secondly to answer your question i don’t know what i’d call my fav takes but i have a ton of favourite centripairings. i’m taking ur ask as an excuse to ramble about pairings (sorry in advance) but if u want a short answer i like all of the extremist unities + anarchist polycule + wacky polycule.

ok long ramble about literally every centricide pairing under the sun below the cut

ok so starting with the extremists i like all the pairs :3 extremist polycule is cute but i have a hard time seeing them being able to actually coordinate that. leftunity has such good angst potential but also they’re just cute. rightunity is good. whenever i think of a leftunity scenario rightunity is always established and vice versa. baby’s first centriships. i like auth and libunity but like slightly less than the rest. libunity r just kinda bros to me but i can see them being romantic. authunity i love but i don’t think either of them could actually have the balls to be like “soo….” recently became a fan of praxisunity and capcom. praxisunity have truce nights where they watch tv together i think. capcom have a crazy ass rivalry that is so fruity.

as for the wackies i’m a wacky polycule truther. i like anmon x anprim, techprim, falsgc (posad x transh) etc etc. specifically i can see homonat with everyone in that group except like nazbol. special shoutout to homonat x posadist actually i love them. realizing now i have a lot of hcs for like every ship in this group i’ll save those for another time. posadist and nazbol are cute but i prefer them as queerplatonic partners.

anarchist polycule is obviously already a polycule. i like most romantic pairings in there :3 i thibk anqueer and annih kinda have a love hate thing going. annih and ansyn have like a mentorship thing to me so i’m not huge on them romantically. anpac and anqueer are more queerplatonic. anpac/annih have my whole heart ever.

okay miscellaneous category time. i like authright homonat and christcon as a polycule and individual ships. libcap are a classic and they’re a little cute. i’m not a minhopp guy solely because my hoppean is like a homophobic uncle that deadnames you at the family barbecue there’s no way he pulls bitches. socialist and progressive kiss i think. i don’t have any major ships involving the centrists. i love leefash they’re cute as hell. posadist and commie r another pairing i like. nazbol and pinkcap is silly but doesn’t really apply to my personal hcs for pinkcap

i’m gonna do international union of nationalists and ancapistan in the same paragraph. i like christcon authright and homonat each as separate ships and also as a polycule. are they functional? no.

OK SO i didn’t find jreg through centricide im 90% sure it was the political compass rap. i thought it was wacky and so i checked the other vids on the channel and i saw the centricide playlist *dun dun dun*

i don’t actually remember which episode was most recent, but i vividly remember watching 3 and being amazed. i remember watching 4 when it came out and became the number one libcap stan. (not ashamed)

soon after that, i met a group of people who were so cool and awesome and we all liked centricide (and homestuck but WE DONT TALK ABOUT THAT) and we all bonded over the next few episodes: ancapistan, horseshoe theory, and the anarchist polycule one.

when centricide 7 was to premiere, our group got in discord to watch it. we had NO IDEA it would be the insane web it turned out to be and so we got off the call and went through it and was like woah. is jreg ok?

time passed and the centricide 8s came out and with each one i slowly lost interest because so much time passed between episodes (curse you better production) and the directors cut came out and it was WILD every ship except for the true crack was confirmed and it was glorious

after that i lost interest for good because i just couldn’t get behind the mental illness series. every now and then i check for new centriside shorts, but they dont feel the same :( now jreg is running for mayor of ottowa and idk how to feel

I WROTE FANFICTION FOR THIS SERIES!! i posted a really shitty homestuck related fic and deleted it but im so mad i did because i want to read it so bad. i also have a few unposted but theyre also bad. leftist unity (and libcap. and auth unity.) for ever <33

OKAY SO. I LOVED ADORED leftist unity when i first watched centricide but then after some time i kinda lost interest on it, theyre a cute couple and theres a lot of angsty moments that could be had in imagines ab them but i was just more interested in less known ships yknow now i enjoy it much more especially bc of @ladytemplar s interpretation and drawings. i love them a lot and not my favorite ship but a lot of respecc bc its basically. the one canon ship in the series (except libcap but thats like. semi canon)
