You know what? This time I actually feel like we might get something good, something real about tiva and I don't even mind looking like an absolute clown. I enjoy all this, all of us talking about them again and for the first time in years I feel hopeful.
I'm sooo glad to be back screaming on here about these two (even though I've never left for good) and it all feels like the good old times, it's deep and meaningful to me.
I feel optimistic, I know both Michael and Cote would actually be glad to make our wishes come true, I trust them. They care too much about their characters and the ship, they've been through so much. I know that if they both accept to come back, it will definitely be worth it.

I think the reason there wasn’t a #Tiva appearance in this episode is because it was primarily a tribute to Ducky/David, and they didn’t want to detract attention from that.
Because, let’s face it — seeing Tiva on screen together for the first time in 11 years… it will make fans go FERAL. And this just wasn’t the episode to do that in. Of course, we wanted it, we always do. But this episode honours a wonderful man and a wonderful legacy, and a Tiva appearance right now is neither the time or place.
However, I’m not ruling out the possibility that seeing Tiva on screen might happen this season. I know I’m always hopeful every year, but I had a dream about them last week by which Tony called Ziva “my wife”… and then Michael made his appearance last night…
I feel like the stars are aligning to bring something wonderfully Tiva (in a good, happy way — NOT in a Truth or Consequences way), and I have this little feeling in my gut that we may see them on screen in season 21. After all, Tali will be 10 this year… won’t she? 👀

Two weeks until we see this pretty (perfect) face again. I feel like it's been ages.
I can't wait to see him go feral to help Torres.

So my headcanon for the end of 21x02 because as much as I loved it and cherished it, I’ve also been watching NCIS since I was a kid, it was my first fandom and Tiva was my first ship, but I wanted more from it. So this is what my headcanon for the end of the episode looks like.
Yes we did get Tony and Palmer in the morgue and all three boys in the elevator. But what they didn’t show us was the bullpen at the same exact time, where Ziva was talking to Nick. Abby is there talking to Kasie, remember that layover in Heathrow, Abby met up with the DiNozzo fam. Tali and Victoria are doing something together. Gibbs, Jack and Fornell are going to meet everyone at the venue for Ducky’s celebration of life. And there’s a wreath of flowers that doesn’t have a tag, but nestled in the middle of the flowers is a very specific chess piece.
Ducky might not have had any blood relations left, but his family turned up for him, as they always will for each other.

I'll admit, there does seem to be something big possibly brewing on NCIS this Season.
They've been way more private with sharing BTS content right now then LA was last year, and that's going a long way!
My 1st initial thought was that it had to do with the 1st 2 episodes and not wanting to give too much away. But those have already been filmed, and right now, they are about to or have already started work on the 5th episode, and there's only been 1 pic so far of the episode Dani (NCIS LA) has directed so far.
Now, the serialized nature of this Season could be another factor. Or who knows, maybe someone important really is coming back.
Not about to say I believe those teasers from 'you know who', given that he's been doing them for years with zero end result, but I will say this: There's definitely something brewing with all this silence, especially since the other NCIS has been sharing new BTS content like it's Christmas.

I'm pessimistic today so...
New season will be only 10 episodes and more focused on a story arc from the start(like the final episodes of any other season),I doubt it will be super articulate. Plus they may be scared that if they put Tiva inside Duckys memorial episode, the focus of the episode will be them and not Ducky
So yeah I'm scared we won't see Tiva?
What do you think?

NCIS S21E08 'Heartless'
Can they stop making all the ladies fall for Alden Parker, please?
He's taken. He's mine.
Move along, doctor.
On another note, I love how Alden and Nick keep doing sports together. 'Baby Hoop' is the most adorable nickname. 😭
(I wanna write based on this ep, but I'm still blocked, so...)

Nick sneaking up on Parker and lifting him and shaking him to crack his back 😂😂😂 whenever stuff like this happens, I always picture Gibbs in his place, like whoever did that would be on the ground immediately and with a massive smack to the back of the head

Not a week after the SAG-AFTRA strike ended, CBS is the first broadcast network out of the gate with a game plan for the delayed regular TV season.
CBS’ schedule, which kicks off in February 2024 — right after getting loads of promotion during its airing of the Super Bowl — is nearly identical to the Fall TV slate announced back in May, when the WGA strike was getting underway. The only differences are that Kathy Bates’ new Matlock series has been pushed to the 2024-25 TV season (as has the Wayanses’ Poppa’s House sitcom), and CSI: Vegas is now closing out Sunday nights.
Justin Hartley’s Tracker, as previously announced, will tackle the coveted post-Super Bowl slot, Carrie Preston’s Good Wife spinoff Elsbeth will still call Thursday home, and as the photo above means to remind you, NCIS: LA alum LL Cool J is locked in to continue his NCIS: Hawai’i arc.
Most CBS series are planning to have 10-13 episodes each, running into May.
SUNDAY, FEB. 11 (following Super Bowl LVIII) ~10 pm TRACKER (series premiere)
MONDAY, FEB. 12 8 pm The Neighborhood Season 6 8:30 pm Bob Hearts Abishola Season 5 9 pm NCIS Season 21 10 pm NCIS: Hawai’i Season 3
TUESDAY, FEB. 13 8 pm FBI Season 6 9 pm FBI: International Season 3 10 pm FBI: Most Wanted Season 5
THURSDAY, FEB. 15 9 pm Young Sheldon Season 7 8:30 pm Ghosts Season 3 9 pm So Help Me Todd Season 2 10 pm TRACKER (series premiere repeat)
FRIDAY, FEB. 16 8 pm S.W.A.T. Season 7 (final) 9 pm Fire Country Season 2 10 pm Blue Bloods Season 14
SUNDAY, FEB. 18 7 pm 60 Minutes 8 pm The Equalizer Season 4 9 pm TRACKER (regular time slot premiere) 10 pm CSI: Vegas Season 3 (new night)
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 28 8 pm Survivor Season 46 (2-hour premiere)
THURSDAY, FEB. 29 10 pm ELSBETH (series premiere)
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6 8 pm Survivor (2-hour episode)
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13 8 pm Survivor (return to 90-minute episodes) 9:30 pm The Amazing Race Season 36 (90-minute episodes)
