Ultraman Tiga (Ep 51)

The only two people who knows that Daigo is Tiga.

Rena is able to put the pieces together seeing how Daigo is always missing when Tiga appears, and how he had changed ever since he became Tiga, how he always survive near death experiences.

I think Iruma began to suspect since Daigo is able to predict where the monster would attack in one episode and how he was found near a Titan of Tiga at Kumamoto after he went missing for hours.
