Newcomers: Just A Spark

I may not be a fan of female singers, but I do appreciate that they storm through difficult grounds of music industry and keep their heads high, change the way of thinking about rock music, lifestyle and whatever else is relevant. I respect them for fighting to have a voice (and that they use it). I might not listen to Paramore, Tonight Alive, We Are The In Crowd but I know they exist, they kick ass with their vocal frontwomen and more bands are coming. 

One of the new additions to the musical family, formed in 2015, is L.A. based Just A Spark.   Born out of love for rock music, deep passion and inspiration from bands like My Chemical Romance, Jimmy Eat World, The Used, Taking Back Sunday. 

Swimming in the waters of pop punk, pop rock with a bit of an edge here and there they take what’s best from the genres and create smooth, bouncy and emotional combination. And Diana has a great potential to join the ranks of great, strong frontwoman leading the rock music race.

Diana Joya - vocals

Buddy Rundblade - vocals, guitars

Rodney Rundblade - bass

Edward Rivas - drums
