Ysaac Verdriet : (He/Him) Once-human-now-ghost revenant. Biggest sweetheart knight, big dumb with handsome face and just toptier himbo material. Has a long history of fighting at the Pact frontlines (and dying repeatedly) but always sees the world with pure optimism and hope.

Khayyir Al'Azeem: (He/it) Once famed and legendary Largos weaponsmith, but now wanders the surface with memory loss, but retained his sincere (albeit broken) heart. Kind, homesick, loyally devoted to his crafts, and never skipped leg day with his thick thighs. Can and will craft you any weapon you want.

The Fractal Stranger: (Any pronoun) Worst guy you can imagine. Troll, bit of a jerk but in a fun snarky way, was once the commander and now a demon who travels through the Mist to playfully turn timelines upside down or just do his job as delivery service guy.

Machinist Phibi: (She/her) Iron Legion's war tank engineer and a brilliant spark. Slightly unhinged with her machine skills and with a fondness for explosions. Bit of a gremlin, bit of a coolest asura to ever meet. Definetely picks you up in her custom charr tank.

Runebear Skædir: (She/her) Chaotic Silly and good runemaker and huntress from the Northern Shiverpeaks. Bold and fearless, strong and straightforward, she is a fun person to be around! A date will include hunting big beasts, with her bigger harpoon gun, but she will protect you. Plus her visible bear traits such as ears and tail are fluffy.

Alstroemeria: (She/they) Mender of the Grove and mysterious personality with a fondness for making dolls and and reading tarot (though will most likely be wrong). She is as elegant as the Dream unless she starts speaking in dark souls-ish riddles.

happy dragon bash from Runebear Skædir! She loves returning to Hoelbrak for Dragon Bash and the good flowing amount of ale and brawl (admitting, she has a bit of a sweet tooth for taffy but it sticks to her fur). She is one of the people dominating the leaderboard scores for the arena

4. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

“My father wanted me to continue his legacy as a storyteller. ‘Remember the wisdom of the raven, the tales of valor from the wolf and bear, spread them through snow and storm’, he always said with pride. He found great pride in preserving them to the next generation to come - But me? To boast mighty tales around the hearthfire, inspire people.” Skaedir laughs, shaking her head with a wistful smile, “I carry the bear’s strength with honor, but I was never one to tell stories, nor make legends of my own. ‘Skaedir the Runebear’ has a tempting call to it, but my true passion was to preserve my father’s stories in wood and magic. Tools that survive fights and ages, for a parent to give to their children and them to their grandchildren! I want to be part of that legacy - That’s why I decided to become a rune crafter.”

9. What’s your greatest achievement? Why do you consider this your greatest achievement? She slams a large greataxe onto the surface in front of her, a massive weapon made from skilled hands. Into the dark oak wood are old runes inscribed, emitting a soft blue glow and essence of magic. “That. Runes of ancient times that I learned and weaved together into inscriptions. A man can be a legend, but it’s the tools he uses to fight his way into history. For years I traveled to the most northern point, through endless snowstorms and icebroods to find traces of old Jotunn and their language, studied whatever I could decipher and learn from them. By far I was not alone and many helped me, but that journey is my greatest achievement.”

11. What does your dream room/house look like? Would you mind showing some inspiration pictures? “Four walls, a steady roof, a warm hearth and comfortable bed - That’s all I can ask for, I’m not a demanding woman, hah!”

17. Have you ever been in love? “Several times in fact! Men and women come and go, they have their own way to go if they want to, nothing I hold against them. I even fell in love with my own crafts, so proud I was of my own hands’ work - But it is always like a mother seeing her own children grow up and go into the world, when I have to trade them. There’s only hope they are in good hands.”

OUGH that is a difficult question and ocs to rank....

Qingfeng cried a lot. Not the cutesy, or aesthetically sad kind of cry but full blown panic blubbering, nose running and puffy red eyes while making sobbing noises. It is fun, bc she cries often. sometimes its sad bc that reason. It is her way of ... overreacting. Sometimes shes just okay after a good short ugly cry.

The Fractal Stranger is an ugly crier. Not snot-everywhere type - He cries when he's really angry, seething mad. Tears sprouting from his eyes while his face spells W-R-A-T-H. It's intimidating but he trips over his words when crying.

Skaedir cries not very often when sad, but when she is happy, joyous! She will cry big bear tears, looking fairly hilarious despite her big stature - Happy tears are a nice way of releasing your emotion!

Bound and break for Velli and desire forrr Skaedir!!

bound: Has your OC ever been imprisoned or captured? What happened? How did they get out? Did the experience leave any scars?

Ohhhh boy, his entire backstory is still a bit vague since I never fill out the timeline fully, but I’d say yes. Out of chronological order, Heart of Maguuma during/around HoT. He was not immune to the Call (which still to his day pissed him off because he *does not want to have an invading voice in his head!* <- most paranoid guy ever) and during his travels there, he was caught by Mordrem. He killed them before getting transformed (maybe that’s how he got his tail and horn). Then, he partially ate one. Just to see what is different about them (deep down he’s a man of research).

Maybe he was caught by the Nightmare Court too during his early age, but literally didn’t give a shit about that and walked out.

And so far, he’s still a free walking freak.

break: What would cause your OC to break down completely? What do they look like when that happens? Has anyone ever seen them at their lowest?

Vellichor was different back then. Less reclusive, less paranoid, less hostile. And that was his weakness that led him to ‘break down’ (not actually break-break but one of his life’s lowest points) with the reason that his close friend Trahearne died. Nowadays he would just comment about that event with a dismissive ‘What a shitshow.’

To lose a dear close friend to some self-sacrificing stunt due the inability of the commander, pact, etc. Yeah, it hurt.

But now in the presence? He’s a hard man to break.

desire: What's one thing your OC wants more than anything in the world? Are they open with that desire? Why or why not? What would they do to fulfill it?

Skaedir wants to make a legend for herself to be on the same level as her ancestors… after making a comfortable life. a big name that is spoken with pride and in tales around the hearthfire

🥵 : Is your OC perceived as physically attractive to others? Is it at first glance or is it something that takes more time to reach fruition?

Ysaac: He has a really handsome face and great posture which is the only thing visible. Unless you count his really sexy full knightly armor. Underneath, my man’s shaped like a hunk with a great bubble ass, nice chest and a (worrying) sexy amount of scars - But that is something he only reveals with time and sensitive trust of watching a knight remove his armor.

Velli: Answered already!

Skaedir: If you love big, muscled, hairy bear women then YEA???? She’s big, she shows off her muscles proudly and with her bear ears/features, that’s just the good mix between hot and cute fluffy. Definitely something on the first glance. Something more subtle, but equally charming, are her raw emotions that she carries in the open. Wide smiles, confidence in every action she does and physical as well as mental strength.

💌 : How would they plan a romantic evening for a significant other?

Ysaac: He goes out TO PLAN WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Fantastic dinner at one of the best restaurants in Lion’s Arch, check. Unique flying experience on skyscales in Dragonfall, check. Romantic swimming session in a hidden blue oasis, check. Picnic on top of a fallen dragon wing while asking his Pact colleagues to fly by and shower them with petals, check. He would go all out to give his S.O (well, Ivar ofc) the sweetest comfort and best experience of their life from dawn into the deep night (wink wink).

Velli: Romantic? I don’t even know if he got that in him AJHGDHJK I guess romantic home cooked dinner and a surprise in bed (wink wink).

Skaedir: SHE HAS NO IDEA what even would be considered romantic??? Norn moots?? Going out to hunt? Working out together?? She would break her head over all the possibilities of planning a romantic evening, more than her most complicated rune design! Her entire day would be asking her friends for advice before throwing something so spontaneous and charming together - And those are often the best evenings to remember in years.

🧸 : Into public displays of affection or are they more reserved?

Ysaac :HE LOVES TO SHOW AFFECTION, HE’S AN ENDLESS FONT OF AFFECTION AND WILL SHOW IT in many cute, shy ways. Handholding with gentle thumb brushes, whispering sweet compliments that are accompanied with bright and lovestruck smiles, brushing your hair out of your face. He is both a man who showers you with words and gestures!!! Also, he would literally die for you if you wish so, okay.

Be prepared to be peppered with kisses and carried in his arms upon command.

Velli: He is, to be honest, fairly reserved. He likes to keep privacy and refrains from PDA, that doesn’t mean he doesnt tease his partner, especially when no one is looking. Sometimes more spicy than just kisses.

Skaedir: She would go all out to let the world know who her Significant Other is. Kissing and holding her partner, showing off, all that affection on show!

🧠 : What is your OC’s most mentally attractive attribute?

Ysaac: uhm, he’s really stupid sexy? If having no braincells is attractive. 

Vellichor: He is wicked intelligent and passionate about his topics. He can give a lecture on the spot if you arouse his interest and if he’s not annoyed - Simply going to speak on for hours on a topic into the deepest, intricate details. In addition, he’s quick to throw quick witted insults.

Skaedir: She is really headstrong, confident!!
