Juggling between work, child, and household chores, many women never look for their health which results in severe health issues, later. Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency is becoming very common in females especially after their 30s. This mother's day week let's take a step forward toward mother's health. WHAT A WEEK!! . This week has been non-stop! From kids going back to school full time, to celebrating my Wedding Anniversary (thanks so much for all of the love on that photo!), to then celebrating my firstborn turning 21!! Which I am still in total denial about! 🤣 Then yesterday consisted of trying to fix our broken washing machine and catching up on blog work. No rest for the wicked! But it has been a great one! Great food, lots of laughter, maybe one to many glasses of southern comfort 😅 but it was fun! . And this morning? I'm off out to work with the birds! Roll on Monday morning when all the kids are at school and I can snuggle up on the sofa, with a cup of tea and relax for the first time in a week! 😂 . Have a lovely weekend!
