hey Adam! anger issues are EXTREMELY hard to deal with when you have any PD, but especially ones like BPD. you’re not a bad person for struggling with that. I’ve told terfs and exclus to off themselves in moments of extreme anger and regretted it, it’s not a good thing but it’s also not representative of who you actually are. I know how hard this stuff is to deal with, it sucks. But if I had a nickel for every person who has ever said something bad they then regret, ID have a nickel for every person who’s ever lived. I promise you you’re not bad for what you did when extremely angry.
