Since I revamped / reactivated my indie Sylar RP accounts, I’ve seen a lot of people mention interest in rewatching Heroes. So I figured I would make a quick post about it.

          As the last body hit the floor, Adam turned attention to the woman nearby. ❝ Well, well, what do we have here? ❞ Arms crossed as he took in the severity of her restraints and noted if she bore any injuries. ❝ I suppose this is the part where I play the hero and untie you...? ❞ Eyes moved past her as he noticed the true objective of the mission, causing him to step forward to claim the prize, completely ignoring her bindings. After opening the briefcase to verify contents, it was locked with a loud snap. ❝ My business here is complete. I shall leave you to being a beautiful damsel in distress... unless you can convince me otherwise? ❞ Voice held a hint of playfulness.

          If Elle was not witnessing this whole spectacle for herself, she wouldn’t have believed it. This speed dating thing was real and half decent people (by normal human standards) actually participated in it. But sadly, all these people were boring as hell to her. If it wasn’t for the fact that she created a new persona for herself each time the person in front of her changed, she would have probably fallen asleep by now.

          Finally the last person sat before her. They weren’t bad looking either. But that didn’t matter if they couldn’t keep Elle entertained. After taking a sip of her drink, she sighed as sapphire hues met theirs. This game was tiresome. She at least wanted to be entertained for a moment. And so she decided -- no more fake personas. With a casual tone, she began, ❝ I’m Elle. Just to give you a short overview of what you’re getting into, I’ll make this quick... I’m a bounty hunter which naturally leads to me having to resort to being a serial killer when my target forces my hand. I like to set stuff on fire and cause explosions. The bigger, the better. Although I’ve never had a wreck, my driving scares the hell out of people for some reason. I’m richer than god so please don’t try to impress me with your money. I’m much more interested in power. And lastly, I’ve been sitting in this chair for almost an hour needing to go pee, so you better make this good, sweety. ❞

A new Sylar is in town!

I just made this blog, and it’s still a work in progress. Have to make it pretty, set up pages, rules. about, yadda, yadda, all the fun stuff.          It was late. Elle was hungry. No time for the vigilante selection process or playing the hero in dark alleys, she was just going to eat the first creepy bastard that hit on her. The casino -- yes, that was where she’d hunt. Dinner and a show. But just as she was about to turn into the light-studded entrance, something caught her attention. Caught her nose’s attention, specifically. What a strange scent it was. Perhaps there was something new on the menu?

         Being a newly turned vampire, Elle’s sense of self-preservation wasn’t the most refined yet as she felt even more invincible than she did as an evolved human. After designer heels turned to follow the scent, she was brimming with energy. Was this what they called the thrill of the hunt? Half humming, half-singing, she continued through the darkness, tempted to shapeshift to move faster, but not fully comfortable with the sensation of it yet. Walking would do for now. Determined and fast moving toward her dinner, she began singing out loud, ❝ Ooh here I come, watch out boy, I’ll chew you up~ ❞ Maybe this one would give a challenge, providing not only a meal, but a workout as well. Two birds, one stone.

Hey, Everyone!

As some of you may know, Sammy and I have been going back and forth about closing the RPG for almost a year. It was part of the reason we decided to revamp from It’s a Brave New World RPG  to this one back in March. But over the past 6+ months, we still haven’t received many apps and the activity has not been what it used to be a few years ago. Not to mention, the fandom on Tumblr is basically dead and we’re all getting older and busier with real life things like family/friends/relationships, work/school, hobbies, etc.

So we have decided that it is time to close the group. 

We love the friends that we’ve made here and will cherish all of those ( and the plots ). We plan on leaving the Slack group open, and have even reactivated a few old members’ accounts, so everyone can keep in touch. You can also find Admin Alex on her personal Tumblr @intuitivekendrick. Admin Sammy doesn't have a personal Tumblr, but feel free to send a message here if you’d like their contact information.
