‘Even as someone who is more critical of HSS:CA, I could never bring myself to hate Ajay. He's actually my favorite LI, and in all honesty? His character and arc- along with Skye's- are probably the biggest things that carried HSS:CA for me. Don't get me wrong, I hate that he failed to be unbiased and then never apologized for it. But I can let that go for 2 reasons. 1) It's actually just OOC for him to do any of that in the first place, considering he warned MC about Danielle. So less so a problem with the character himself and moreso a problem with lazy writing to me. 2) What sets Ajay apart from the other characters that accused MC and never apologized (Clint, Natalie, and Trevor) is that Ajay is a more fleshed out character who does at least develop throughout the story. So that makes him more sympathetic to me, unlike the aforementioned characters who are nothing more than a pair of Rory Simps and a forgettable tech guy.’

I really wish that pixelberry was willing to take requests for stories because I really wished that the Freshman book was a continuation of HSS or HSSCA. I want to see my friends again. He started transitioning when he was 14, going on puberty blockers and changing his name. Legally, his name is still his dead name - his parents are supportive but want to do it all at once with T and everything once he turns 16.

He knew he was trans since he was 10 but didn't have the courage to tell anyone until after he finished middle school.

The first person he told was his sister.

He's dating Ajay and he's been nothing but supportive

The only people he's told outside of his family are Rory (she was there through his transition), Skye and Ajay. He's stealth otherwise.
