Oh yeah! I almost forgot to post the HD versions of my submissions for the hatchetfield yearbook project

Me and my rambling at the bottom, also some credits:

Originally I was only supposed to be making the candid works for the football team shots, but I ended up also taking in another background hatchetfield character, which is Will Branner's hoco character, Rudolph

I also realized how vastly different each artstyle is with each artwork I've drawn here because they were all drawn in different weeks and different mediums, definitely me vs the clock situations just to get these submitted on time

It's already been a while since the project has been posted but I'm still really thankful for the opportunity to be included! :DDD big thank you to Birdie!

Realised I never shared this tweaked ref for Trudy so now's as good a time as any to give it a posty post!

Also may as well announce I'm writing a very OC-Centric fic with her as the protagonist, and it's getting very close to finally fully plotted (I've been working on this for so long lol) and I want to try and start writing and publishing it by the end of the month.

(That's where the pinned post with all my OCs went - A lot of them have changed a decent bit since I wrote that including Trudes)

I am Tula. I am one of Lady Webby’s Sniggles. I suppose you could say I live in “Snoozle Town”. Though the one we reside in is empty of anything but ourselves. This is my companion Mite.

Hello! We can’t talk too long. I’m Mite. I was one of Wiggly’s Sniggles. But that doesn’t matter. The point is, we were rescued a long time ago by a Webby. We can’t...remember which one. Now we’re just stuck in the White. We can hop timelines, but we still haven’t found her.

Mite’s right. We lost our Lady some time ago. We are trying to locate her again. I’m hoping, with this new reach, that we can not only find our Lady, but help even more Hatchetfield denizens. We both are excited to meet all of you.

As of right now, we’re the only two who “escaped Drowsy Town”, but we’re hoping that will change. Oh, and don’t tell any of the Lords that we’re here. In the White, I mean. They don’t really...know that we...exist.

Tula (pronounced like the end of “tarantula” with a normal T sound) uses she/her pronouns. Mite uses they/them. They’re not connected to any Webby in particular, so feel free to interact!

Would y'all be interested if I made some pages on my website that are basically, like, in universe blogs run by some of my original characters? Things like a PEIP official website (that won't replace the Tumblr blog, don't worry), a site run by Neptune where he talks about the Symphony and other cult stuff, and a site run by Wes where it gathers information about missing people in Hatchetfield and also Ridley's disappearance. They'd probably have some ARG-like elements, shit hidden in the page source, that kinda stuff.

8: What’s something that your oc is insecure about? Something that someone could say to them that would really get under their skin?

Miriam really doesn't like being reminded of the fact that her mother died giving birth to her.

11: If your oc could go back in time and change one moment from their life, would they, and what moment would they change?

Eleanor would go back to stop the car accident she was in from happening. Not specifically to stop herself from needing a wheelchair, but to keep one of the people in the other car from dying.

i was looking at hatchetfield rp blogs and thought, "oh this sounds kinda fun actually" sooo i made a side-blog for these guys

drew parker (in red) is actually not originally made for hatchetfield — in fact, i made him before i knew what starkid even is — but i figured since i made a hatchetfield au version of him some time ago and even a draft for a hypo nmt episode for the guy ... yeah why not

daniel rivera (in uncoloured chat text) is a much newer guy, though not quite for hatchetfield either. i thought the idea of a tax officer in a paranormal setting would be fucking hilarious so. yeah. dan ended up being a hatchetfield oc bc of the power of fixation

also, have the icon bc im proud of it :> i'll probably add their refs here once im done with dan's

besides their text colour ill probably also use tags for 'em; probably #daniel.txt and #drew.txt for ic stuff and #artsy jumpscare for any ooc stuff (art, fics, etc.)

the one rule ive got for this is dont be (too) horny. the muses may be adults but the mun Is Not. if im starting to get uncomfy and tell you to stop, please do so. thats... all, i think.

So thinking about that 'nerds corruption arc' idea

Here's how my Hatchetfield OCs would react to it:

Sunset - literally so disappointed in all of them. She thought they were at least semi-decent people but they're just like her stupid brother. Cuts them all off after high school, goes to collage and becomes an attorney in law. Replaces a by then retired Gary Goldstein as the only attorney in Hatchetfield when she comes back(<- part of my general 'everyone lives future au' btw). She'll happily run across the court room defending two opposing sides than deal with the group. Stays friends with PJ and Reese and pretty much lives her best life so long as she avoids those jerks.

Ani - she initially enjoys it while the group is in high school because mean teenagers are so funny to her. Slowly gets a little concerned for her brothers when they keep getting summoned and ending up with worse and worse deals. Stops finding the Group funny when they reach adulthood and stay jerks (mean adults are so BORING and Lame to her) and just. Moves on to watching another batch of suffering Hatchetfield High students.

Maddie - moves to Hatchetfield as an adult, goes into the anime store OP mentioned the group owning in a reblog of the post once, interacts with the Very Rude Manager (Richie) and his Equally Rude Staff (the rest of the group) and they're so unhelpful and unpleasant that she leaves the store in disgust. She's the only person willing to drive to Clivesdale to get to the other Anime Store because she used to live in Clivesdale. Basically a timeline where she doesn't become friends with Richie.

Bonus points:

Maddie meets Sunset, who reveals her brother (Max) is one of the owners and part of the Very Rude Staff at the Anime Store. They both apologise about it - Maddie because Sunset is related to one of the Very Rude Staff and Sunset because Maddie had to interact with them. Sunset doesn't even care when she finds out Maddie is from Clivesdale because having to face That Lot is probably punishment enough.
