this is specific but do you have any posts or know of posts that addressed the incident at the dyke march where someone was assaulted with a cane? and then it turned into "terfs attacking people with canes" I have been trying to find this information again to show someone. if not no worries!
absolutely i do! here are firsthand accounts from the public facebook account of max dashu. if you're not familiar with her work, she is the creator and runner of the suppressed histories archives, which "uncovers the realities of women's lives, internationally and across time, asking questions abbout mother-right, female spheres of power, and about patriarchy and slavery, conquest and aboriginality. about Indigenous philosophies—and the historical chemistry of their repression, and even more importantly, their role in resisting oppression." (x) she's been doing this work since 1970 and her new book is coming out soon! i highly recommend checking out her body of work, she is an incredible force for women's and lesbian's histories.

A man with one leg has taken off…

With this election the universe shifted. Words, like bullets, ripped through a…
