Tried to fall asleep a bit earlier today in hopes I could like slowly wind back my circadian rhythm...

turned off all screens an hour ahead of time, listened to a podcast, blocked out all light, but of course all it did was make it worse and make me unable to sleep till like noon. Yup lookin like we're gonna have to do the full clock reset method (falling asleep a bit later every day till I'm at a normal sleep cycle), which is my absolute least favorite way cause 1. it takes forever, 2. it makes me nauseous as fuck and makes my head all wonky, 3. it ramps up my anxiety ofc so woooOOOOOO I love being built like this /s
