The first Valentines Day they spent together wasn’t great. Taking out a horseman of the apocalypse and consuming an obscene amount of red meat wasn’t exactly a great start for a whirlwind romance. But Dean still remembers the butterflies he got in his stomach when Cas stood too close, or held his gaze for slightly too long.

The Valentines Day’s that came after that were mostly painful, or just another day that Dean wanted to forget:

- Handing Lisa a crumpled gas station valentines day card and a bunch of flowers that had already seen better days.

- Drowning in grief at the loss of Cas and Bobby.

- Hiding in the dark of Purgatory, trading rough hand jobs with Benny, and sending Cas tearful prayers, wishing he’d come back.

- Comforting a scared girl being chased by Hellhounds, wishing his angel would answer his prayers yet again.

- He doesn’t recall specific days whilst he had the mark of Cain.

He remembers the valentines day whilst under the pull of Amara, pining for something both frightening and unnatural, knowing deep down he was longing for something else, something that he thought he could never have.

The valentines day the year after reuniting Amara and Chuck, he had only been out of solitary confinement a few weeks, Cas was there, in the Bunker with him. But he was stubborn and angry at Cas for putting himself in danger. Dean had been giving him the silent treatment the whole time, but God, does he remember wishing Cas would come to him. Cas never did.

So much had happened in the year that followed that one. Cas had died, and returned to him, they had found Jack, and lost him to an alternate world. Even with all that had happened, Valentine Day that year was one of his favourites in recent memory. Dean had shyly invitied Cas for a movie marathon in his room. They had put on a Scooby Doo episode whilst making popcorn, and Cas had teased him for his “ascot phase” that had lasted only a few weeks. Dean still thinks he looked awesome though. They had curled up on Dean’s bed, eating popcorn and watching old horror movies. Dean had fallen asleep on Cas’s shoulder, and woke up on the morning of February 15th with his arms wrapped around Cas’s waist, and his face buried in his side. They were both smiling that morning, but neither had mentioned it again. Dean wishes they had.

The following year things had gone wrong again. Dean was too preoccupied trying to keep Michael at bay in his mind to even think about Valentines Day.

Last year on Valentines Day he was full of rage. Still hurting over all the crap that had happened. Chuck controlling their lives, being mad at Cas, Cas leaving and only returning to help the fight. He was terrified that Cas was just another part of Chuck’s story, another way to manipulate him. But Cas turned out to be one of the only things in the universe that Chuck wasn’t able to control. The one thing Dean had wanted most was the only thing that was truly real in his entire life. The thought still took his breath away. He wished he had known that at the time.

This Valentines Day, Dean was feeling high on happiness and love. Another year where too much had happened, but Dean and Cas decided that they had wasted enough time. Too many years had passed where they couldn’t be together, now they were finally free, finally able to make their own story, and they had chosen each other.

Just over three months ago Cas had confessed his love, and been ripped away from Dean once again before he had even had a chance to process what had happened. Defeating Chuck, and finally freeing themselves from his story had come at a terrible price, but luckily Dean’s adopted son was God now, and this time the deus ex machina was just what he needed.

Dean had wasted no time in finally letting his heart speak. Sobbing confessions of everlasting love into Cas’s lips, his neck, his cheeks, his chest. It had all happened pretty quickly after that. Jack had fixed everything, and Dean and Sam could finally retire.

The wedding wasn’t even their idea. Sam had blurted it out one day that they should hold some sort of ceremony as a final fuck you to all the forces of Heaven and Hell and beyond that had tried to separate them over the years. From the most powerful Gods, right down to the nasty little men in expensive suits who didn’t appreciate their love for one another. Eventually Dean had whispered the words to Cas one night, whilst they were still naked, sweaty, and wrapped around each other, gasping for breath. Marry Me just slipped off his tongue, and had got him a tearful yes and another four orgasms before the night was over.

So the valentines day “fuck you” ceremony became “Dean and Cas’s wedding day” and here they were. Exchanging vowels in front of their whole family. Even Crowley miraculously showed up which put Dean on edge for all of 10 minutes before the former King of Hell smiled and raised a fruity cocktail in his direction.

Their first dance was to “All My Love” by Led Zeppelin. Because of course it was. In the dim lights of the dance floor, pressed close to Castiel’s solid form, cheek brushing cheek, breathing in the scent of him, Dean was in the only Heaven that mattered. Right here on Earth. Real Heaven could wait until he was ready to go, which wouldn’t happen until he was old and wrinkly and his hair was grey (but still fabulous and not at all looking like a party city wig).

Once the stragglers had finally left the reception, or past out in the corner, Dean and Cas slipped away to the wedding suite, and drunkenly made love until long after midnight. It was by far, the best day of Dean’s life, let along the best Valentines Day of the past 12 years.

It’s the morning of the 15th February. Dean is lying in bed, on his back, with his new husband wrapped around him like an octopus. He thinks of all the valentines days of the past 12 years, and then forgets them, and thinks of the ones to come.

Next year he will spend the entire day in bed with his husband. Maybe he’ll get up long enough to make pancakes to bring Cas breakfast in bed. Maybe he’ll slip on some anniversary/valentines day panties. He thinks Cas may be into that.

In five years time he’ll spend their anniversary/Valentines day in their home by a beach - the one he plans to build himself. They’ll sit under the stars and listen to the ocean crash into the shore, wrapped in a huge blanket and whisper sweet nothings into each others ears.

In twenty years time, they’ll celebrate with their family. Perhaps he’ll throw Cas a party. He can picture Jack and Claire grown up with their own families, and Sam and Eileen with their own children, also grown by that point, and ready to move on to college and beyond. He sees a future full of love, and happiness, and peace. A future he has chosen for himself. A future where he is truly free to live the life he wants.

In the end, it doesn’t matter if they make anniversary/valentines day plans in the future or not, so long as they are together, so long as he gets this. So long as Cas remains in his arms. So long as he gets to kiss his husbands handsome face and see the love and happiness in his eyes. So long as from now on, nothing, not Darkness, Hell, Heaven, or even Death can separate them. After all, past experience has proven that they never succeeded before. Dean and Cas will always find their way back to each other.

How a ‘future Queen in training’ is finding her voice

When a high-profile member of the Royal Family took her turn on a podcast the other day, listeners heard a voice that might have seemed unfamiliar.

Sure, Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, has had a prominent position in royal affairs since her marriage to Prince William in 2011. But she has rarely been interviewed for broadcast. So it came as something of a surprise when she popped up behind the mic for the

podcast in the U.K.

But there Kate was, chatting easily with the podcast host for half an hour or so about something that has become a passion for her — early child development. The mother of three sprinkled the podcast with a few personal details — that she tried

hypnobirthing

, that she wasn’t “the happiest of pregnant people.”

As breezy as the conversation may have seemed, it also reflected a significant evolution Kate has made since joining the Royal Family.

“In her recent podcast, the Duchess of Cambridge showed in a variety of ways how much she has raised her game since she married Prince William nearly a decade ago,” royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith said via email.

“She has significantly improved her skill at public speaking, which at the beginning was an ordeal to her.”

She is also showing confidence that comes from years of studying an issue that is — and will be — a major focus for her, said Bedell Smith.

“And she is willing to reveal personal details in an effort to help other new mothers, but stopping shy of over-sharing. In this way, she is being ‘modern’ without being self-consciously ‘progressive.’"

The podcast was only one of several high-profile outings for Kate over the past few weeks, and has drawn inevitable speculation about the degree to which she may be stepping up as the Royal Family deals with the departure of Prince Harry and Meghan.

“Although Kate's high-profile engagements over the past weeks have been planned months in advance, they have highlighted her new level of visibility and engagement that the media obsession with Harry and Meghan has tended to overshadow,” said Bedell Smith.

“With Meghan's departure from official royal duties, Kate can go about her business without the risk of her sister-in-law trying to steal her thunder.”

Kate is reticent by nature, Bedell Smith said, and that gives her a modesty that has “considerable appeal” for the public.

“She has a natural ability to combine accessibility and dignity with a royal mystique, which is very difficult to pull off.”

For the past several months, there have been various headlines around the same emerging theme — that Kate is stepping up her game, hitting her stride, coming into her own.

Last weekend, the Daily Telegraph was reporting how the “Duchess of Cambridge finds her voice as a down-to-earth mother of three.”

As much as the more prominent role is an evolution for Kate, she is treading relatively safe ground. Offering support for parents and caregivers and promoting the importance of early childhood development carry a relatively low risk of controversy.

And those looking for shocking revelations out of her podcast will still be looking.

“To be quite honest, it was quite bland,” public relations expert Mark Borkowski said in an interview from London. “There was nothing much in it.”

And maybe in some ways, that’s not a surprise.

Kate is fully aware she is a “future Queen in training,” Bedell Smith said.

“With the guidance of her husband, the Queen, Prince Charles and expert advisers, [Kate] fully understands that hers is a lifetime commitment that calls for restraint and self-discipline. She knows what she is expected to do, and she has embraced her duties wholeheartedly, not only with enthusiasm, but with an evident sense of joy.”

The Queen, Bedell Smith said, had high hopes for Kate from the moment she entered the scene.

“She clearly is fulfilling those hopes today.”

What can they do?

More than a month after their seismic announcement to go their own way, more details have emerged about how Prince Harry and Meghan will actually leave the upper echelons of the Royal Family. After returning from Canada to the U.K. for a flurry of engagements over the next couple of weeks, they will officially end their royal duties on March 31. Less clear, however, is how they will forge their own path as they seek financial independence and work on building their brand. In the absence of official information, speculation runs rampant, particularly as reports emerge of various meetings, appearances or alliances they may be striking in the U.S. There was an appearance at an exclusive JP Morgan event in Miami, where there were several other high-profile celebrities in attendance. Harry may also be in discussion with investment bank Goldman Sachs about possibly giving a talk on mental health and the military. What they’re doing isn’t really a surprise, suggests Borkowski. “They’re damned if they do, they’re damned if they don’t. It’s a very difficult road they have to navigate now. They do have to achieve some economic independence,” he said. “If you’re going to set out on this journey and you’re going to change the world, set up a foundation, create a movement … you’ve got to raise a lot of money. You’ve also got to start working in rooms of huge influence.” In the U.K., there has been considerable questioning from some media quarters about the alliances they appear to be trying to forge. Some of it has been quite critical. “As much as the media want to stir up the negativity, what are they meant to do? Really, what are they meant to do?” Borkowski said. And those who hear them speak at engagements might find themselves supporting the causes Harry and Meghan are trying to promote. “Arguably, they’re in rooms where they might change conversations, attitudes …. and make [those listening] think about some issues that are close to their hearts,” said Borkowski. “They have a vision. They have a brand and they have to work with people who can make that brand work.” But they may have to tweak — or significantly change — how that brand is developed. Buckingham Palace is reviewing their use of the label “Sussex Royal,” with the “Royal” element of that potentially causing concern. The BBC reported that their spokesperson said the use of that word is under discussion, and an announcement on that would come along with the launch of Harry and Meghan’s new non-profit organization.

The pain — and tolerance — of royal divorce

Royal departures of a rather different nature are also unfolding, with the divorces of two family members announced in short order over the past few days.

The Queen’s eldest grandson, Peter Phillips, is splitting from his Canadian wife, Autumn Kelly. Also divorcing are the Queen’s nephew, David, Earl of Snowden, and his wife, Serena Stanhope.

Since the splits became public, there has been much speculation about how Elizabeth feels about it all.

“Just as the Queen was distressed by the divorces of three of her children, it is likely that the latest announcements have pained her equally,” said Bedell Smith, author of Elizabeth the Queen: The Life of a Modern Monarch.

“But her attitude has become more tolerant, recognizing many marriages don't work out for any number of reasons that are impossible for outsiders to fully understand.”

It wasn’t always that way.

Bedell Smith looks back to a speech Elizabeth made in 1949, while still a princess, when she condemned divorce for creating “some of the darkest evils in our society today.”

That was a result of a number of factors, including the Church of England rules of divorce, the view of the British establishment of the day and her family’s “revulsion over the abdication of her uncle, King Edward VIII, to abandon his sovereign duty to marry a twice-divorced woman — a major crisis that threatened the foundations of the monarchy,” said Bedell Smith.

Other divorces rocked the family, including those of the current Earl Snowden’s parents, Princess Margaret and Antony Armstrong-Jones, and three of the Queen’s four children: Charles, Anne and Andrew.

“It was only after the Anglican divorce rules were relaxed that the Queen could accept the remarriage of Prince Charles to divorced Camilla Parker Bowles,” said Bedell Smith.

The current divorces appear to be amicable, and Bedell Smith thinks that must have at least offered “some consolation” for Elizabeth.

“With divorces today, one can only hope for civilized arrangements and an absence of acrimony and publicized court battles — both of which may have been averted with the Phillips and Snowden marriages,” said Bedell Smith.

“In both cases, the negotiations were complete, and the Queen fully informed, before the announcements were made to the public.”

Home renovations, palace-style

During a home renovation, saving the wallpaper isn’t usually a priority.

But when the home is Buckingham Palace, and the wallpaper is an early 19th- century Chinese version that came from King George VI’s Brighton Pavilion, that’s exactly what will happen.

Happy Anniversary?

More context for your unseen Harry & Louis pictures!

So this picture was posted yesterday (28 June 2018). I believe it was taken in September 2011, likely between the 1st and 9th when they had several days off and were not quite as busy with promo and travel as they were in the rest of the month. It was taken at Caraffini Restaruant in Chelsea, London (thanks to all the anons and people who messaged me).

Caraffini is an upscale Italian restaurant with entrees around $20-$30 per person. Most reviews are about family lunches and date nights.

I was searching Twitter for any mentions about the restaurant and Harry and/lor Louis in 2011 and came across this tweet from 7 July 2011.

This is a fan who was about 14-15 at the time of this tweet, someone who had been tweeting all the boys often since X Factor days. Just a typical twitter fan. I don’t think she’s anyone the boys know.

2 minutes before this tweet, “Louis” tweeted:

He then went on to tweet several fans about X Factor promo and going to the the McDonald’s drive thru.

At about the same time, Niall tweeted he wanted to go to Nando’s and Liam tweeted he needed some “bk” meaning Burger King. July 2011 was also the same month Louis was reprimanded for saying on Twitter than they weren’t always tweeting from their accounts. Given the heavy handed promo of the 3 tweets and fan service that followed, I think it’s safe to assume they were not tweeting themselves.

This is where the speculation begins.

I think the girl who tweeted back to him “tell the staff at Caraffini to hurry their asses up ;)” may have heard elsewhere/through other fans that Harry and Louis were at Caraffini this day. It’s a strange thing to say, especially given the picture of Harry and Louis outside the restaurant a few months later that we can now somewhat date.

Now, why is 7 July 2011 significant? The boys flew to Los Angeles the afternoon of 8 July 2011 and were there until about the 15th when they flew to Sweden.

10 July 2010 was the day Harry and Louis auditioned for the X Factor in front of the judge’s panel. Jay tweeted about it on the 9th.

So, I think it’s very possible Louis and Harry went to Caraffini’s on this date to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of their X Factor audition. And finding each other. They did it at a nice restaurant, alone in a posh part of London. Keep in mind this was also the exact same time Louis and Hannah were “breaking up” according to the implications of Hannah’s own tweets. And about 3 weeks before they started with the Caroline Flack and Eleanor bullshit narratives.

So while Louis is ~breaking up with a bitter Hannah, courting Eleanor at the same time and Harry and Caroline are supposedly flirting, Harry and Louis had a late lunch date at a nice restaurant in London on the closest day to the X Factor audition anniversary that they could logistically pull off in London.

Happy May 1614!

Well, we’ve made it another month, and boy this one sure looks like it’s gonna be interesting.

For those of you who don’t know, the timeline of The Watch AU follows what I jokingly call “Narnia Time Rules.” This means that, while present day dates match up to their irl counterparts, many parts of Duilintinn’s history do not.

The most egregious example of this is Mayhem 2018, which took place over a period from winter 1607 to early spring 1608. However, there is something else that occurred during the month of May in Duilintinn’s history that is cause for similar note: The founding of The Watch and the initial disappearance of the missing lords in May 1599, just after The Enemy’s second attempt upon the king’s life.

Therefore, as the community irl waits apprehensively for what spooks await in the month ahead, The Watch too lies in readiness for any signs of The Enemy on the 15th anniversary of The Watch’s founding.

As for the rest of Duilintinn, I’ll let past me do the talking, but this time, I’ve changed a few things to reflect my improved writing skills and new lore details we’ve unlocked in the past few months:

The weather will start warming up around now, so those who don’t live in the mountains should appreciate the mildness while it lasts before it gets crazy hot in June, July, and August.

If you live in the mountains, congrats! It’s still cool out, but you aren’t freezing anymore. In fact, until September rolls around again, you’ll have the best temperatures of the kingdom. It’s still raining though- it’s always raining- but at least it’s not freezing rain!

House Brody is continuing to tend to their crops, and thus far, their efforts seem to be going well. Baring sabotage from The Enemy, there are good indicators that the spring harvest will be very successful.

Now that the snows have fully melted in House Jackie, drills and training exercises will begin within that region. Letters have been sent to all members of the Guard Coalition, telling them when they should arrive at The Whetstone for recertification, while coalition officials have already been hard at work getting the decades-old training grounds in top shape for the first wave of troops. Meanwhile, members of the Mercenary’s Guild are taking advantage of their rival’s annual “changing of the guard,” advertising themselves as cheaper, flexible, and hassle-free alternatives before replacements are shipped back out.

In House Schneeplestein, the weather has finally grown fair and consistent enough for trade vessels to safely pull into Loch Domhainn on a regular basis, allowing ships from other nations to sail in and out of Fionport Harbor bearing goods, migrants, and friendly visitors from other lands.

Members of House Jameson, who normally celebrate new life in April with the first snowmelt rather than the first plants, are finally able to bring their various projects out of doors without fearing the cold- assuming, of course, that it isn’t raining. There’s a reason House Jameson is the culture full of creative people; they need stuff to do when the weather is constantly keeping them indoors!

Finally, House Marvin is starting to get humid, with the summer fog flowing out of the forest to fill the Draoidh Valley as it does every year. From Fort Conchúr, the valley looks like a bubbling cauldron, and Watchers in the region are reminded to tread carefully through the dense fog that now covers the forested and marshy lands of House Marvin. Many wonder if this natural phenomenon, like many things hidden away in the Western Forest, has magical properties, and it’s not uncommon to see dozens of curious experimenters, mages, and inventors excitedly rushing to the forest border at the first sign of the summer fog.

The Watch, meanwhile, will continue to do what it always does: Keep The Watch.

Congrats on making it to another month! Here’s to a warm, prosperous summer. May the new life we celebrated last month continue to renew and refresh you for the year ahead!

Mostly out of context and in no particular order.

Someone tell Henry to stop turning into Sora. Also Wendy is making me think of Namine. So who does that make Pan? Wait, Marluxia!

I keep wanting to cry happy tears and hug chibi Sora into little bits and this has Maya and Kai all upset- well, Maya's squeaking at Sora's cuteness and kinda spazzing over 'Can you imagine if Kai HAD been Riku's son' and we're not getting into that mess and Kai's just mostly upset because he misses his family damn it, even if he has friends where he is and a kid brother.

And hi, rambling because FEELS.

AUUUGH.

I've gone weird again.

Ahahaha, and the bad ideas keep coming. I wrote out a thing for the mods seeking permission for Heartless-related stuff. Haven't sent it yet 'cause I might be sane come morning. That and Kai's borderline freaking out. Something about not wanting his mother's past to be his future. Maybe I really just want an excuse to have a weird AU KH/WR crossover where Ray kicks his ass for training Shadows as minions.

Meanwhile Eli and Fen just sit on the sidelines and snicker.

I wanna go home and laugh at the trouble Kai's gotten into. Or not. I giggled earlier and was exhausted for 20 mins. But still, Kai just found out he's fucking with a 3,000 yr old spirit born of darkness. Somehow this is not phasing him as much as it should. He's either very much his mother's son (with all the issues that entails) or Riku and Sora rubbed off on him. Or he really IS Riku's, but Maya can dream. It's better than the truth, anyway.

Random 1 am thought: Eli as a kid, boasting to all his friends that he was kidnapped by an evil faerie before he was a year old and turned into a kitten.

So I got this started during a low-pain point in my migraine, and Eli can't stop snickering. Despite the migraine Kai's post got me thinking. 'The last time...' in reference to wishing his dad was there. 'The last time he'd built a snow fort like this, it'd been in Christmas Town. His uncle had taken him and his dad to see Santa, when Kai was on the edge of not believing anymore. He was, after all, seven. His mom had stayed home, insisting she'd not only get a stocking full of coal, but would probably find herself buried under it.'

And she would've, too.

When someone introduces themselves as serving under a king, it's appropriate to use 'Keyblade wielder' after your own name, yes? Yes. Inwardly Kai's just like '.....fuuuuuck.' This was not how he wanted to become known to Henry. 'Yeah, I kinda adopted your adopted son as my kid brother, I swear I'm not a bad influence on him and I'm so sorry I attacked your knight unprovoked. Please don't have me executed.'

Newsflash: Kai doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut.

OMG it's so cold in this house why do I not know Firaga. Or where my gloves are. Or my scarf. Or hat. Assuming there's any money left next month I'm buying socks. I have...five pairs of socks? That random idea I had a few days ago involves what Awiergan's supposed to be doing, you know, hunting down Mal's nobody and knifing her. She's certainly had prime opportunities to do it, what with her current masquerade. Amy and Jalen's wedding anniversary is the 5th this month, and I wanted Amy to be back to herself by then, however temporary. THEN I thought, hey, what if Awiergan went out, found the nobody, brutally killed her, and let Amy watch? The shock of that would be enough to let Amy push the Brat back under, and she could come home covered in blood freaking out. To who, I dunno yet. But hey, happy anniversary!

Um, what was the original plan for the Cornerstone of Darkness? And I vote we destroy Disney Castle. As in the whole world. Dunno what exactly that'd mean for the Cornerstone of Light, but hey. Eli insists on a new tradition = New Year's Day Bug Hunts. Every New Year starting from age 8, he's gonna spend the day looking for the weirdest, most colorful bugs he can find. I decided Lanie gets to learn magic from Ray too, because she'll need to help keep her brother in line. God forbid her best spell turns out to be Thunder.

I had this cute little dream where Auryn wakes up crying (He's like a week old) and Eli gets to him first, and is trying to calm him down so he doesn't wake Larkin 'cause she needs her rest, and god forbid his mom, 'cause he'll never get to hold his son again. *snicker* He finally gets the kid to pass out by putting Igor in the crib by Auryn's feet, then makes the comment, "Yeah, he was my favorite too."

Hahaha so adorable and sappy and damn it, men should not be attractive when wounded. (And this is where Jalen's eyebrows go into his hair because what conversations has he been missing)

And then there was that time that healing magic was backfiring and Jalen was stupid and fell off the bailey wall and broke his wrist, and instead of his wife going 'Oh, my Jale!' and cuddling him silly, she whacked him upside the head, gave him a lecture, and teased him for a week. *snort* But then, they have an weird relationship that'll be sure to amuse their children for years to come. Hell, it's amusing FEN.

Ahahaha. I love how Kai is all '.....How do I explain this?' Because apparently he was taught the honor thing but not exactly the why of it? Or he's just a dork. Let's go with that. Eli says that girls can take care of themselves, but you should at least make the attempt unless you want to get beat up. Speaking from eventual experience, no doubt. Also I love how that last sentence makes no and yet all the sense.

I've always sympathized with the villains. Maleficent was the first. I was four. *shifty eyes* I was a weird kid.

The game I've got Kai in is getting an expansion. The school's going to be revealed to be on an island. I'm happy. Kai on the other hand, not so much. Reminders of not-home and places he'd been with 'Jem, which are probably gonna lead to him hitting things with his Keyblade. Especially once he finds his Corridors STILL can't get him away from the damn place.

Suppose Kai could always just try and use his Keyblade to chop 'em up...and this is for a bonfire, actually, though I did think him trying to make a raft in an attempt to leave the island would be all sorts of funny and history sorta/not really repeating itself, but I gotta get mod permission for that first and I'll just shut up now.

Yay, they have access to the beach now. And someone else decided to try a raft, which I'm actually glad about. >_> Kai will instead make an idiot of himself trying to catch fish. And the 'here fishy fishy' is a ridiculous inside joke from the old game that I couldn't resist using even though no one will get it. Riku had a net and was out tromping through the shallow water on Destiny Islands, trying to catch dinner for himself, Sora, and Kairi. He finally managed, but he burned dinner afterward. *snerk*

Oops. Kai wants to know what the fuck I just got him into. *cackles madly* Hell if I know. I've got Eli on the sidelines lecturing him on Darkness. And Fen pointing out he should consider himself lucky he's never met Ray. *facepalm*

Yeah, so if the wyvern doesn't kill Kai, he's gonna take Eli's advice and call him Yen Sid. ...My muses should not be allowed to interact sometimes. Also now I've got Jalen snickering because hmm, who did he know that had problems with a wyvern? *facepalms forever*

Re: 'Driel - And why doesn't this kid have fear? She's a nine year old on her own in a strange place, and they had a 3-4 day blackout already, but she's just...peachy. Lonely for her family, sure, but she's met a 700 year old faerie that shifts into a wolf, a boy that's possessed by a 3,000 yr old malevolent spirit, a king from the 15th century, and now friggin' Death, and she's just hunky dory. This IS a good thing, yes?

IT'S LARKIN AND ELI LMAO Today, I was hanging out with a guy I like. We climbed a tree to watch the sunset, and as the sun went down, I kissed him. He fell out of the tree. FML
