here’s my first attempt at a proper allergy denial scenario where you gift me flowers that i insist i couldn't possibly be allergic to as i apologetically sneeze all over them, not wanting to spoil such a beautiful gesture. lots of hitching and some very harsh sneezes

Woke up yesterday brutally sick with a head cold. So snotty I can't even....so I figured in the middle of what has been about 16 hours of sleeping, I'd make a little video to share with my favs here. Contains some minor coughing and one (very necessary) nose blow. Please send cuddles and tea, but mostly tissues and handkerchiefs.

“Hey guys, so uh, today is going to be a little different. I’m actually not going to be the one on this wav, me and S talked; my boyfriend, and since he has a cold, he said he’d record some. Probably won’t be talking much since this is his first time. Hope you guys enjoy!”

“…hhah! eiHKSHHhuh! hhEhIKSHhh!”

Steve sprays the desk in front of him as he sneezes, nostrils already damp. He’s got a twisted up corner of a tissue in his hand, and he knows it’s going to work well, considering his nose already has a constant tickle from his cold. Sniffling soupily, he inserts the tissue into his thin, right nostril and it twitches.

“ISHHH’iew! Snfsnf! HeSHh’ew!”

“Bless you,” Eddie offers, giving Steve a smile, who smirks back.

He moves the tissue slowly, rubbing it against the wall of his nose. Head tilting back, Steve’s eyes flutter and he can feel mess slowly dribble down toward his upper lip.

“eiIKSH! HEHISKHEW! EISHHhuh!”

“Bless you!”

“ihKSHHUHEW! ehhHTChh’uh!”

Steve’s a mess and he knows it. He can feel the ridiculous amount of snot falling from his nose, dropping past his lip. The table is coated in a fine mist. The tissue is soggy and no longer finely pointed. Instead of wiping his nose, the shaggy haired man chooses to sniffle instead. The act alone makes his nostrils flare, pink and irritated.

“eihkSHHh! hehTCHH’uh! ehhSHuh! Shit..”

“Bless you honey, here, hold on,” Eddie seems to forget they’re recording as he leans over and wipes some of the mess away with a tissue.

“Blow for me?”

Steve does. He ends up going through three tissues, soaking them all. Even after, he’s stuffy and runny and he coughs a couple of times, rubbing his nose. Eddie ends the audio there, then presses a kiss to Steve’s lips.

“Bless you baby.”

“Tha’gks Eds.”
