Where are the Big figurines from?

Because I've found three of them up to now in person and haven't encountered a single one online.

Curiously, they're not even figurine. They seem to be decorations for pencils, at least, I think so, considering the three of them have this hole in the bottom. Ironically they also seem to be of better quality than the other official figurines I see being sold all the time.

So... Anyone who knows about this stuff can talk about them?

Edit: Hold one- The little ones also have that hole in the bottom.
