(OOC: Things have been VERY busy lately.)

(OOC:  Been a rather long time since I posted, but that's largely because I've been preoccupied with plenty of classwork, errands, and other stuff.  And midterms are just around the corner too, so college is most certainly keeping me busy as of late.  But I do still have some ideas for sketches that I hope to finish up and post as soon as I'm able to, including some more RP-related sketches, and even some modifications I've made to Jim and the gang's clubhouse and around Kattelox Island too.  Figure that since Volnutt left, things have changed and developed a bit more on the Island, probably with some new restaurants and stuff, which I'll probably develop more in the future with my 'head-canon'.

Also have spring break coming up in a couple weeks too, and for once there's no big assignments due over it, so hopefully that'll allow me to start posting again!)

So Halloween's coming up too...

It's October and that means Halloween's coming up!  Woohoo!  Every year we have a Halloween party over at the clubhouse on the Yass Plains too!  Hm, wonder what costume I should wear this year.  In the past I've done a Reaverbot, a boxer, and other stuff.  I have a few ideas, but haven't decided on a final choice yet.  But once I make my mind up I'll put up a sketch of it of course!  Well, better get back to school stuff.  Later!

First week of school is going well too!

Well the unexpected "marriage" of Volnutt and Tron aside, this is also the first week of school too!  So far so good!  Classes are good, and everybody's nice as always!  Hope to have another great school year as well!  Summer was awesome while it lasted!  But at least the weather's pretty warm year round here, so we don't have to worry too much about snow.   And yes, I'll still be boxing!  Just once or twice a month on weekends when we all have the time for it.   Doing sketches in my free time too of course!

And also hope the "marriage" thing with Volnutt and Tron goes well.  Seems to be a rather strange situation to be in...  This is a rather odd note to end Summer on.

Hello!  I've got other sketch ideas lined up, but I'm curious to see where Volnutt's idea of closing my eyes and wandering through town to draw whatever I run into leads.  I've even got a couple friends following me to make sure I don't wander into the street or anything.  Here we go!  Yeah!  Be right back!

Saw a weird looking Reaverbot in the Sub City! Sketch wil be up soon!

Hello again!  As I said before, we did see a weird Reaverbot down in the Sub City yesterday.  And I was able to get close enough to draw it!  Just stood there looking at us and didn't attack or anything!  Woohoo!  Er, as well as one of my amateur drawings are.  Ahem!  I'lll put it up after I put some finishing touches on it!

(OOC:  And yes, I know I sent out a few Aks to others asking them if they have any requests.  That's just because my original post asking for other's suggestions sometimes gets lost in a person's Dashboard shuffle, I'm sure.  Especially if they're following a bunch of active blogs all at once.  Plus I've added a few posts since then, so they might not have seen it, which probably happens a lot with my many posts...  This way I can at least be sure the person knows I'm taking requests.  Sorry if anbyody thought it was a bit much.)

Might also give the TV studio's games a try...

My friends have been telling me repeatedly that I should try out the game events they offer at the Kattelox TV studios.  They told me that since I'm so hyper, I should be able to win some of the games there like the skate race or something.  So maybe I'll give that a try after I get my Reaverbot sketch done!  Been wanting to give it a try for some time now. Where did I put those Jet Skates again....?

Well we're off to the Sub City soon!

Hello again!  We're off to the Sub City to see if we can find any other cool stuff for the clubhouse.  Hm... Maybe I should draw the clubhouse someday too.  I am touring some of the buildings around the Island through my skethces after all.  Ahem!  While we're down there, I'll try to get close enough to the Reaverbots to get some sketches.  Wish me luck!

Still running thin on ideas for a bit, so if anybody wants to see me do any other subjects in my sketches let me know!  Everybody else here seems to be drawing in some form or another, even Volnutt, so I figured I'd give it a try too!  Someday I'll draw on the computer if I find the right program, but for now I"ll stick to my hand drawn "sketches."  Just need the scanner working again...  Still fighting in the ring too, of course!  My next match isn't for a few days yet.

Jumpy's Picture Tour of Kattelox Continues! Any requests?

Hello!  As I've said before, my sketch tour of Kattelox is back on.  Not a whole lot going on now, so I figured it's high time for some more sketches of scenes from around the Island.  Might even do pictures of other places and people we've visited like at Calinca.  I can do just about anywhere on Terra!  So if anybody has any requests let me know!  I'll try to get it done faster this time too.  Honest!  My schedule's pretty open now!  Hopefully my "drawings" will improve with practice too!

I can even do scenes from in the ruins or Reaverbots too.  I've seen some of them firsthand, and Diggers have also taken pictures of them that I can work off of too.  I'm especially familiar with the Zakubon type of Reaverbots from when they've chased me.

Well I lost the big fight, but it was still awesome!

Hello again!  It came down to the wire at the end, but I was ultimately KO'ed by #28!  It was still an awesome fight though!  Probably the best one I've had so far!  Glad I gave it my all!  And Volnutt was right about those Servbots being really tough too!  Looks like he would have won that bet.  So my hat's off (er, if f I wore one) to them.  Congratulations #28!  I had a lot of fun too!  Who knows, maybe there'll even be a rematch in the distant future. 

But for now, I'm going to go back to drawing landmarks from around Kattelox Island.  Starting with the City Hall.  Then on to what's going on in the Sub City.  Interesting stuff going on down there.  Digger expeditions and other cool stuff.  Since they figured out how to open the doors, all sorts of cool things have been brought up.  And some weird stuff too.  Seriously, the Art Gallery curator has even more weird things on display now.  Including more of those weird Reaverbot human dolls, Reaverbot fossils, and others.  She tends to accept some rather odd items...  Maybe I'll draw some of that at some point too.  Later!

And yes! It IS Summer here on Kattelox!

Hello!  If anybody's wondering, yes it is Summer here on Kattelox.  So we're all on Summer break here.  That's one reason I have all this time to to do stuff like fight in the ring, run around the Island, blog on Tumblr,  throw bags of money in trash cans (Just kidding! I haven't done that again.  Honest!) etc.  The weather's really warm now too.  It's nice year round more or less, but now it's a lot hotter.  Although I am very familiar with how cold it can get in other places, since my grandparents live over in Yosyonke, Calinca.  Brrr!  That place is freezing!  We dont' usually get a bunch of snow on Kattelox if any at all, but over there it's like all year long!  Makes me glad to live here.

Breaking news on Kattelox Island!

Hello again!  This just in here on Kattelox Island!  Traffic signals have FINALLY been installed after years of bitter debate at City Hall!  This means people might actually stop for once!  Yeah, the drivers around here have a tendency to keep going no matter what's in front of their car.  As I'm sure Volnutt can remember.  Good thing he wore armor...  At least we can finally cross the streets without fear now.  There was also an absurd number of fender benders before.  Miraculously nobody was ever seriously hurt.

And the dog catcher finally did his job and caught all the angry dogs wandering around the Old City!  Turns out they belonged to people who had evacuated the Island and have been returned to their proper homes, along with obedience training.

Plus there are some Digger expeditions being planned to investigate the Sub City below our town.  Seriously, there's all sorts of cool stuff down there.  Me and the others found this computer I'm using and our transport system device, to name a few.  The Reaverbots down there have all become docile or inactive now.  You can just walk past them and they won't even react.

Yeah, I know I'm not a reporter but some things are really changing here on the Island.  Just thought I'd update everybody.  Got a City Hall to sketch and a big fight to train for now. Later!

Hello! I know I've been doing A LOT of reblogging lately, but that's to welcome back some of the other Ask blogs after their long hiatuses and thank them for answering my questions too.  It REALLY is appreciated and I know I can be a tad, well JUMPY at times, so thanks for putting up with me!  ESPECIALLY Mega Man Volnutt, to whom I've sent more than a couple questions in the past.  I'll be posting more drawings of landmarks from around Kattelox Island very soon, along with news of what's been going on around the Island since Volnutt's been stuck on Elysium for a while.  Later!
