do i reaally have to say it? my darling and astre (name pending), but also my daughter and ciel. she loves them both dearly, but for different reasons, and ships work in different scenario. that’s not to say i’ll force a ship on anyone, because i wont, but i also won’t compromise her natural affectionate-ness

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?:

i will NOT rp pedophilia, however, i view her as an adult once she hits sixteen. in victorian england, that was the legal marrying age, and is thus when i choose to label her as an adult. similarly, she is a british citizen, and it’s when she’s listed as, shall we say, legal in that country. but i do NOT do smut, on account that i, gigi, am sixteen in america and therefore a child. 

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?:

tbh as long as everyone’s adults it’s fine, or as long as they’re both children. keep it legal and not in a “70 yr old character coming after 16 year old liz” sense. if the age isn’t a major part in the relationship, it’s comfortable.

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?:

lil bit, while liz is very good at falling in love fast, she has standards. she is engaged unless otherwise discussed, and she is not a cheater. in fact, she’s probably the most loyal person ever.

alllll the time. i’m not here just to ship, but liz is a very lovey dovey muse and will present herself occasionally.

i think i’m ship more-or-less, as i find it more interesting to delve into other sectors of her life than just shipping. while her relationships are deeply important to her, she is more than a ball of affection, despite what she wishes.

gosh dont SPRING THIS ON ME PLEASE. but......mainly because i have more development in the way of characters, astre. she relates to him in being the spare child, and so she’s grown an attachment over the time that he masqueraded as ciel, especially within these last few months since she discovered the hoax. that being said, just a side note, LIZZY COME HOME !!! YOUR MOTHER MISSES YOU !!!

but real talk: ciel means sky so i'd imagine our ciel's name is going to be something akin to the ground or "under/low" to contrast ciel's "over/high". our ciel's name is prolly going to be dirt or somethin. or jacob, like the one from the bible whose name means supplanter.

I think that “Astre” (star) works well with this idea!

When you think of the sky it’s both the daylight and the nighttime sky which come to mind - the stars, clouds and everything else are the features which merely encompass it. This means that OC’s name once again puts him as a secondary feature to his brother, he isn’t the main event. Stars are also only visible at night (unlike the sky which is always visible in some form) making them seem a little bit less important. The sky is still the sky without stars, but the stars don’t exist to us without sky.

Plus, the stars are beautiful but they can’t be seen well without darkness, which I think is a cool metaphor for OC (so edgy).
