This is my ghost woman Clef, she travels across lands in search of her family she lost during the war, in my story she kept fighting to find them until she couldn’t anymore and was suggested multiple times upon making stitchpunks until she did so her memory could live on.

She’s the Tots soul donor, she died from the gas slowly, this is just a rough sketch I’m working on and thought I’d at least post this since I won’t work upon it more

I have a masterpost of every parallel but due to su having 448349829289472 characters it’s looooong and so I’ll just start with Barb

so, as far as we know, Barb:

is mom

is very excitable, easily carried away

is rebellious, mischievous (steals from the lost mail bin, threatens to hold Greg's mail jokingly but also maybe not)

ADORES her loved ones

However she seems to have trouble with empathy, as in doesn't pick up how others are feeling

conse quences? never heard of her

has those Hair Bumps 

so sorta like

Barb's first "major” role is in Lion 3: Straight to Video, where we hear Rose speak for the first time through the tape she made for Steven... which he watches with Sadie.

it also sets up the conflict between Barb and Sadie- Barb being overbearing and Sadie feeling smothered. Barb still packs her a sack lunch.. and seems to draw nature scenes on the bags? nice

in the episode, Steven feels wistful because his mom isn't around to dote on him and pack him lunches. in a way Steven feels smothered, too. not directly by Rose, but by her absence, her legacy.

Lion also literally smothers him to try to activate his mane portal thing! I never made that connection until just today..!
