I have a fun cat thing that might be cute for catboy!Grian purposes.

So I looked this up because my cat has been stealing my spot on the couch (I always sit in this spot when I come home, she knows its my little place). I thought it was cute, if a little annoying, so I looked up why she might be doing that.

The first result I got was that she was doing it bc the spot was warm from me sitting there, but that only half-worked because she still sits there even if I haven't sat down yet. So I looked a little further.

She does it because she knows it gets her attention. She knows, and expects, that I will give her love because she is in the way.

Now imagine a huffy cat!Grian, frustrated bc Mumbo has been busy with some redstone project all day. At somepoint he notices that Mumbo has gone to take a short break, and so Grian sits in his work chair and waits for him to return.

And so, minutes later, Mumbo comes back to find a very sour faced man sitting in his chair, blocking him from his project. Perhaps the tip of his tail is flicking, too, to really get his point across.

What was supposed to be a short stretch turns into fuzzy cuddles with a (now very pleased) Grian. And if he purrs, that's just for him and Mumbo to know.
