ever since President Donald Trump withdrew from the JCPOA last year and imposed harsh new economic sanctions.
Last Friday, three days before international monitors confirmed Iran's nuclear limit breach, EU negotiators held a last-ditch meeting to persuade Iran not to further increase its nuclear stockpile.
Those efforts failed because Iran said Europe offered too little in terms of economic benefits to persuade it to change course.

After Iran breached its nuclear limit, EU signatories - led by Britain, France, and Germany - said on Tuesday that they
"regret" Iran's actions but
would not trigger the dispute resolution mechanism "for now."
But that goodwill might not last long, as the three countries had previously threatened to punish Iran if it breached the deal, though they didn't specify how.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani likely angered European officials on Wednesday by appearing to mock the EU's statement by saying Iran would keep increasing its nuclear stockpiles.
"If you want to express regret and issue a statement, you can do it now," he said, according to the AP.

Though China and Russia are also JCPOA signatories, and therefore also have an interest in limiting Iran's nuclear capabilities, they have struck a softer tone.
Geng Shuang, a spokesman for Beijing's foreign ministry, said on Tuesday that "China regrets Iran's choice of measures," but blamed US sanctions for Iran's latest nuclear escalation.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov - who helped broker the peace deal in 2015, alongside other western leaders who have since left office - also said US sanctions prohibit Iran from selling excess uranium, causing the stockpiling, according to the AP.
It's not entirely clear what closer relationships between Iran and Russia, and Iran and China, would bring.
Tehran currently imports Russian agricultural goods in exchange for crude oil, Russian Energy Minister Aleksandr Novak said in mid-June,
according to Radio Farda .
China is believed to have circumvented US sanctions and bought oil from Iran in May, thereby helping prop up its economy, the South China Morning Post reported .

Rumornya melibatkan perang wilayah.
Pertumbuhan broker forex melambung tinggi sementara pedagang komisi berjangka mengalami stagnasi.
• Konten - pelanggaran kode pemasaran.

U.S. Issues New Sanctions as Iran Warns It Will Step Back From Nuclear Deal
WASHINGTON — Iran’s president declared on Wednesday that he would begin to walk away from the restrictions of a 2015 nuclear deal, and the Trump administration responded with a new round of sanctions against Tehran, reviving a crisis that had been contained for the past four years.
The escalation of threats caught the United States’ allies in Europe in the crossfire between Washington and Tehran. And while the announcement by President Hassan Rouhani of Iran did not terminate the landmark nuclear accord that was negotiated by world powers, it put it on life support.
Britain, France and Germany all opposed President Trump’s move a year ago to withdraw the United States from the accord that limited Iran’s capacity to produce nuclear fuel for 15 years. Ever since, the Trump administration has ramped up a pressure campaign against Iran’s military and clerical leaders, including blocking global oil exports and expediting warships and B-52 bombers to the Persian Gulf this week to face down what officials described, without evidence, as a new threat by Tehran against American troops in the Middle East.
European officials had promised to set up a bartering system to evade American sanctions imposed against Iranian oil. But that effort has largely failed, even as Iran complied with its obligations under the agreement, from production limits to inspections.
On Wednesday morning in Tehran, Mr. Rouhani declared he had run out of patience.
“The path we have chosen today is not the path of war, it is the path of diplomacy,” he said in a nationally broadcast speech. “But diplomacy with a new language and a new logic.”
Rather than exit the deal entirely, Mr. Rouhani announced a series of small steps to resume the production of nuclear centrifuges and to begin accumulating nuclear material.
Mr. Rouhani also set a series of carefully calibrated deadlines for European leaders — essentially forcing them to either join the United States in isolating Iran or uphold the nuclear deal that world powers spent years negotiating with Tehran.
He said the Europeans had 60 days to assure that Iran could “reap our benefits” under the nuclear accord, by making up for lost oil revenues and allowing the country back into the international financial system.
If the Europeans agree, they will be subject to sanctions by the United States. If they dismiss Mr. Rouhani’s claims, he says Iran will take more dramatic steps.
Hours later, the White House announced that it was taking additional measures to squeeze Iran’s economy by imposing sanctions on its steel, aluminum, iron and copper sectors. Iran’s industrial metals industries account for about 10 percent of its exports, according to a Trump administration estimate.
Mr. Trump said in a statement that the move “puts other nations on notice that allowing Iranian steel and other metals into your ports will no longer be tolerated.”
Under John R. Bolton, the national security adviser who has long advocated pressing for regime change in Iran, the White House has been urging ever-escalating sanctions.
“Iran has a choice,” Tim Morrison, the National Security Council’s arms control director, said at a conference organized by the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a Washington-based think tank. “At some point, even the mullahs will get it.”
At the State Department, officials said the United States was willing to reopen nuclear negotiations with Iran, as long as the talks were broadened to include possible limits on missile launches and the country’s support of armed militias and terrorist groups. Mr. Rouhani and his diplomats have made clear that the United States must first return to the 2015 deal before entering any new negotiations.
In London, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who has been among the most vocal of the Iran hawks in the Trump administration, initially played down the Iranian announcement as “intentionally ambiguous.”
Later, however, he issued a blistering statement that denounced Iran’s action as “in defiance of international norms and a blatant attempt to hold the world hostage.”
Iran’s “threat to renew nuclear work that could shorten the time to develop a nuclear weapon underscores the continuing challenge the Iranian regime poses to peace and security worldwide,” Mr. Pompeo said.
None of the actions that Mr. Rouhani warned of would get Iran to a nuclear weapon anytime soon. But they would resume a slow, steady march that the 2015 agreement temporarily stopped.
Jeremy Hunt, the British foreign secretary, agreed that Iran must be prevented from developing a way to build a nuclear weapon.
He added, however, that “it’s no secret we have a different approach on how best to achieve that.” Britain is still adhering to the nuclear deal.
The nuclear accord with Iran was brokered under the Obama administration, in partnership with Britain, France, Germany, China and Russia. It limited Tehran’s nuclear program in exchange for easing international economic penalties that had crippled Iran’s economy. Mr. Trump’s withdrawal from the deal, along with the restarting of the sanctions, has put huge domestic pressure on Mr. Rouhani to strike back at the United States.
European officials have been the most critical of Mr. Trump’s approach, arguing that as long as the Iranians were remaining faithful to their commitments — as international inspectors attested — there was no basis for reimposing sanctions. They have also pointed to Iran’s compliance in shipping 97 percent of its nuclear fuel out of the country as helpful in curbing Tehran’s nuclear ambitions.
In turn, European officials have said, Western nations have had more leverage with Iran when discussing other security concerns, including its ballistic missile program.
“Today nothing would be worse than Iran, itself, leaving this agreement,” Florence Parly, the French defense minister, said on the BFM TV news channel.
Heiko Maas, Germany’s foreign minister, stressed that Berlin wanted to stay in the agreement — but suggested that Iran must resist internal calls to withdraw as the United States did, even if its exports are being cut off.
“We want Iran to remain in the agreement and are ready to continue this path, together with the other partners,” Mr. Maas said. “For this, it is important that Iran continues to uphold the established formats and mechanisms of the nuclear agreement.”
Mr. Rouhani said that if no progress was made with Europe, he would order scientists in July to ignore current limits on enriching uranium as set in the 2015 accord. Currently those limits are so low that the fuel could be used only in a nuclear power plant, not a weapons program.
Mr. Rouhani also threatened to restart work on the Arak reactor in Iran that produces plutonium, another pathway to a bomb. If the country plunged back into uranium and plutonium production, it would almost certainly force a recalculation of how long it would take Iran to build a nuclear weapon.
If Iran begins carrying out Mr. Rouhani’s threats in early July, it would essentially resume activity that the 2015 nuclear accord had pushed off to 2030. That would almost certainly revive debate in the United States over possible military action, or a resumption of covert action, like the cyberattack on Iran’s centrifuges a decade ago that the United States and Israel secretly conducted together.
The heightened tensions have put the Pentagon in a bind.
Even as they were responding to warnings about new Iranian threats, military officials said they were also seeking a way to de-escalate tensions and prevent a direct confrontation between Iran and the United States.
Senior national security officials are set to discuss next steps on Iran at a meeting scheduled for this week. One official familiar with the plans said representatives of the Defense Department were expected to outline the consequences and costs of war with Iran in what he described as “terms that the Potus would understand,” using the acronym for president of the United States.
In private meetings, military officials have warned the White House that its maximum-pressure campaign against Iran is motivating the kinds of threats to United States troops and American interests in the Middle East that led to an announcement on Sunday that the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group and B-52 bombers were heading to the gulf.
The deployments were prompted in part by electronic intercepts between Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps and its proxies in Iraq that indicated they were preparing to attack American troops in Iraq and Syria, a senior administration official said.
Even though it was described by the Trump administration as a precautionary measure, the expedited deployment of the carrier strike group renewed an argument among the world powers that negotiated the nuclear deal over whether the White House was baiting the Iranians into violating its terms.
China urged restraint on all sides but put the blame for the confrontation on Washington, which it said had escalated tensions. At a press briefing, Geng Shuang, a Foreign Ministry spokesman, praised Iran for adhering to the nuclear agreement after Mr. Trump abandoned it, and reiterated China’s endorsement of the accord and opposition to United States sanctions against Iran.
China is Iran’s largest oil buyer and has been increasing its purchases this year, contrary to Trump administration demands that it gradually bring the imports to zero.
At a meeting in Moscow with Mohammad Javad Zarif, the Iranian foreign minister, Russia’s top diplomat, Sergey V. Lavrov, complained about the “unacceptable situation” created by the “irresponsible behavior of the United States.”
Brian Hook, the State Department’s special representative for Iran, acknowledged on Wednesday that American and European allies were at odds over the nuclear deal. But he insisted that European allies agreed that Iran had more broadly enacted harmful policies in the Middle East.
He also said a main aim of the Trump administration’s hard-line approach was to contain Iran’s “expansionist foreign policy,” primarily its support for Shiite militias that have allowed Tehran to exert political influence across the region.
Some analysts said the Trump administration’s policies on Iran, particularly the withdrawal from the nuclear deal, had jeopardized American efforts to constrain Tehran’s nuclear program.
“It’s pretty much brought all costs and no benefits in terms of U.S. interests,” said Dalia Dassa Kaye, the director of the Center for Middle East Public Policy at RAND Corporation, a research group in Santa Monica, Calif. “We not only disrupted an international arms agreement that Iran was complying with, we’re also getting into a rift with our European allies. And we’re moving Iran closer to Russia.”
“It was not perfect, but it contained the nuclear issue for a while,” she added. “Now we’re threatening our ability to contain the nuclear issue.”

Are We Already at War with Iran?
The drum beats for a shooting war between the U.S. and Iran are still growing louder. Building on developments over the weekend, TruNews has received unconfirmed reports that U.S. warplanes have attacked an airbase in Deir ez-Zor occupied by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps. Citing sources on the ground, Greek independent reporter Eva Koulouriotis claims there has been destruction of large parts of the facility, as well as many dead and wounded among the Iranian military ranks, although the Syrian government claims the report is false. TruNews will update with further details if they become available. But the U.S. and Iran appear to already be at war with one another—cyberwar, that is—in what is becoming known among computer experts as the Shadow Brokers War. According to reports in the tech media, a Telegram channel called Read My Lips has been spilling the secrets of the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence’s secret hacker group APT34, also known as OilRig. The leaks began nearly a month ago, including details about the OilRig hackers’ tools, evidence of their activity, the IP addresses of servers used by Iranian intelligence, and the photographs and identities of some of the alleged hackers working for the group. It’s unclear who actually runs the channel but evidence suggests it is the work of the U.S. government—or perhaps contractors working for Washington. This follows reports of retaliation for the U.S. withdrawal from the 2015 nuclear deal and renewed sanctions in which Iran’s Security Service announced it has uncovered spy networks run by the CIA and the UK’s MI6 intelligence agency. Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi said: “In a complicated process against the US Central Intelligence Agency, 290 spies from its espionage network in different countries, including Iran were identified.” Those spies, who were found working in a number of sensitive areas of the country, have been interrogated. Alavi said Tehran will share the information it has gathered from them with what it deems “friendly states.” Israel is already jumping into the fight, threatening the IRGC’s new commander, Lt. Gen. Hossein Salami. The IDF claims his hands are “stained with the blood of thousands of Middle Easterners, especially Sunni Arabs.” The IDF is demanding the general withdraw his forces from Iran as well as Yemen, and that he cut off funding to Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad. And in further retaliation for President Trump designating the IRGC as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, the Iranian parliament has labeled all American military forces as terrorists. The lawmakers are also requiring Tehran to “take action” against other countries that have supported the U.S. FTO designation, which includes: • Saudi Arabia, • Bahrain, and • Israel. Meanwhile, in Lebanon, the leader of the Iranian-backed Islamist group Hezbollah has guaranteed there won’t be a war with Israel later this year. Hassan Nasrallah, responding to a report in the Kuwaiti newspaper al-Rai, said: “What was published in the newspapers about a war with Israel was mistaken and badly timed. I personally eliminate any possibility for a Zionist war on Lebanon. “Although the resistance always prepares for the worst possibilities, I personally tend to rule out the possibility of witnessing an Israeli war on Lebanon because the enemy’s home front is not ready for that. “The events of the recent weeks have proved the unpreparedness of the Israeli home front. We saw how two missiles were fired by mistake from Gaza and landed in the Tel Aviv surroundings and then another missile was shot off from Gaza and landed north of Tel Aviv. All the Israeli measures were not able to do anything. “Neither the air force nor the ground forces can settle the battle in favor of the Israeli enemy. The Zionists themselves acknowledge that their infantry troops are unable to wage any war.” Washington, however, is targeting Hezbollah by offering rewards of up to $10 million for information on donors and financiers that helps Washington cut off its funding. The payments will be made under the State Department’s “Rewards for Justice” program, marking the first time it has been used to target a terrorist group’s financial network. According to the State Department’s announcement: “Terrorist groups such as Hezbollah rely on financing and facilitation networks to sustain operations and launch attacks globally. Hezbollah earns almost $1 billion annually through direct financial support from Iran, international businesses and investments, donor networks, corruption, and money laundering activities. The group uses those funds to support its malign activities throughout the world, including: • Deployment of its militia members to Syria in support of the Assad dictatorship; • alleged operations to conduct surveillance and gather intelligence in the American homeland; and • enhanced military capabilities to the point that Hezbollah claims to possess precision-guided missiles. “These terrorist operations are funded through Hezbollah’s international network of financial supporters and activities—financial enablers and infrastructure that form the lifeblood of Hezbollah. “Hezbollah receives a significant amount of weapons, training, and funding from Iran, which the Secretary of State has designated as a state sponsor of terrorism. The Department of State designated Hezbollah as a Foreign Terrorist Organization in October 1997, and as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist in October 2001 under [Executive Order] 13224.” China has lodged an official protest against the Trump administration’s decision to cut off all oil exports from Iran. Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said: “China firmly opposes the unilateral sanctions and so-called "long-arm jurisdictions" imposed by the US. The normal energy cooperation under the international law between Iran and other members of the international community, China included, is legitimate and lawful; thus it must be respected and protected. “We urge the US to earnestly respect China's interests and concerns, and refrain from taking wrong moves that will undermine our interests. We will continue to uphold the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of Chinese businesses. “What the US did will inevitably add more instabilities in the Middle East and the global energy market. We urge the US to act in a responsible manner and play a constructive role instead of doing the opposite. “China has lodged representations with the US side ... “[T]he normal energy cooperation under the international law between Iran and other members of the international community, China included, is legitimate and lawful; thus it must be respected and protected. We urge the US to earnestly respect China's interests and concerns and refrain from taking wrong moves that will undermine our interests. We will continue to commit to uphold the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of Chinese businesses. “Besides, as an important oil producer, Iran's crude oil export is of great significance to the stability of the global energy market. The relevant US sanctions will inevitably add more instabilities to the international energy market, just like what happened in the market yesterday that you may have noticed. We advise the US side to act in a responsible manner and play a constructive role rather than doing the opposite.” South Korea is another country that will be impacted by the White House decision to stop granting waivers for Iranian oil exports. A delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs Yun Kang-hyeon is set to leave Seoul later this week to seek consultation, careful not to criticize the Trump administration’s move. Syrian government to blame for April Sarin attack: UN report
The Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad is to blame for a chemical attack on the opposition-held town of Khan Sheikhoun that killed dozens of people last April, according to a report sent to the United Nations Security Council on Thursday.
"The Syrian Arab Republic is responsible for the release of sarin at Khan Sheikhoun on 4 April 2017," the report from the UN and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons' Joint Investigative Mechanism (JIM) said.
The attack prompted a US missile strike against a Syrian air base which Washington said was used to launch the strike.
"Time and again, we see independent confirmation of chemical weapons use by the Assad regime," Nikki Haley, the United States' UN ambassador, said in a statement.
"The Security Council must send a clear message that the use of chemical weapons by anyone will not be tolerated, and must fully support the work of the impartial investigators."
The report also said ISIS was to blame for the use of sulphur mustard in the Syrian town of Umm Hawsh on Sept. 15 and 16, 2016.
The JIM was unanimously created by the 15-member UN Security Council in 2015 and renewed in 2016 for another year. Its mandate is due to expire in mid-November, and Russia on Tuesday vetoed a proposal to further extend its mandate.
Russian ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia said earlier this week Russia would consider revisiting the mandate extension after Thursday's report is discussed.
Speaking in Beijing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said China hopes that the conclusions of any investigation have a basis inconclusive proof and are professional, objective and fair.
"The continuing use of chemical weapons, including by non-State actors, is deeply disturbing," said the report.
"If such use, in spite of the prohibition by the international community, is not stopped now, a lack of consequences will surely encourage others to follow."
The JIM has already found Syrian government forces were responsible for three chlorine gas attacks in 2014 and 2015.
Syria agreed to destroy its chemical weapons in 2013 under a deal brokered by Russia and the United States. The Syrian government has repeatedly denied using chemical weapons during the country's more than six-year civil war.

Politik tu tentang perebutan number bukan populariti...
Politik tu tentang perebutan number bukan populariti....
Takkan jawatang Menteri Pertanian saja kot, malulah kawe ooi!!!...
Geng2 Pok Lebai dah pun bagi notis kat Din...kasi uplah cikit...
Hambo dengar pulak, dua orang MP Amanah akan turut dilantik jadi menteri dalam kerajaan Din.... Iaitu... er... ok, tak payah sebut nama lah... sebab ada conflict of interest, cewah.
Hambo dengar, dua orang MP Amanah akan turut dilantik jadi menteri dalam kerajaan Muhyidin.... Iaitu... er... ok, tak payah sebut nama lah... sebab ada conflict of interest... Kalau betul begitu, kalau betul, kalau....
Orang tamak selalu rugi. - Mohd Mukhlis Mohd Sharif
A king overturns a historic election...
In 2018 Malaysians ousted not just a party that had ruled for six decades but a corrupt old order. A monarch’s act threatens to return it to power...
In a world where rulers with authoritarian and nationalist instincts have been steadily curbing political freedoms, the election of a multiracial reformist coalition in Malaysia two years ago was a heartening victory for democracy. Voters in 2018 threw out the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), which had run Malaysia for 61 years and had, under prime minister Najib Razak, become a venal operation that stayed in power by stirring communal tensions and locking up critics. Unfortunately, UMNO is now on the brink of returning to office thanks to a royal coup enabled by hubris and infighting.
At the heart of the story is the distrust between Mahathir Mohamad, the 94-year-old founding father of modern Malaysia, and his political rival and presumed successor, Anwar Ibrahim. These were the dominant figures of the Pakatan Harapan, the unwieldy coalition that had won the shock electoral victory in 2018. They fell out during a power struggle 20 years ago when Dr Mahathir was prime minister and Mr Anwar his deputy. That episode ended badly for Mr Anwar who went to prison on trumped-up sodomy charges, when his only offence was being charismatic and intelligent. Yet by 2018 they were reunited as political allies and defeated a kleptocratic government. Mr Mahathir became prime minister and Mr Anwar returned to parliament.
The doubts and suspicions between the two men saw them struggle to introduce reforms and the economy spluttered. Old power brokers remained in place, biding their time until there was an opportunity to strike. That moment arose last month, when Dr Mahathir seemed to think he was being undermined and abruptly resigned. Yet the threat within was not from Mr Anwar, but rather Dr Mahathir’s deputy, Muhyiddin Yassin, who decided to walk out on his boss and leave the ruling coalition. Dr Mahathir had badly miscalculated in believing only he could hold the government together and would thereby be reappointed by the king, or Agong. In the event, the monarch passed over Dr Mahathir and decided to appoint the newly independent Mr Muhyiddin as prime minister, citing his ability to command a parliamentary majority.
UMNO is the biggest party in Mr Muhyiddin’s putative coalition. There are well-grounded fears that if Mr Muhyiddin ends up in charge Mr Najib will pull the strings. This is at a time when Mr Najib is on trial for corruption charges and his aim will be to get off the hook. Mr Muhyiddin ought to be forced to test his claim of a majority. If he does not then Dr Mahathir and Mr Anwar, who say they have the 112 votes needed for a majority, must be given a chance to form the government. The mood music suggests the Agong could instead prorogue parliament – or even dissolve it and call fresh elections. This would be a mistake, creating a vacuum for nationalist or religious demagogues to fill. A king has overturned a democractic election result that challenged a corrupt old order. This is wrong and the world ought to call it out. - The Guardian
Zahid Misled and  Insulted The Court,
And There’s Nothing The Judge Can Do...
In less than 24 hours after Muhyiddin Yassin was sworn in as the 8th Prime Minister of Malaysia, it appeared that abuse of power has already started. UMNO President Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, one of the newly crowned premier’s allies, behaving as if he is already the deputy prime minister, had requested the High Court to postpone his ongoing corruption trial. Zahid, who has been slapped with record 87 charges related to money laundering and corruption and criminal breach of trust (CBT) during the now-collapsed Pakatan Harapan coalition government, had yesterday (March 2) requested for a day off to allow him to meet Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin for negotiations to form a new Cabinet. It was a big lie. High Court judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah granted Zahid’s wish to be excused, with the presumption that the politician’s request was done in good faith. But when the PMO (Prime Minister Office) subsequently issued a statement to clarify that PM Muhyiddin did not have any scheduled meetings whatsoever with political leaders yesterday, the judicial system was humiliated The despicable Zahid had not only lied, but also insulted the High Court with his stunt. The judge immediately summoned the former deputy prime minister to clarify the matter. Deputy Public Prosecutor Raja Rozela Raja Toran, furious, had accused Zahid of making a “blatant lie” and intentionally misleading the court to get a day off, and in the process made a fool out of the prosecution. The prosecutor, justifying a move to cite Ahmad Zahid for contempt over the false statement, said – “That is a blatant lie to the court. I would like to move this court for contempt because the accused person has lied in court. This is unacceptable. We have been made to look like a fool. We took their word in good faith and this is what we get. I urge My Lord to exercise your discretion.” But the lying drama didn’t stop there. Zahid’s lawyer Hisyam Teh Poh Teik claimed that the defence had zero intention to mock or deceive the court. The lawyer even said that his client had indeed tried to meet the new prime minister, but unfortunately the premier had to rush to Muar, Johor. If that’s true, it goes to show that Muhyiddin couldn’t care less about his biggest partner in a fragile government.
Collin Lawrence Sequerah – High Court Judge
The Java-immigrant  had even offered to show proof in the form of a letter. Zahid told Judge Collin – “My Lord, I had received a letter from PMO. Normally in a new government, the possible party leaders have to negotiate the position of MPs to be appointed to Cabinet. That’s why discussion took place in PMO. There was a discussion. The letter had asked me to come around 12.30pm.” Giving Zahid the benefits of doubt, the judge then asked the UMNO president  to produce the so-called letter before the court today (March 3), the 19th day of Zahid’s trial involving 47 charges related to corruption, money laundering and criminal breach of trust (CBT). When the time came for him to produce the letter today, there were none. The crook had lied to the face of the judge. But the disgraced UMNO leader had cooked up a jaw-dropping excuse as to why he failed to produce the letter supposedly about a meeting between him and PM Muhyiddin. Zahid argued that because the prime minister’s political secretary has yet to be appointed officially, the letter could not be issued. If that’s true, then why Zahid had assured the court of the existence of the letter yesterday? It was like a bad student who habitually play truant had decided to skip school for a day but was caught red-handed. To escape punishment, he lied that he had an MC (medical certificate) to prove that he was indeed down with diarrhea. But when the clinic refused to sell him the certificate, he told the school that such MC cannot be produced because the doctor’s assistance has yet to be appointed. The so-called letter which Zahid said he had in his possession was never existed in the first place. How could he claim that the letter cannot be produced today because the prime minister’s political secretary has yet to be appointed, but yet a day earlier, he already knew of an appointment or a schedule to meet the prime minister? Even if the appointment to meet Muhyiddin was made unofficially or verbal, which is not because the PMO had denied such meetings, surely Zahid can differentiate between a physical letter and an electronic or voice message. To further insult and mock the judge’s intelligence, his lawyer even twisted this morning that his client had planned to meet with PM Muhyiddin, but was “late to Putrajaya”.
Zahid Hamidi
As a result, Zahid could only meet with Muhyiddin’s political secretary. Why the heck didn’t Zahid tell the court yesterday about this new tale, but instead cooked up the story about the letter? The story would be more convincing had he told the court yesterday that it was an ad-hoc meeting yesterday, but due to the horrible traffic he missed the prime minister by a few seconds. Ahead of the judge’s decision on whether to slap Zahid with contempt of court charges, the UMNO president profusely apologised to the High Court. Reading from a prepared note, he insisted that he had no intention to mislead the court and that he was very respectful of the judge and the honourable court. As predicted, the judge decided to let Zahid off with a mild warning. Judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah accepted Zahid’s lawyer’s explanation, despite its hilarious logic, that there was a misunderstanding due to the miscommunication between Zahid and his lawyers, and the wrong choice of words used when the defence requested for  the one-day postponement of the corruption trial. The judge warned that the court will not tolerate any future attempt to mislead. In reality, even if Zahid plans to mock and insult the High Court in a similar fashion in the future, what else could the judge do? Obviously, Judge Collin knew that the whole drama was a deliberate attempt to humiliate the judicial system as that was precisely what had happened in the past 61 years during the era of UMNO or Barisan Nasional regime. And all the crooks are back. The corrupt Zahid could be the new deputy prime minister under Muhyiddin’s shameless backdoor government. But even before he is officially appointed, he has abused his power by disrespecting the judicial system. The dark age of police brutality against peaceful protesters has already returned. The judge had no choice but to accept whatever bullshit stories shoved down his throat. - FT

Putaran Ke-2 Isu SARA Masih DIandalkan Untuk Menyerang Ahok. - FROM RUMAHINJECT
🙏 RUMAHINJECT 🙏
Inilah tanggapan mengenai analisa PILKADA Serentak dan tepatnya putaran ke-2 Pada PILGUB DKI nanti, tampaknya isu isu murahan isu SARA tetap dipakai untuk menyerang salah satu Paslon, simak analisanya
Isu SARA ditengarai mewarnai pelaksanaan pilkada serentak.
