Do you feel that this stunt will last another year or even two? I’m pretty sure she will be around when the album promo starts but I also think their contracts were changed since their Loewe deal didn’t go as they wanted.

What annoys me the most that so many fans really love their relationship and she probably will be the one they will cling on to her after bua as she was his real love (same as many harries now love Camille). I guess TR was advised not to show too much personality and not be too active on sm so his fans can project onto her and it works. I also feel that his team think I’m the dumb one when they post a planned organic pic of them and then send pleasing email promoting some new crap.

I'm not sure how long it will last. I agree that they probably renewed their contract. Usually he dumps them before the album comes out so he can attribute his sad lovesongs of longing, missing someone far away etc to them. O was an exeption because of the pandemic ruining the timeline and because of dwd. My hope is he dumps her in a couple of months. It depends on what their promo plan is for the album and for his tour. It also depends on if she gets a real job.

I wouldn't worry about the one's worshipping her and this relationship. They aren't as many as it seems. They're fair weather friends and will move on to the next stunt gf and leave her in the dust. I don't think TR was told to not show personality, she just haven't got any. But she was probably told to keep it low key to make it seem real.

Their promo strategies are getting more and more transparent. People are seeing the stunting and the product plug tie ins more and more. Pleas*ng's rep has taken a big hit because of it. Nobody finds this cute. Taking advantage of a man's closet to sell nail polish? Baiting larries who they regularly gaslight to sell a perfume? No thanks.

A Self-promo Sunday game

Rules: Just for fun this Sunday, let's talk about our personal favourites of our own fics.

Not the ones we necessarily think are the “best.” The ones we go back and reread again and again (because if you don’t reread your own fics what are you even doing?), or the ones we wrote for something or someone special, or the ones that were most difficult to write and just make us proud when we think about them? Whatever criteria you choose, just talk a bit about the fics of yours that you really like.

All right, here we go!

it's our scars that give us character

This is only the second fic i ever wrote, but i think it still holds up, and i just really like this version of Killian. Plus, this was the first time a character -- in this case: Ruby -- stomped, yes, STOMPED out onto the page and demanded to be written, and it was So. Much. Fun.

i go back to it 80% for the sassy!Ruby, ngl. And 20% for the Killian.

OK. 70/30.

FINE. 50/50, but that is my final offer. 😂

This is not the End of the World - series

Look. i love me a good dystopia. That is no secret. But -- even though this may be the bleakest world i ever created -- the two oneshots in this series somehow ended up being the softest and most connected version of E&K i ever brought to the page and i just-- i kinda like it, you know?

All The Darkness In The World

This is a fic i wrote for @csrolereversal - where i was paired with the wonderful @darkcolinodonorgasm. She made a pic set that just sent me down a rabbit hole, only to come back up with 1238 words of my take on Darkness (and a happy end).

i go back to this sometimes simply because i think i managed to turn a few nice phrases and images, and because it's a sandbox in which i don't usually play.

we kill the flame

i don't know that i will ever be able to combine world-building, characters, complicated plot boa constrictors, pace, beats, setup, climax, and payoff in quite that way again. Every MC of mine so far has been the product of blood, toil, tears, sweat, and all of the above, but this one just--- sings in a different key. i don't know how else to put it.

i go back to it sometimes when i feel like nothing i write amounts to anything and need to remember why i do it.

And last but not least, "the time i was funny". 😂 AKA -- The Parquet Man and ...between a rock and a bark place, (and its sequel Astairway to Heaven).

Pure crack, all of them, but honestly - if you've never written CS from the POV of a dog or a hardwood floor, HAVE YOU EVEN LIVED?

Also, interestingly enough, of the two, a dog POV is much harder to write. (My darling "floor" came out of the gate all fabulous bitch at 180 mph. Ginger -- the dog -- i had to really work at in order to not make her too anthropomorhized and "preserve her canine essence", if you will.) Also - Parquet got a wonderful companion piece from Killian's POV, written by the fabulous @profdanglaisstuff. What more could one possibly want!

i go back to these to laugh. Out loud.

(1 of 2) I love Zayn so much, but I just heard a few things about him that I honestly hope you answer truthfully and not biasedly because I've seen some biased responses and I don't want to justify bad actions. So 1.) is it true that Zayn cheated on Perrie? 2.) In an interview with Little Mix, Perrie mentioned, without giving names, that with her ex she received an "ugly phone call" from him, and I'm wondering what that means? Why would Zayn leave a mean message to her? Do you know what happened

1.) If Zayn did or did not really cheat on perrie was never confirmed nor denied, all rumours were just that. Neither Perrie or Zayn ever mentioned any cheating. There were HUNDREDS of girls selling these stories to The Sun and the likes daily and these stories would reach a peak during LM's promo season, and all of them pretty much read like a badly written fanfics lol. The only ''''plausible'''' story was the one with pics of zayn sleeping. No one knows how their relationship worked, tho. They could've had an open relationship whilst on tour, they could've been taking a break when that ~cheating~ scandal happened, the whole story could've been completely fake. If u aren't Zayn or Perrie, you will never know. It's also important to mention that the articles would often contain LM's music and videos lmfao.

2.) Oh everything Perrie said after the break up, during their promo season was a fucking mess and literal smear campaign. It could not've been more obvious lmfao. She changed the story of their break up in EVERY interview. At first, she said he dumped her over a text message. Then it was a phone call. Then he left her a voice message or something? Zayn denied that in his fader interview : Zayn takes the opportunity of our interview to deny this. “If you could word it exactly this way, I’d be very appreciative,” he says. “I have more respect for Perrie than to end anything over text message. I love her a lot, and I always will, and I would never end our relationship over four years like that. She knows that, I know that, and the public should know that as well. I don’t want to explain why or what I did, I just want the public to know I didn’t do that.”

If u ever heard Zayns album, I think it's clear that their relationship wasn't a healthy, happy one. If you ever heard Zayn speak about Perrie & their relationship, it's always in a very respectful way. Just read this (6th paragraph) and this (25th paragraph) for example and see how genuine and lovely and respectful he is towards Perrie. There isn't a single evidence or incident or ANYTHING that would ever suggest he treated her badly. Literally never. If you ever heard Perrie and her band speak about Zayn, it's usually during their promo season, and usually in a very... well.. biased, childish, dehumanising way. That was a thing even when they were together lol.

In Zayn's book & his interviews (I can remember which one was it exactly, sorry!) he openly acknowledged the fact that there was an image crafted for all of them, and thats how they were portrayed to the world. And for all of them it was only positive, nice things. But not zayn lmfao, he got labelled as a 'poser', the 'mysterious one', a 'dark horse', a 'player'. He said in his book and also in his Fader interview that there were situations that were created to make him look a certain way. Bc it's 'a product that had been already designed, and it sells'. If that doesnt say it all....

I don't think you should concern urself with Zayn's love life tho, especially a relationship that is long over. Its clear it was a toxic one lmfao. Perrie literally sang how she didnt love him anyway lmfao.
