NOTES: Two days before the show closed on Broadway. Good amount of closeups and good quality filmed from the mid-mezzanine; there is a railing issue for a while in Act 1 but the taper improves. 'Me', 'Gaston' and 'Be Our Guest' are all predominantly missing and recording stopped for some time after 'Gaston', which created a little jump in the timeline to where Maurice gets thrown out of the tavern. Still a nice video with great closeups of the last Broadway cast.

he REALLY lives up to the name oddball like he has strange knowledge about a bunch of different topics bc he hyperfixates on the most random things

even though he doesn't have the best relationship with his eldest siblings and father he doesn't really let that stop him from seeing the best in people

he gets good grades so everyone thinks he’s amazing at school but he doesn’t really know how to do anything unless he’s giving his all to it

which is how he got through school

also school has always been super easy for him and he couldn’t tell you why

he got a full ride scholarship to holloway bc he had a 4.0 gpa for his entire school career but differed it for a few years bc he wasn't sure what he wanted to do with his life

one day he saw someone coding and decided it looked like fun so he began teaching himself code in his free time and within two weeks he could create fully functioning and aesthetically pleasing websites.

“It is an honor to celebrate the people who form the foundation of Murfreesboro City Schools. McQueen the Movie (documentary), tells the story of the iconic and sometimes controversial fashion designer Alexander McQueen. Even for someone, like myself, who is not a fashionista, this personal look at the extraordinary life, career and artistry of Lee Alexander McQueen was fascinating and I learned a lot. Through exclusive interviews with his closest friends and family including some with recovered archives, (Alexander McQueen, Gary James McQueen, Janet McQueen, Dana Thomas, Naomi Campbell, Grace Jones, Charlie Rose, André Leon Talley and the recently deceased star of the Ladies of London, Annabelle Neilson who was the onetime muse of McQueen), McQueen is an authentic celebration and thrilling portrait of an inspired yet tortured fashion visionary. Monthly Manga Review Index: Halloween 2017 Edition

I’m posting my monthly review index earlier than normal so that folks in search of a Halloween read can find one this weekend at their local comic shop. To that end, I’ve compiled a list of recent horror manga reviews, and linked to Halloween Comic Fest, an annual event in which retailers around the country give away freebies, discount merchandise, and invite the public to meet their favorite artists. Comic Fest takes place tomorrow (October 28th), and manga offerings include previews of Junji Ito’s Shiver, Battle Angel Alita, and The Mortal Instruments.

Thus far, I’ve posted two reviews this month, taking a closer look at H.P. Lovecraft’s The Hound and Other Stories, an adaptation of three early works, and Until Your Bones Rot, a thriller about a group of teens with a secret: they murdered a man and hid the body. The Cathrolic Reformation - Ian Cathro attempts to mould Hearts into his side

Just before Robbie Neilson left Hearts, something was noticeable - he’d found the right formula. It had taken all season, but Hearts finally looked like the side that this writer expected them to be - a side capable of challenging for, and finishing, second in the table. And as soon as that happened, Neilson went to Milton Keynes and everything went a bit weird again. Ian Cathro’s time in charge has been, at best, mixed, with a spanking of Killie the only definite bright light in a few weeks of disappointment. But, in spite of what the EPL may have shown recently with the mad sackings of Mike Phelan and Bob Bradley, one should not judge a manager based on their time in charge prior to being able to sign anyone, nor should we do so with Ian Cathro. And Cathro could hardly be accused of lacking nerve when it comes to making big decisions. Juanma is looking like going to Asia, Tony Watt is already on the sleeper back to London and Conor Sammon is on his way out as well. The message is clear from Cathro - he is decisively trimming the fat from the squad and anyone who he believes is not earning his wage will be gone. So what will Hearts look like come the end of the window? In the process of trimming the fat from the squad, Cathro is getting rid of three of his four senior strikers. It’s quite hard to think that the same process won’t be applied further back in the squad meaning swift ways out for Alim Ozturk and Juwon Oshaniwa. With that sort of removal from the side, it goes without saying that Hearts will be short of depth - particularly at the back where, removing Ozturk and Oshaniwa, would leave just 6 defenders total, one of whom is Callum Paterson and out long-term. Hearts will need players. Further muddying the waters is that, contractually, Robbie Muirhead and Sam Nicholson can leave for free in the summer. What Cathro has inherited is a squad that was always going to need some defensive work done but also a side that, without due care and attention, could be seriously short in wide areas - something losing Callum Paterson for the season really doesn’t help. So, that Cathro’s first move should be to sniff around Niall McGinn shouldn’t come as a surprise. Messages on that move are mixed but what is fairly certain is that Aberdeen have swiftly moved their thoughts on the matter from “quite relaxed” to “oh, we’d probably better sort this out”. At this juncture, it would seem slightly more likely that McGinn will have his future sorted by the end of January and, with no English clubs currently linked, it would seem a straight fight between the two. And you wouldn’t back Hearts in that situation. Which doesn’t help Ian Cathro one bit but at least gives us an idea as to what he’s looking for in his players in attack - proven entities to excite the fans and provide more threat out wide. The obvious first place to look would be to get a loan in from Newcastle - he left the club on good terms with Rafa Benitez and they have a depth that is pretty hard to match in their division. In that respect, you would immediately look at a player like Sammy Ameobi who plays out wide, is a known entity and who has just come back to the club from a loan spell at Bolton but that would be about it - the other loanees returning either wouldn’t fill a need for Hearts or would simply not be good enough. Asking his old boss Steve McClaren for someone from Derby may be more fruitful, given they have loads of attacking players. Nor is it possible to look at the transfer records of Cathro’s previous clubs and spot any sort of discernible pattern that might suggest “Oh, his clubs like to sign domestically”, etc. Which makes this sort of effort on my part foolish - all that can be said with much certainty is that he’s going to try to get a couple of loans in and will try and sniff around players whose contract is up in the summer (that fans will know) to see if he can get them on the cheap or at least get them from the summer. The loan market, in this respect, is awfully difficult - most players now are sent out either for the season or on emergency loans so swooping in January is far from ideal unless players aren’t in a new manager’s plans. However, short of Niall McGinn, who they’ve already moved for, Hearts’ need positions aren’t really compatible with an SPFL out of contract player. This, therefore, means Hearts will likely be shopping in either markets Cathro knows well (English, Spain and Portugal) or looking for a couple of decent profile long shots from elsewhere. As a result, we can attempt to work out a couple of names that could or should be on his shopping list. Looking into England, you would immediately look at Paul Caddis - the former Celtic player is completely out of the picture with Birmingham due to rumoured fitness issues but Hearts need a right back and, unless new Birmingham boss Gianfranco Zola is going to do a u-turn on his future, he is definitely going in the summer and could be a prime candidate for a side like Hearts who can clearly offer competitive wages who have a gaping hole where Callum Paterson used to be. Aside from the logic behind Caddis, it’s awfully difficult to pinpoint what on earth Cathro might do. Even looking at leagues where Hearts wouldn’t have a presence but that I know from watching regularly, there isn’t an obvious option which would suggest Hearts may even have to dip into the risky market of players who just plain don’t have a club but who also wouldn’t want a massive wage: it is a grim list which includes the words Mo Bangura. What is certain is that Cathro will carry on with his surgery on the squad regardless. If he can pull it off and come out of the winter break with a better side, it will be some achievement. That the board appear to have given him permission to build for summer onwards is even better. The sort of work he wants to do just isn't a January sales job.

“No problem, what’s up?” he asked.

“I need your help with something” Neilson said to him.

“With…?” Bradley asked.

“I need you to help me pick out an engagement ring…for Nat” he said.

“What?” Bradley asked.

“I’m going to ask Nat to marry me” he said.

“Are you serious?” he asked.

“Yeah, Saturday after graduation” he said.

“Wow” Bradley said “Dude!” he said hugging Neilson.

“What’s going on?” Sydney asked coming into the room.

“I’m going to propose to Nat” Neilson said to her.

“Oh my god” she said “Oh my god!” she said happily hugging Neilson “I can’t believe this!” she said “Ring, where’s the ring?” she asked.

“I don’t actually have one yet” he said “Which is why I’m here, I was hoping I could steal Bradley for an hour?” he asked.

“You want me to help you pick out a ring?” Bradley asked.

“Well yeah” Neilson said to him.

“Don’t know how much help I’ll actually be, but yeah sure, let’s go” Bradley said to him “I’ll be back later” he said to Sydney.

“And I will be waiting” she said winking at him.

A bell dinged as Bradley and Neilson walked into a jewelry store “You sure you can afford anything in here? This all looks pretty expensive” Bradley said to him.

“Don’t worry I’ve been saving up” Neilson said to him.

They stood near the cases and looked in on all the diamonds sparkling in the light “Wow” Bradley said.

“Yeah I know” Neilson said as they stared at the rings “Check this one out” Neilson said pointing to the glass.

“That’s nice” Bradley said.

A saleswoman approached them from behind the case “Can I help you find something?” she asked sweetly.

“Uh yeah, I’m actually looking for an engagement ring” Neilson said to her.

“Well alright then, let me see if I can help find exactly what you’re looking for” she said opening the case.

“Dude, that one” Bradley said pointing to a ring

“Oh yeah” Neilson said “Can I see that one for a sec?” he asked.

“Sure” she said taking it out of the case “This is a Platinum three-stone engagement ring with prong set Princess cut diamond and dual trapezoid cut diamonds at center surrounded by round diamonds” she said handing it to him.

“What do you think?” Neilson asked Bradley.

“I think that’s the one” Bradley said to him.

“That is an excellent choice, I think you two will be very happy together” she said.

They looked at each other “Uh we’re not…” Bradley said to her.

“Yeah we’re not a couple” Neilson said to her.

“Oh my god, I’m so sorry” she said embarrassed.

“I think maybe I should check out a couple more just to be sure” Neilson said.

“Oh yes, please, let me know if you need to see anything” she said.

Bradley wandered from Neilson’s side looking in at all the sparkling diamonds, he smiled as he looked down at one ring surrounded by light, he then imagined slipping the ring onto Sydney’s finger.

“I’m so sorry about that” the saleswoman said to him.

“No really it’s no problem…people have made that mistake about us before” Bradley said.

“Well I can see why, you guys sure do look good together” she said.

“Yeah they’ve told us that before too” he said “Hey, can I see this ring right here?” he asked “Oh sure” she said unlocking the case and pulling the ring out.

“Thank you and I hope everything works out” the saleswoman said to Neilson.

“Same here” he said as he and Bradley left the store, the saleswoman and Bradley exchanged glances as he tried to conceal a plastic bag in his hand.

“Think she’ll like it?” Neilson asked opening the box and showing Bradley the ring.

“Telling you dude she’ll love it” Bradley said as they got into his car, the bag slipped out of Bradley’s hand and fell to the floor.

“What’s this?” Neilson asked picking it up.

“Nothing” Bradley said trying to get it from him.

Neilson opened the box and gasped “What?!” he asked.

“It’s nothing, give it to me” Bradley said as Neilson pulled it away.

“My wittle Bradley wants to get married?” Neilson asked teasingly.

“Neilson give me the ring” Bradley said reaching for the ring.

“Are you going to propose to Syd?” Neilson asked.

“I don’t know yet” Bradley said “I saw the ring and I had this flash of Syd’s face when I gave it to her” he said “Ao…I don’t know…” he said, Neilson handed him the box “Thank you!” Bradley said “Don’t say anything about this alright?” he asked shoving it into the glove compartment.

Boxes sat around the spacious apartment, Neilson signed his name on a clipboard "Thanks" he said to a man as the man left.

"Dude" Bradley said coming in, dropping his bags.

"I know right?" Neilson asked as Bradley looked around, they squealed in delight and began to jump up and down.

"This is so great!" Bradley said happily "our own place" he said sitting down on a small couch.

"Just you and me dude" Neilson said handing him a bottle, they clinked them together and took a drink.

"Wow...feels weird don't it?" Bradley asked "No dads, no Kyle, no Harry, no Adam..."

"Yeah...it's great" Neilson said as they laughed "Come on I'll help you unpack" Neilson said to him.

"So which room's mine?" Bradley asked.

"Whatever one you want" Neilson said to him, Bradley smiled and started towards a bedroom "Not that one" Neilson said to him.

There was a knock at the door "I got it" Neilson said.

"Hey" Natalie said to him.

"Hello" he said grabbing her close and hugging her.

She gasped in delight "Look at this place" she said looking around "It's so great" she said.

"Isn't it?" Neilson asked.

"Natal!" Bradley said coming out of his new bedroom.

"Braddy!" she said happily as they hugged.

"Braddy?" Neilson asked.

"I just came to see if you guys needed any help setting up."

"We got it covered" Bradley said to her.

"How's it going in the dorms?" Neilson asked her.

"I love it, I've actually met a few people, I'm just waiting on my roommate" she said to them when she felt her bag vibrate "Oh and this is her, she's at the dorm, so I'm going to go meet her, I'll see you guys later?" she asked.

"Course" Neilson said.

"Bye" she said kissing him.

"Bye babe" he said to her.

"So what's the deal with her roommate?" Bradley asked him.

"She's from Philly" Neilson replied.

"She got a name?" Bradley asked.

"Sydney" Neilson said to him.

"Don't know what she looks like do you?" Bradley asked, Neilson looked at him a grin on his face "What?" Bradley asked.

"Seriously?" Neilson asked.

"What? I'm just curious."

"Don't tell Nat, she'll want to set you guys up" Neilson said to him.

"I wouldn't be totally against that."

"Aww...does Bradley want a girlfriend?" Neilson asked in a teasing voice.

"It would be nice to have what you and Nat have" he said to him "Plus you know, I didn't find anyone special in high school, maybe I'll find someone here" he said.

Neilson pouted and hugged Bradley "My little Bradley's all grown up" he said.

"Get off" Bradley said pushing him away, they picked up a few boxes and carried them into Bradley's room.

"Hey" Bradley said coming into the apartment.

"So...I heard you met someone today" Natalie said.

"Yeah, Syd's cool I like her a lot" he said.

"Syd? did you hear that he called her Syd" Natalie said to Neilson.

"She asked me to" Bradley said to her.

"So? You think you might ask her out?"

"Nat" Neilson said to her.

"I don't know, maybe" Bradley said to her.

"Maybe? You just said you liked her" Natalie said to him.

"I've only known her for a day!" Bradley said to her.

"Nat..."

"Shush" she said to Neilson.

"She asked about you when she got back to the dorm."

"She did?"

"Yes and she seemed really happy when I told her you weren't attached...except maybe to him" she said pointing to Neilson.

"Hey, our bromance is a fact of life she's just going to have to get used to that" Neilson said to her "Right?" Neilson asked as he and Bradley bumped fists.

"Well anyways, Syd and I are going out tonight with some of the girls from down the hall, you guys should drop by" Natalie said to them.

"We'll think about it" Neilson said to her.

"Okay, I gotta go, hope to see you guys later" she said leaving.

"Told you" Neilson said to Bradley.

"But you like Syd huh? That's good."

"I think I'm in love with her" Bradley said to him.

"What?" Neilson asked.

"We've only known each other for a couple hours but...dude she is amazing, she's so cool and funny, and easy to talk to...and she's hot" Bradley said to him.

"Oh god do not let Nat hear you say any of this" Neilson said to him.

"Why do you think I waited until she left?" Bradley said to him as he sat down on the couch.

"Bradley's in love" Neilson said in a taunting, sing song tone.

“Do it Neilson, kill him, all that rage and betrayal will disappear once Bradley is dead” Derek said as Neilson stared at the ice pick "Well?" Derek asked, he handed the handle of the ice pick to Neilson, he looked at it and finally accepted it “wonderful" Derek said.

"Neilson!" Natalie said "Don't do this! You can't kill Bradley!" she cried.

“Bradley…any final words?” Derek asked leaning over his shoulder.

Bradley turned to glare at him “Fine” he said, he sighed “Neilson…” he said before shrugging “Do you remember what I told you when we were in the bathroom during the shooting? I meant every word of it but incase you need to hear it again I'll tell you…you are my best friend, you always have been and you always will be” Bradley said. “You are probably one of if not the most important person in my life…I love you” Bradley said to Neilson “And I know I hurt you” he said “I made what is probably the biggest mistake of my life and it ended up hurting you in the worst way possible and I will regret it until the day I die…which incidentally might be in a few minutes” Bradley said.

Derek rolled his eyes and sighed, lifting his arm to check his watch.

“I’ve done just about everything short of getting on my knees and begging to get you to forgive me” Bradley said. “And I’ve done anything I can to make it up to you, but I know that no matter how much I try, I’ll never be able to” he said.“So if this is what it takes and if this is what you need to do to finally move on…then do it” Bradley said as Neilson looked at the ice pick in his hand “Kill me…I deserve it” Bradley said.

“Laying it on a little thick there aren’t we Littrell?” Derek asked.

“You told me to say what I needed to…that was it” Bradley said to him.

“Neilson, you cannot do this” Natalie said “You can’t kill Bradley, he is your best friend!”

“You know you all keep mentioning that phrase but let’s be honest here, Bradley is no one’s best friend…except maybe his own” Derek said. “Face it Neilson, you’re not his best friend, you’re nothing to him but someone to boss around and insult, you’re a useless sidekick, he doesn’t respect you because if he did, he wouldn’t have ended up in bed with your girlfriend mere days after you had broken up.”

“That is so not true!” Bradley said.

“Shut up!” Derek barked as Bradley became silent.

“Neilson don’t let him in your head” Natalie pleaded “Yes okay, you and Bradley have your differences sometimes, all friends do!” Natalie said. “You pick on each other, you call each other names, you get mad at each other but at the end of the day you know that Bradley would do anything for you, and you would do anything for him” Natalie said to him. “Neilson, if you do this, you will never be able to forgive yourself” Natalie said to him.

“Alright enough of this, we’re wasting time here” Derek said.

Bradley looked at Neilson with sad eyes.

“You broke my heart…both of you” Neilson said “And I’ll never be able to forget it” he said.

“That’s right Neilson…so please...do it...kill him” Derek said grasping Bradley’s arms in his hands.

Neilson looked at Bradley, he put his hand on Bradley’s shoulder “I’m so sorry” he said, tears forming in his eyes.

“Just do what you have to do” Bradley said to him.

"Neilson...don't..." Natalie whimpered.

Neilson lunged forward, forcefully driving the ice pick inwards.

Natalie squealed "No!" she cried, burying her face into a pillow.

Bradley opened his eyes slowly, he looked down to see the ice pick wedged underneath his arm.

"Guess I missed" Neilson said.

Natalie pulled her face from the pillow in time to see Derek reaching his hand out to touch the handle of the ice pick, he finally fell to the floor.

Bradley knelt next to his body “This whole thing was a suicide mission wasn’t it?” he asked. “You wanted us to put you out of your misery” Bradley said to him.

Derek struggled to respond “I guess…I guess you’ll never know” he managed to choke out.

Bradley grasped the handle of the pick and pulled it from Derek’s body.

Derek groaned before laughing wickedly, blood dripping from his lips and down to his chin, he turned to look at Bradley, still smiling as his eyes closed.

"Go to hell" Bradley said before driving it straight into the left side of his chest, piercing his heart. He continued stabbing him, each blow harder than the next.- Prom Night

Mr. Wexler marched down the hallway, students passing him by, stopping at Bradley and Neilson who stood by the lockers. "Mr. Littrell...Mr. Carter...why are you two loitering in my hallway?" he asked, they looked at each other amused.

"Can you think of a better place to loiter Mr. Wexler?" Bradley asked.

"Parking lot's a good place to loiter" Neilson said to him.

"Sweet, we'll go there" Bradley said as they began to walk away.

"Where are you two supposed to be right now?" Mr. Wexler asked.

"Where are any of us supposed to be if you think about it?" Neilson asked, Bradley snickered.

"Well while I have you two here I might as well get this out of the way, even I have to admit what a good job you did DJ'ing the Halloween dance" Mr. Wexler said to Bradley.

"You mean before I was drugged, kidnapped and almost roasted?" Bradley asked.

"...Yes" Mr. Wexler said "And as I'm sure you are both aware that the prom is less than a month away...".

"Well that's really nice Wexie but you're not really my type" Bradley said to him.

"What did I tell you about calling me that?" Mr. Wexler asked irritated "Anyways, the prom committee came up short again this year."

"Can't imagine why...hey how are you enjoying that new car of yours?" Neilson asked.

Mr. Wexler glared at him "Anyways..." Mr. Wexler said turning his attention back to Bradley "I was hoping you would be able to handle the music for the prom."

"Meh, sure, what the hell" Bradley said "Not like I have a date or anything, might as well make some money" Bradley said shrugging.

"Bradley I already told you we don't have the money for a professional, how am I supposed to pay you?" he asked.

"Alright fine...I'll let this one slide but only because I'm a nice guy" Bradley said to him.

"Wonderful" Mr. Wexler said "And I must say nothing makes me happier than the thought of you two graduating...I still can't believe it's actually happening" he muttered walking away.

"He's really going to miss having us around here" Neilson said.

"Yeah there's been a lot of good times here...except you know the time I got shot...hey, what the hell does loiter mean?" Bradley asked.

"I was confused by that too" Neilson said to him.

"Huh" they both said before walking down the hallway.

“Speaking of prom” Neilson said as they walked towards their next class, you know that story Nat told us about her mom winning prom queen?” he asked.

“Oh yeah how’s it going with you guys since you got back together?” Bradley asked.

“Great” Neilson said to him “It’s like nothing ever happened, it’s amazing” Neilson said “Feels weird to say it but you guys sleeping together really made a difference” he said to Bradley.

“…Glad I could help?” Bradley asked.

“Yeah anyways, I stole a bunch of those nomination slips and stuffed the ballot box with them” Neilson said.

“You nominated her for prom queen?” Bradley asked.

“You can’t believe how easy it was” Neilson said to him "Is she going to love me or what?" Neilson asked.

"Didn't she say she could care less about being prom queen?" Bradley asked.

"Yeah she said that but you know she didn't mean it" he said.

"She finds out she's going to kill you" Bradley said as they walked into a classroom.

"Well she won't find out...will she?" Neilson asked suspiciously as they took their seats.

"Not going to hear about it from me" Bradley said.

"Good afternoon students, our final nominees for the king and queen of this year's senior prom are as followed..." principal Wexler said. "Our nominees for prom king are...Bradley J. Littrell..."

"What the hell?" Bradley asked, he looked at Neilson who bit his bottom lip trying to contain his laughter, Bradley glared at him “You didn’t” he said angrily.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself, it was so easy!" Neilson said laughing.

"Son of a bitch!" Bradley said hitting Neilson.

"Gavin Porter…Kyle Richardson..."

“Really? You put Kyle in there too?” Bradley asked.

“Yeah, he’s the quarterback of the football team, he really needs my help getting nominated for prom king” Neilson said to him

“and Owen Ross...our nominees for prom queen are...Natalie Cappel..."

Natalie stood by her locker and looked around in shock "Wait what?" she asked.

"Tara Olsen, Sophie Taylor and Danielle Williams" principal Wexler said.

“Consider us even” Neilson said smiling at Bradley, he glared at him in response "You love me" Neilson said giggling.

"I fucking hate you" Bradley said.

"Please if I were a girl we'd be dating" Neilson said.

"I don't know what's worse the fact that you said that...or that it's true" Bradley said.- Prom Night

Bradley and Neilson sat in opposite corners in complete silence, shooting each other heated glares, the air thick with tension.

"So…I guess we should talk huh?" Bradley asked.

Neilson scoffed "You can go ahead and talk all you want, it doesn't mean I actually have to listen to you" he said to him.

"You are just so intent on hating me aren't you?" Bradley asked him "How many times do you need me to say it? I've told you repeatedly that I am sorry, what do you want me to do?!" Bradley asked."It just happened alright? it was a mistake, I made a mistake okay, I’m sorry!”

"Oh my god Bradley, it doesn't matter what you say or how many times you say it okay?" Neilson said angrily.

"God Neilson will you please stop shutting me out? I can't stand you hating me!" Bradley said to him.

"Yeah well who's fault is that? I caught you in bed with my girlfriend! And you know what's interesting? You guys had sex yet somehow I'm the one who got screwed!" Neilson said to him.

"This hasn't been easy for me either you know!" Bradley said “I’ve been miserable and wallowing in guilt and self loathing for days now.”

“Oh what you expect me to feel sorry for you?” Neilson asked.

“You know contrary to what you may think of me right now, I don’t enjoy causing you pain okay?” Bradley said. “I hate that I hurt you this much and if you really think that I don’t then you really don’t know me as well as I thought you did."

"Obviously I don’t, I didn't think you were capable of sleeping with Nat but I was wrong about that wasn't I?" Neilson asked.

"Oh my god" Bradley groaned.

"So please , tell me, how was it?" Neilson asked.

"Oh would you stop" Bradley said irritated.

"No really I want to know, I only caught the last act but from what I heard it sounds like you were able to get her off which trust me, is pretty easy" Neilson said.

"Maybe not for you..." Bradley said.

Neilson looked at him in disbelief "You son of a bitch" he said tackling Bradley to the floor.

"Yeah go ahead" Bradley said to him "Kick my ass it won't change anything" Bradley said pushing Neilson off him.

"You blew me off alright!" Neilson said.

“Excuse me?!” Bradley asked “I’ve been trying like hell to get to you talk me for days now! I’ve done just about everything but get on my hands and knees and beg for forgiveness!” Bradley said.

"I mean when you decided that one night with Nat was more important to you than me!" Neilson said.

"That's not true, nothing is more important to me than you are, you know that" Bradley said. “I took a bullet for you, Neilson!” Bradley yelled at Neilson “I risked my life to save yours!” he said angrily.

“Oh my god, I cannot believe you’re bringing that up!” Neilson said.

“I let Mr. Winchester torture me to keep you safe, every time I would open my mouth he would threaten to kill you, and what about on Halloween?” Bradley asked.

“Oh you mean when I stupidly offered up myself as a sacrifice, to save your sorry ass? And Nat’s?! and this is how you guys repay me?!” Neilson asked.

“Wow, way to revise history, are you forgetting what happened after that? I told him that if he wanted to kill you, he was going to have to kill me first!” Bradley said “And he almost did, I almost got my throat slit open and was almost strangled to death just to save you and why? Because you’re my best friend and I would rather die before I let anything bad happen to you” Bradley said.

“Oh okay and where does sleeping with my girlfriend fit into that?” Neilson asked.

"You asked me to give you space remember? When you went off on me for no god damn reason!” Bradley said to him.

“So I was right, you did do this to get back at me!” Neilson said.

“No!” Bradley said before groaning in aggravation.

"During any part of that night did you ever stop to think 'Hey this is wrong'?" he asked. "Did you think about me at all? Did you at least say to yourself 'this will really hurt Neilson'? No you weren't you were just focused on getting what you wanted and screwing me over in the process!" Neilson said to him. "You may have not planned on sleeping with Nat but it sure as hell didn't stop you from doing it anyway!" Neilson said.

"I know, okay? I know! Sleeping with Nat is something that I have to live with" Bradley said, Neilson kept his back towards him. "Now if you want to wallow in your self pity and anger that's fine but you need to decide what is more important to you, your hurt pride or me?" Bradley asked. "I will spend the rest of my life trying to make this up to you, but for that to happen, you have to be there" Bradley said sadly. "And I hope you will be because...I can't imagine life without my best friend" Bradley said sitting back down on a stack of boxes and turning his back to Neilson.

"Bradley" Neilson said.

"Just leave me alone alright, you don't want to talk to me that's fine, I don't want to talk to you either" Bradley said.

Neilson sighed "Look I don't hate you, okay?" Neilson said "I could never hate you...I just hate what you did" he said sitting on a box next to him.

“Look you may not believe this but I probably hate what I did more than you do, the last thing I’d ever want to do is hurt you” Bradley said “And if you can’t trust me anymore, I’ll understand” he said.

“No I believe you…we’ll probably have to work on the trust thing though” Neilson said as they smiled at each other.

"I'm really sorry" Bradley said.

“I know” Neilson said.

“So can this just be over now?” Bradley asked “I miss my best friend” Bradley said.

“I miss my best friend too” Neilson said "Come here" pulling Bradley close and hugging him, squeezing him tightly.- Faithfully

Night fell, Bradley's headlights shone in the dark as he parked his car ontop of a hillside overlooking the entire town. He and Neilson got out and went to the trunk, the trunk opened and a cooler sat inside, Bradley pulled the lid open and handed Neilson and bottle before taking one himself.

"Wow, how'd you know about this place?" Bradley asked as they sat on the hood of his car.

"Nat and I used to come up here sometimes" Neilson said.

"This is awesome" Bradley said sliding on to the hood next to him, Neilson pried the cap off the bottle.

"Cheers" Neilson said as he and Bradley clinked the bottles together, they both took a drink.

"So..so wait, tell me what she said again" Bradley said as Neilson took a swig from his bottle, they sat on the hood of Bradley's car on the hilltop, city lights glistened in the distance.

"Mm..she said we've been fighting a lot and that if we stayed together and we kept fighting we would end up hating each other and she didn't want that to happen to us" Neilson said.

"Oh right right...that's really stupid" Bradley said as they began to laugh.

"You know she could do a hell of a lot worst than you" Bradley said "Hell I'd date you" he said.

"Dude she used to get so mad at me for the stupidest stuff" Neilson said. "She always said she was 'second' in my life" Neilson said using his fingers for air quotes.

"Second to who?" Bradley asked.

"You" Neilson said.

Bradley turned to look at him and cracked up laughing "Me? She's jealous of me?" he asked as they laughed.

"Well in a way she was right, I always thought Nat was the one person I couldn't live without right? But you know she's gone now and you're here and I'm okay" Neilson said.

"I'll never break your heart Neilson" Bradley said laughing.

"Oh come on!" Neilson said as he started to laugh again "I'm trying to be serious here!" he said "You got to go and quote Backstreet" he said as Bradley continued laughing. "But seriously, you are the one keeping me here, so thank you" Neilson said.

"Hey, you'd do the same thing for me" Bradley said to him.

"Hell yeah I would" Neilson said "No really, I love you dude" Neilson said.

"No, I know, I love you too" Bradley said.

"Come here" Neilson said grabbing him and hugging him.

They heard the faint sound of a piano coming from inside the car "Oh man" Bradley said getting up and leaning into the window, he turned the volume up.

"Sister Christian Oh, the time has come And you know that you're the only one To say, okay Where you going What you looking for You know those boys Don't want to play no more with you It's true"

"Here it comes" Bradley said sliding himself back on the roof of the car.

"You ready?" Neilson asked.

The door to Bradley's room opened, he winced as the hallway lights hit his tired eyes, he could hear the faint sound of sobbing coming from down the hall, he followed the sound coming to a stop just outside of Neilson's room. The moon shone through Neilson's bedroom window as he sat on the floor, just staring ahead of him, tears welled up in his eyes, they started to drip down his chin.

"Neilson?" Bradley asked.

"Hey, what are you doing up?" Neilson asked hastily wiping his tears away trying to conceal them.

"You okay?" Bradley asked.

"Yeah I'm fine" he said managing a tearful smile and looking up at him.

"No you're not" Bradley said to him "I take it things didn't go so good with Nat tonight huh?" he asked sitting down next to him.

Neilson smiled sadly and turned to him "She uh...she broke up with me" he said trying to hold back his tears.

Bradley looked at him shocked "What? What are you talking about? What do you mean she broke up with you?" he asked.

"She said we've been fighting a lot lately and that it's just going to get worst and we'll probably end up hating each other and that she cares too much about me to let that happen" he said as his face scrunched up. "It's over...the girl I've loved since I was twelve is gone" he said as he began to sob.

Bradley looked at him sadly "Come on" he said grabbing the back of Neilson's neck and wrapping his arms around him "It's okay" he said softly as Neilson lied his head on Bradley's shoulder. Bradley held him tightly as he began to weep openly "It's okay" Bradley said softly trying to comfort him.

Orange mist began to ascend into the sky, rising over the horizon, the wee hours of the morning began to creep in on them. They both still sat parked on the floor leaning up against Neilson's bed.

"I just don't get it" Neilson said "I went to her house, I apologized...she made it seem like everything was okay, she told me everything was fine and then she just...drops this bomb on me like last night never happened" he said in confusion. "I just don't get where any of this came from" Neilson said. "And I really wish I could stop crying about it like a little bitch" he said smiling as he wiped more tears away. "

"Hey, come on, you just had your heart broken, you're allowed to be hurt and upset" Bradley said to him.

"You didn't have to sit here with me all night you know, you can go back to bed if you want" Neilson said to him.

"No, it's cool, I can sleep anytime" Bradley said shrugging , Neilson lied his head on Bradley's shoulder, Bradley rested his cheek against Neilson's head.

Bradley could feel his every fiber being filled with rage, all the pain and all the misery Neilson was feeling and all because of one person, Natalie, his blood began to boil at the thought of her.- The Hardest part of Breaking Up

Bradley’s car made it’s way through downtown Los Angeles, the skylight in full illumination, stars shining above. Music blared loudly on the stereo as he and Neilson laughed to themselves Iit’s almost time” Neilson said glancing at his phone. “And…it’s officially midnight” Neilson said.

“Yes!” Bradley said in celebration “Finally! Freedom!” he said happily. Neilson scrolled through Bradley’s music and pushed on the screen, Alice Cooper’s “I’m Eighteen” began to play on the car’s stereo.

“I'm eighteen, and I don't know what I want, Eighteen, I just don't know what I want, Eighteen, I gotta get away, I gotta get out of this place, I'll go running in outer space, oh yeah” they continued driving

“So you’re finally eighteen, what do you wanna do?” Neilson asked him.

"Oh I got an idea, don’t worry” Bradley said as they pulled into a seedy parking lot behind a derelict building.

An elevator carried them up to a loft where a small tattoo parlor resided, they lifted the gate and walked inside.

“What is this place?” Neilson asked looking around/

“Adam told me about it” Bradley said to him/

“Look I’m all for this but do you really think we should be taking recommendations from Adam of all people?” Neilson asked him.

“Can I help you?” a heavily tattooed man in a cut off jean vest asked them.

“Uh yeah, you Eddie?” Bradley asked.

“Who wants to know?” Eddie asked them.

“It’s okay we’re friends with Adam McLean” Bradley said to him.

“…That kid has friends?” he asked them in disbelief.

“Trust us we’re just as shocked as you are” Bradley said to him.

“So what can I do you for?” Eddie asked.

“We want to get some ink done” Bradley said to him.

“Sure, follow me” Eddie said walking towards his station.

“You don’t need ID?” Bradley asked.

“Oh yeah that’s probably a good idea huh?” Eddie asked them as they handed him their licenses "Ah I see eighteen as of…” Eddie said bringing his wrist up to check his watch “Twenty minutes ago, congratulations” Eddie said to Bradley. “Neilson?” Eddie asked “You couldn’t think of a better fake name?” he asked.

“It’s actually not a fake name” Bradley clarified.

Eddie gasped “Oh dude your parents suck!” he said to Neilson.

“Never gets old” Neilson said to Bradley, Bradley patted him on the back.

“Alright birthday boy, you’re up first” Eddie said to Bradley “Kid with the weird name, there’s drinks in the fridge help yourself” he said to Neilson as he took Bradley back to his station.

“You sure? there’s nothing but alcohol…” Neilson said to Eddie.

“Yeah so?” Eddie asked. Neilson retrieved 2 bottles from the small fridge and retreated to Eddie’s station, Bradley’s arm was stretched across a padded surface. He gritted his teeth as the needle penetrated his skin “alrighty Mr. Littrell, you’re finished” Eddie said wiping the excess ink from his arm.

“Dude that looks so cool” Neilson said to him, Bradley’s tattoo reading “RIDE OR DIE”

“Weird name kid, you’re up” Eddie said to Neilson, Neilson laid his arm out as Eddie began to tattoo him “There we are” Eddie said soon after, wiping ink from Neilson’s forearm.

“So cool” Neilson said looking at it “RIDE OR DIE” arched into his skin as well Eddie wrapped a piece of saran wrap around their arms.

“To being eighteen” Neilson said to Bradley.

Bradley drove back to the record store, parking in the alley way, they made their way through the back entrance “Neilson!” Bradley called out.

“Up here!” Neilson replied, Natalie followed behind Bradley as they went up the spiral staircase to the second floor.

She set her eyes upon a small table set for two, candles flickering in the dark on every surface, several vases of roses and a spotlight shining on two stools and a guitar sat perched in a stand.

"Thanks for coming” Neilson said to Natalie.

“Didn’t really have a choice Bradley was pretty cryptic about everything” she said “So…what’s all this?” she asked.

“I know I dropped the ball on the whole Valentine’s Day thing” he said.

“You could say that” she said.

“But I want to make it up to you” he said.

She looked around “This is a pretty good start, the candles, the flowers…but uh…what’s all this about?” she asked about the makeshift stage set up.

“Have a seat and find out” he said pulling out her chair for her,

Bradley picked up the guitar and threw the strap over his shoulder and took a seat on one of the stools. Neilson took the stool next to him, Bradley began to strum and Neilson began to sing

Natalie stood up once the song finished, Neilson hopped off his stool and approached her.

“Happy Valentine’s Day” he said.

“I love you” he said.

“I love you too” she said hugging him.

“Ahem” Bradley said interrupting “Dinner is served” he said setting two covered platters down on the table.

“Have a seat” he said as Neilson and Natalie sat down at the table.

“Wow, you really went all out” Natalie said putting her napkin on her lap.

“Don’t get all excited it’s from the restaurant down the street” Bradley said to her “Enjoy” he said going down the staircase.

“I’ll be right back” Neilson said “Bradley, hey, thanks for the help” he said going down the stairs.

“Yeah no problem” Bradley said pulling his jacket on.

“You think that was a good song choice?” Neilson asked.

“Oh yeah, what girl wouldn’t want her boyfriend singing her a song that’s about sucking dick” Bradley said to him.

“What? No it’s not” Neilson said to him.

“Yes it is” Bradley said laughing.

“Seriously?” Neilson asked.

“Yeah” Bradley said.

“Oh…guess I made the right choice then huh?” Neilson said laughing.

“Very nice” Bradley said “I’m heading out, lock up when you’re done” he said before leaving.

“Alright, later” Neilson said to him.

“Later” Bradley replied as the door shut behind him.

Neilson then returned upstairs “Shall we?” he asked sitting down across from Natalie.

“We shall” she said as they began to eat.- This Kiss
