Kris Peterson - Just As Much (1967)
Detroit soul singer Kris Peterson, a released a handful of singles in the 60s and early 70s. This one has become very popular among the Northern soul crowd, and rightly so as it's fantastic. Strangely enough she later moved to New York, and worked with both Jobriath and Frank Zappa.

The Isley Brothers - My Love Is Your Love (1967)
Absolutely pure joy! Strangely, Motown didn’t release the Isley Brother’s version of this song written by Stevie Wonder and Ivory Joe Hunter until the early 70s. The northern soul people discovered it and brought it back from obscurity
