Giving Nekuma a softer face. I couldn’t figure out how I would have normally drawn her before, so it was a good time to try a different look. I think I like it so far. And look! I actually remembered to draw her shoulder scales this time!

Trying to reconnect Nekuma with one of the first things to inspire her design, which also acted as her theme. Never figured out how to make her theme obvious, so now I’m trying to make up for it. Nekuma’s more lithe yet strong body type is based entirely on ballet dancers while her pale complexion and white hair comes from the main character of The Last Unicorn.

This is definitely going to take a while, since I’m rusty on doing full body drawings.
