Again .. writing this while sitting in #icebath this time 40 pounds of #ice As I'm hitting my half way mark on my #14weeks #Chicago #marathon #training .. I can tell you it's working, #thestruggleisreal but #itworks , I'm able to hit my #Goals or at least I'm trying hard to do so Today was the plan was 16 miles .. they always say don't so hard training days back to back but sometimes it's okay to do so .. I ran #6miles #NegativeSplits #tempo on #treadmill yesterday .. my legs were really #sore .. felt the #soreness as soon as we start running this morning .. but I had to push the pace .. At a moment was telling myself .. it's okay to not get #fastfinish .. but within #5secondsrule I said no .. I got to push the pace and hit my goals that I was #mentally prepared for .. On #mile14 I said I'm going to walk for a minute .. but quickly said no .. I got to keep going .. at mile 15 I said that's enough .. I'll stop here .. but something inside me was telling me no .. hit your 16 miles #goal do #whateverittakes ..
