The day began with harmonious vibes as overnight the Moon in Aquarius formed a trine to Venus in Libra which creates an ideal atmosphere for positive interactions. The Moon was also sextile Mercury in Aquarius which also increases social interactions promoting intimate conversations.

The Sun and Mars, still hanging out together in Scorpio are in a sextile with Pluto in Capricorn. We continue to sit in the intensity of this powerful configuration that increases our motivation. There’s a start up feel to this energy and with Capricorn involved, the ideas and desires will start to take form and show up as something you can actually grab onto. Make the most of the opportunities showing up at this time.

Beginning on April 27 at 4:09pm. Pluto began a retrograde station into the sign of Capricorn.

The previous day, April 26th, was also the date of the beginning of Supermoon  in Scorpio. A Supermoon is when the moon is at the closest point to the Earth. This phenomenon is known as an extreme perigee or Supermoon, making the Moon appear even larger than the normal Full Moon.

 Pluto, in astrology, represents power in its raw form. The force of life and death. It governs procreation, destruction and regeneration. It is the ruler or governing planet for the sign of Scorpio. It is one of the four planets known as the Lords of Karma. Pluto is a slow-moving planet, taking some 20 years to move through a house or sign

 Capricorn, cardinal Earth sign, is concerned with personal ambition, rules, boundaries and limits. At its best it can be highly ethical, self-directed, disciplined and industrious. At the worst, it can be callous, selfish, materialistic and abrasive.

We start the day with the Moon shifting into Aquarius early this morning but not before a conjunction with Pluto in Capricorn. This may have caused you to wake up with some intense emotional feelings. Deep seated issues could surface creating possessive or controlling behavior.

As the Moon pulls away from the Capricorn energies it shifts the mood to a more social or humanitarian feel where intellect and forward thinking dominate however, if you stay stuck on the emotional side of things, it could cause reclusiveness.

The Moon in Aquarius will go on to square Jupiter in Taurus. This might change up the way you have been feeling about things and cause you to rework your personal life to fit with your ambitions. Exercise caution to avoid doing things in excess tonight. This applies to both personal and material overindulgence.

This is part two of my Pluto in Aquarius series. Be sure to check out part one if you missed it. So what makes this astrological shift worthy of its own posts? As previously stated, On March 23, 2023, Pluto will move into the sign of Aquarius. Then it will retrograde back into Capricorn on June 11th until January 20th, 2024 where it enters Aquarius again. Only to retrograde yet again back into Capricorn in September 2024 before it stays in Aquarius for good on November 19th, 2024. Lets focus on the positives and negatives of this transit. Pluto is after all, the planet of transformation/death and rebirth. We like to focus on the doom and gloom of the death part but the rebirth part is the point. The positives of Pluto in Aquarius is that it will bring integration and unity within the collective, very much supporting the Saturn in Pisces energy. Community will be highly important as the structures built by this capitalist society start to crumble. You can criticize me all you want and many will disagree but I’ve been saying it for a while. We are here, the dawn of the Age of Aquarius is upon us. The hardest part for all of us in this is the resistance of change. If we allow the tower to crumble, we can build a better world. And believe me, the towers will crumble. Government foundations, financial structures, race and sex discrimination among others will all be hot topics during this transition. You don’t have to take my word for it, just turn on the news. Quite honestly, I’m not a news or TV watcher but we do need to start paying attention. All around the world, there are significant changes occurring that require a watchful eye. If we could only see that if we band together as a community, we can get through this much easier. It’s the only way we’ll be able to rebuild. I will also promise you that if you intend on being a loner during this time, it will all be much harder.
