so the au goes like this: stede has his midlife crisis much earlier and starts a legacy as the Gentleman Pirate with his ragtag crew. They end up building a name for themselves, and surround themselves with a lot of baffling mystique. One day he loots a merchant ship with one Edward Teach on board who adopted a life on the sea after having to make a hasty escape from a port one fateful night. Edward takes one look at this frantic fumbling mess of a pirate captain and falls HARD. And...well. you can probably fill in the blanks after that.

look i couldn't NOT make one with stede too it was too perfect. Context is he cannot sleep because of his gay confusion and is trying to rationalize it. if only he'd figured it out Before All That Happened 🫤🫤🫤

Day 12! I have not been posting NEARLY enough OFMD, ive still been drawing it but i havent been finishing shit and i dont rlly post my sketches bc they are literally blobs of colour and that's it.
