A Moroccan style mansion built in traditional Riad architectural style, with Moorish stone designs. Named after the port city of Tangier, Morocco, this lovely and luxurious abode in made almost entirely of black and white tiles and stone. Its primary feature is the large and spacious courtyard with an open-air enclosure, complete with a tiled fountain built in the center. Surrounded by the lanterns, this area of the home is gorgeous and serene at night with the romantic glow of candle flames. Your Sims will truly be in the lap of luxury and happiness living in Riad Tangier! The lot has two large bedrooms of equal size, and two large bathrooms. The kitchen features plenty of counter space and a full seating area along the wall so you won’t even have to leave the room to enjoy your meals. The large L-shaped living room is ideal for a quiet night inside where your Sims can relax with movies, music and books. Or have a bubbly time with the hookah style bubble blower. There is a balcony that wraps around the second floor of the home, the primary living space, and connects each of the rooms together with smaller hallways. There are two separate staircases that lead up from the courtyard area below.

The lot is set as a Wedding Venue by default because the Gallery still wants to upload Rental lots as Residential. Either lot type now works for your Sims to get married — it’s up to you whether you’d like to stay overnight or not!

This Moroccan-inspired Riad is the perfect place for a large family to relax in paradise. Surrounding the inner courtyard fountain and palm trees are a three floors. I built a version of this lot for a special request for a horse ranch to fit the style of Al Simhara. The original version was strictly a stable, with six horse stalls and no facilities for Sims. I’ve renovated it and am sharing this version, with four bedrooms and just three horse stalls, which I think will be more useful for most people.

I’ve designed this lot so the horse and Sim areas are separate, and so the horses won’t get in Sims’ way with their crazy routing. If you lock the gate to the smaller paddock in front, the horses will be locked in and still have access to both paddocks and their stalls.

Au tout début des Sims, en découvrant Oasis Springs, ma première inspiration a été de créer un riad. A l’époque, j’avais sorti une sorte de cube, très moche, et dont je n’étais absolument pas satisfaite. J’ai d’ailleurs supprimé la mise à jour qui va avec.

Puis, avec la dernière mise à jour et les ajouts d’éléments architecturaux de style arabe et des escaliers modulables, je me suis lancée le défi d’en reconstruire un, toujours en jeu de base. La plus grande partie des plantes d’extérieur viennent du catalogue caché bb.showliveeditobjects
