Eating disorder?

Well I feel guilty and bad after eating junk. Literally every meal is the same for me if you look closer. Carbs. Proteins. Fat. Vitamins. Minerals. Sometimes somenis missing and sometimes everything is there. You can vary the products you get those nutritions out of but it will ever be the same. I feel like vegetable and fruits are the only products I can eat that are actually healthy. I dont eat things over 100 calories. I rather buy products after what has less calories than what is cheaper. I purposefully fuck up meals so I wont have to eat it. I imagine myself how disgusting a food is until I successfully convinced myself of it. I hide food related trash and wait until I am alone to make food.

But an eating disorder? I dont know. Lets pretent like we are perfectly healthy people and plan out what we are gonna eat this week *struggles to find any meals* well...
