cleaning the bathroom is like the most physical chore ever (moreso the shower, really)

#technically its not.. mowing the grass or shoveling snow takes that award but i rent so B^) aint gotta wry about that anymore #my body is saying rest and its like yeah well. we have been resting for a long time. i hate being low energy #i have no vitamin deficiencies but i think i just ask too much of my body. i need a less physical job which sucks :^( #physical work does feel satisfying even if you are weak or low energy #but the muscle tightness today; i think the cold is a huge part of that. i feel rigid and weak when its cold. most ppl do... #also when you clean the bathroom you have to be on your knees or squatting and i do it all the time at work #my knees and feet hate me #i think a lot of ppl avoid proper tedious self care bc their bodies are tired or in pain #society asks too much of people.. #some people have so much energy and endurance... and im like how? #does developmental neglect play a role? i dont think so bc some ppl from malnourished backgrounds have that strength and endurance.. #its like why do some people have it and others dont? #well actually uh idk now i think abt it.. many of my coworkers do look tired and beat :^( yet they keep going.. #my mom and my sister are similar to me. they also get super tired bery easily i wknder if its genetics
