🍂 The best-selling tea in our loose leaf collection is Hojicha Classic. It is crafted from Japanese green tea leaves grown in the lush hills of Kyoto, the original birthplace of hojicha.
The tea leaves are expertly roasted in small batches for the perfect balance of flavor that will bring you joy with each and every sip.
Hojicha Classic is available in conveniently resealable 80g pouches and 1kg bulk bags for your home or shop.

Cold Brew Hojicha đŸ„ƒ
Cold brewing, known as mizudashi (æ°Žć‡șし) in Japanese, is a method to prepare tea without any heat.
Cold Brew Hojicha is made by extracting the flavor from the tea leaves in cold water over time.
We recommend a ratio of 1:100, meaning 1 g of tea leaves per each 100 ml of cold water, for a smooth and delicious cup of cold brew.
