One of the practices of Vajra Yogini's #tantra is the six #yogas of #Naropa. Within this practice is generating #body #heat called #tummo. This #monastery here has participants who engage in long term retreats. Once a year they come out shirtless in the #cold and they place wet towels on them. They use #meditation to raise their body heat (tummo) and you can see the wet towels #steam and start to dry. As the wet towel is on their body in the middle of winter, the towels start steaming and drying due to the #psychic tummo heat being generated.
