I can't help but imagine when Cryptid Hunter!Y/N does find out their animatronic friend is a Cryptid, and a dangerous one at that, they're very, VERY conflicted because

They know Sun & Moon are a dangerous to people and they have to do or at least try to do something about it but they're so attached to them, they just can't bring themselves to hurt em because

I don't know if someone already suggested this song but "Weight of the World" by Shayfer James feels a lot like SJ!Eclipse

Like "that's just the weight of the world, we do what we must to stay alive. That's just the weight of the world, the weak and the weary will never survive" really gives off eclipse and his thing about doing what he had to so him and his brothers could live a decent life and, essentially, survive

This is a fantastic vibe for Eclipse when he's in survival mode, doing everything to take care of his brothers and dealing with the very cruel indifference of the city to their plight!

I feel CS!Y/N would be a little confused but a little happy to find Sun & Moon's possible friend but- why is he dressed funny? No soot? No burns? Tears???? Sun/Moon doesn't recognize him. He recognizes us??? Came from pizzaplex??? That's burnt down buddy. What are you talking about?? Moons in here it's just not dark... How do you know me??? Criminal empire???? HUH?????

That would be, ah, dangerous, as Eclipse has no interest in CS!Y/N for they don't have that killer spark in their eyes.
